Hotel was fabulous . We caught a bus from Narita Airport to Tokyo Train Station then a $20 taxi trip to the Hotel . Too easy ! The area is lovely and quiet & close to 2 train lines that get you to all the most famous attractions . Rooms are super compact but size typical of Japan . There’s little baskets of supplies in the foyer you can help yourself to ( toothbrushes shavers moisturisers shower caps even those little ellips hair oils ✅) Buffet breakfast was great ! There’s a small pattiserre around corner as well . Lots of supermarkets cafes restaurants in all directions . We added the transit card Suica via our Wallet ( you go into Wallet tap “add “ transit card - choose Suica -choose how much you want to transfer from CC to it and you are set ! Works on trains buses and taxis ( that have the emblem on their doors easy to see ) We used this as our base Hotel for 10 days and worked well for us .

Every person we had contact with spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. This properly is located just 25 minutes walk from most places, including the main train station and the Ginza district. It's just a short walk from a station with a direct train to Narita Airport. Between the hotel and centre there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. In particular, the cafe in the hotel has the most amazing pastries - I highly recommend the croissants and raisin swirls!

This is more of an observation than something not to like, as room sizes in Japan have a reputation to be on the small side. The room was cosy, especially when there is more than one of you travelling - but this would not put me off returning to this hotel should I ever return to Tokyo.

I had delays in my flight which left my sister the first one to check in which the staff accommodated. Everyone is always so helpful. We were going to Kyoto in between trips and they stored our luggage until we returned for the last part of the our trip. The amenity section in the lobby was a genius idea - enjoyed wrapping our day picking the next hair oil to use the following day. It was so thoughtful down to the hair brush and hair bands! A lot of train stations within walking distance, TCAT Terminal if ever you need the bus from the airport, close to Tokyo Station

NA - it was a fantastic stay.

LOCATION: The location is perfect for us. It's just a short walk from three stations that provide direct train access to Roppongi, Shibuya, Akihabara, Ginza and Asakusa. CLEANLINESS: The bed sheets are changed daily by the staff; there's no need to request. THE VIEW: We were lucky can get a stunning view of the Tokyo Skytree, which is particularly breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. THE STAFF: All staff at KOKO NIHONBASHI are nice and friendly. After leaving a review about the bathroom during my last stay, I was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was spotless during my most recent visit.

The fridge in the room makes a bit of noise even though it's already tucked away in the cabinet. It would be wonderful if the hotel could swap out the cabinet to help the sound disappear.

The rooms were somewhat spacious for Tokyo standards. Very clean and modern. The hotel is located near a few metro stations so very convenient. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Washing machines available. Bakery in same building if you want a quick breakfast.

There is only one area where you can sit and this is by the entrance. There are like 5 chairs but people keep coming in and out. It would be great if part of the breakfast restaurant would be open for guest to use the chairs

Great location with easy access to public transport, good sized rooms and beautiful decor.

Compared to other hotels we stayed at on our trip to Japan, we found this one to be the worst and it was the most expensive. The cleaning especially the bathroom was not good, there was a lack of maintenance in the rooms, breakfast is expensive and doesn't have many options, nothing is fresh, not the bread, not the few fruits and not even the eggs, and personally we found the bed very soft, which made us wake up with back pain, but I know that this is a personal criterion.

It's in a quiet area. The toilet and bathroom is big relative to the size of the room. Cleaning is perfect.

The room is rather small if you have a large size luggage. With two suitcases, one medium and one large. Almost no room to open both - you need to make a lot of adjustment to the room. Otherwise you can't navigate. At night, the restaurants are located dispersedly in the area, and it's not that convenient if you like cosy area like Asagaya.

Amazing location almost right next to entrance to subway and the park, beds were comfy, very clean rooms, nice little table and decent view. Nice little Indian restaurant next door and a Lawson across the road was convenient.

Not many exciting things within walking distance but only a few stops from Tokyo station. Only 4 washing/drying machines.

It’s so spacious compared to the other hotels in Tokyo and very close to the metro station. The location is so convenient. The staff were super nice and helpful.
