The room was clean with all the facilities expected, the bed was super soft and comfortable, and the wifi signal was great. The staff were always helpful and friendly, and there's a good system for leaving luggage. The location is good, as it's a short walk from lots of different stations, and nearby there's lots of convenient stores and supermarkets. It's not got an amazing selection of restaurants in the area, other neighbourhoods are better for that, but being near subway stations makes the location good. There's a washing and dryer, ice machine and microwave on the second floor.

I was surprised there was only one washing machine/dryer for the amount of rooms/floors the hotel has, similar size hotels I've stayed in in other Japanese cities had 3-4. So you have to be lucky with the timings getting to the washing machine when it's free.

The location is beautiful! I choose this hotel every time I go to Japan. The room isn't spacious (for the Europeans) as most of the Japanese hotel rooms, but the bed is comfy and bathroom has all the amenities. As all of the APAs, this one is also a very clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel chain for short holiday trips or business trips like mine. The check-in and check-out is very fast and smooth.

Room has a nice style, equipped with all the important things. There are some free movies/series to watch besides the national TV channels. The size of the bed is reasonable (not too small), and you can store your luggage under the bed (which is necessary, because the room is very small).

I know that in Japan the rooms are generally smaller compared to Europe. However this room is very small even to Japanese standards.

The hotel was very close to several subway stations making it very convenient for travel. There are also many convenience stores nearby which is great for on the go snacks or grabbing necessary items.

The rooms are very small, so if you're traveling with a partner and with a lot of suitcases, it may be difficult to fit everything and easily access everything in the room. However, the amenities and everything are comfortable.

It was well situated location close to JR stations. Plenty of Family mart, 7 Eleven Lawsons stores, restaurants around the area even a supermarket.

The only thing is the room size not sure if this the case for all APA hotels or not, knew they were going to be small if you have a lot of luggage you may struggle to store all of them and move around

This hotel is super close to akihabera. it`s only one train stop away. And the train station is super close, i`m talking 3 minutes away. You can easily visit other places like shibuya, ginza, harajuku etc. but you have to switch trains sometimes, but that`s not hard. The staff were so nice, always smiling and greeting you. When I needed help with anything, they were there to help me. The room I stayed in was small as expected, but you`ll always be out so it should`t be a problem. The bed and the pillows are really hard, so if you do not like that I would not recommend you to stay here.

I must say, the hotel is hidden. I would recommend putting up some signs here and there outside so it can help people find it!.

Very nice room, a bit smal but enough for one person. Bed was super soft, but the lowest matris is hard so just pick up the soft one and sleep on the firm one if you perfer that, thats what I did. It was very clean and you get all comodetis, from toothbrush, towles, hair comb, razer, yukata freshly every day. Small bathtube and toilet in the room. There is also a water boiler and teas/coffes in the drawer. There is a coin operated washer and a dryer in the 2nd floor i think, also a microwave. Staf is always there. Their english is so so but they are realy helpful and use translator so they will defenetly help you with what you need. The location is quite and near everything. For smokers, it is good to know there is a smoking bar across the hotel. The station is also very close, Akihabara is reachable by foot in 10-15 min. Airconditioning worked perfectly.

I didn't like the soft bed, but that was solvable by lifting the soft matress and sleeping on the firm one below. But would probably not recomend for clastrofobic people.

Booking and checking in/out was easy. Friendly staff. Daily rotation of linen and rubbish. Location to subway was great. Easy, secure wifi for each room.

Washing machine was not working. Nowhere to sit in room or in reception, could only lay on bed.

Room design was pretty much identical to the other APA hotels, featuring the same room layout, temperature setting, and standard bathroom configuration.

The bathroom feels a bit cramped, so I can't really stretch out while I'm taking a bath.

We appreciated that the staff was friendly and took care to make sure the room was clean, the hotel location was accessible by public transit and express transit to the airport. Even if you didn't request for your room to be done the staff took care you always got toiletries.

The room was very small, but still manageable to move around.
