Everything about Minaru is excellent. We booked the Two Bedroom Family Suite for our 6 person group. It was very spacious with a table for us to sit and eat at, dishes to use and a small kitchen. We had two washrooms to use and a new washer/dryer unit the staff helped us with. The unit was clean and housekeeping services were very good. The reception staff were beyond helpful and kind. They have crafts that you can try, a coffee shop and small ceramics shop. If you have a larger group, this is a very good choice. It is also close walking distance to transit.

Nothing! It cost more than other accommodations but it is very worth it.

Location was good, some people may like it closer to something more touristy, but this place is not by anything major. I knew that going in and it was fine for us. Staff were really nice and also helped arrange a taxi to pick up my family to go to the airport our last day. Having a bigger size refrigerator helped keeping different variety of drinks and food cold for the Japan summer heat & humidity!

I did know this going in, but as most of other Asian hotels go, the place is tight even though we had the corner family unit. the living room area is not very big but the layout where the bedroom sliding doors opened to the living room helped.

If one of the top things you look for in a hotel is quiet you will love this hotel. I couldn't believe how quiet it was in the middle of Tokyo. There is a great breakfast place for an authentic Japanese breakfast just a few minutes walk away (maybe 10 minutes), Shinpachi Shokudo Shinjuku, really good food and inexpensive, plus seating for groups upstairs. We loved having the two separate rooms plus the living area and two bathrooms. It was nice to have space to spread out. You do have to take a subway to most attractions (it's located in the business district), but it was in-between a few major attractions. If you like to run there is a trail by the river just half a mile away. Plus there is an AMAZING bakery, Teal, within walking distance (10-15 minute walk). It was super clean and the staff here was the most friendly and helpful out of all our stays in Japan. Plus there are even activities to do at the hotel. It's right next to a convenience store and close to a grocery store.

Bedside tables and more hooks or counter space in the bathroom would have been nice.

Great reception staff , always with a smile willing to help ! We stayed one week in family suite (2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms) , this kind of room is a perfect choice for a family of 4. Rooms were clean and well maintained , there is a daily cleaning + one time bedding changing. The location is in quite area , but in short distance of grey / red lines, so you can easily reach every point in Tokyo + Haneda / Narita airports by using the red line (Askusa line) Many restaurants are near by and familymart just in 2 min walk. The luggage transfer service is available (look for promotions) and very convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent: 100 metres from a metro station entrance, a family mart just downstairs, and many good small restaurants at your doorstep. I cannot expect a more convenient hotel location than this one. Our room plan is a two-bedroom family suite. My two teenagers use the bunk bed, and they cannot be happier. There are two full bathrooms in the suite. Our master suite has an ensuite, and it's very convenient.

Nothing at all! The hotel is perfect! But it would be great if there were one even bigger suite (like three-bedroom suites).

Location, staff, spacious, cleanliness, air conditioning, washing machine/dryer, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities, dining/loungeroom, tv netflix compatible, two bathrooms & toilets, toiletries, self-select room decorations, cafe downstairs, complimentary cafe drink each.

Washer/dryer took a much longer time to dry than Australian dryer-only, causing us concern about over-heating/damaging our clothes and/or fire hazard. No kitchen sink plug.

Having a two bedroom and two bathroom room was very nice for a group of four. It’s very spacious compared to staying in standard business hotels. Having a washer and dryer is also very convenient. It’s located just a few minutes walk from Ningyocho Station and is also right next to a FamilyMart, so access to things is pretty good. The neighborhood has a more local feel and has plenty of good food within walking distance.

Only thing we didn’t really like was the shampoo and body wash that was supplied, but that wasn’t a huge issue since we brought our own.

We had a very spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment which was fabulous for our family of four. Additionally it had all washer and dryer in the apartment itself. The property is located in a quiet residential area of Nihombashi and this was the best thing about it, you do feel like you are getting away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo whilst not actually being all that far away from the action. Beds are super comfy and staff were lovely. There is a Family Mart next door and a supermarket nearby where you can get supplies, and it is a 5 min walk to Ningyocho station. A great place to stay for families.

I love everything about this hotel. There's really good coffee at the 2nd floor. Ningyocho station is within 200m (this connects to Asakusa & Hibiya Line). very easy to go to tourist places like Ginza, Asakusa and even Disneysea. Family mart is within 30m of the hotel. very convenient to buy food which can be reheated inside the room. Hotel staff are very accomodating and friendly. They speak good english too. The room is quite big for Japan standards. This is more like a serviced apartment than a regular hotel. But with the convenience of a regular hotel (changing daily towels and cleaning of trash). I love how my kids were able to borrow picture frames and other items from the reception to decorate and personalize our room. Plus points for washer and dryer inside the room too. I will definitely come back to Mimaru Nihonbashi

None. This hotel is perfect

The location is perfect; the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the subway and there are plentiful restaurants all within a 10ish minute walk. The staff spoke English fluently and were very kind and helpful with any inquiries we have. It was also very nice to have an in-unit washing/drying machine to toss our dirty clothes into every night.

The bed was firmer and the pillows were flatter than what my group is usually used to from back in the US, but we got used to it fairly quickly.
