The apartments are located very close to the metro station so it is easy to get around. The area is quiet but has some lovely restaurants, coffee shops, 7 eleven, etc. The apartments are compact but have everything you need for a short stay. We stayed for around a week and would definitely stay here again. The washing machine and drying system is excellent. Kitchen facilites are good. Apartments are quiet and were very clean. I saw some reviews about the check-in process being a bit complicated - but if you can use an iPad, it is very straightforward.

Like other reviews on this site, the bed linen could be updated, especially the pillows. Take off the pillow case and you can see stained pillows which is just gross. The kitchen could do with a bottle opener to enjoy a nice glass of wine out on the balcony, but this is just a minor thing. The main improvement to these apartments would be having clean / new bed linen. But I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay! Very spacious (weird for Tokyo), basically a full-on apartment. Very clean (I only found one hair on the first day), the bed was comfy and there was plenty of space for storage. There was a complimentary bottle of water on arrival and all the tools for cooking a meal (including a rice cooker), even though we didn't cook during our stay. The room was facing an inner courtyard so it was super silent and private. We also didn't hear any noise from other rooms/guests. The check-in process was nice as it was possible to do it independently. Good an prompt communication from the host and the neighbourhood is kinda perfect: 5 metro lines are within 10 mins away (the closest 2 are in 2-3 mins) and the area itself is full of restaurants and lively while not being one of the most crowded ones, so perfect. I would 100% go back. Price is fair considering tokyo prices.

- The shower room was getting smelly if the vent was left off (probably old pipes in the building) - The couch had a big stain from a previous guest, not a problem though for us, but would probably make sense to replace the couch with a new one.

The facilities are great, the one thing that really stood out was the instructions available in English. A washing machine was provided which also included washing powder too. Plenty of plug sockets for you to use, although note that the sockets available were two-pin non-earthed sockets, so check which plug converter you're bringing, if you're using the two-pin with a third earth pin, these won't fit.

The washing machine and remote control for the Air-Con, were, understandably, in Japanese; I would have liked a picture with translated buttons to help. I used a translation app on my phone which worked quite well though.

I loved my stay at Dash Living in Nihonbashi! It’s a 3-5mins walk from the subway (Ningyocho), there’s a 7eleven just a min away and it’s such a nice (and central!) neighbourhood. If you’re out in Akihabara for the night and the trains have already stopped running, don’t worry, it’s just a 30mins walk from Akihabara. The apartment itself offers everything a “home away from home” could possibly offer: washing machine (great when you’re travelling for longer), a nice balcony, a small kitchen, a closet which is big enough for your luggage, even a small (!) bathtub and a drying room (inside of your Kondo). There are even bikes that you can rent! It’s self-catered but I liked that, there are plenty of breakfast and restaurant options avaible around it. Will definitely book that accommodation again once I’m travelling to Japan anytime soon. [Also, the other people who stay here are so nice, I even made a friend :) with whom I went out for dinner most nights.]

There was a LED light just above my bed which was so bright I had to stick sth over it, eventually. The Check-In might be hard for people who aren’t too familiar with anything digital.

The location was perfect as first time travellers to Tokyo literally 2 minutes walk to 7/11 and a 2 minutes walk to station. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. Staff were professional patient abd helpful when I had difficulty accessing entrance. It was peaceful at night. The facilities within apartment were simple to use and everything in the apartment was perfect for a stay you had everything you needed including toiletries, washing powder. I would highly recommend Dash Door Living to anyone especially if you are a first timer.

Not a single complaint just a observation as a Brit we enjoy 2 pillows per person

Really cool apartment, great size and very comfortable for two adults. Easy to check-in, all self-service but the instructions were easy to follow. The location is fantastic, lots to explore and eat in the area. We loved that it was a quieter part of town compared to Ginza, but only a 20-minute train ride away. We made use of the kitchen and appreciated the larger fridge! The apartment also had a washing machine and an awesome clothes-drying feature in the bathroom. The bed was very comfy and a good size for two adults.

The kitchen pan and pot used a detachable handle that didn't work very well, making it harder to cook. There wasn't a lot of kitchen bench space, again making it harder to cook. But nonetheless, we had a great stay!

This apart hotel can be definitely recommended to stay in Tokyo. Great located near all big transport hubs yet in quiet district. Near by are plenty of places to eat, super markets, etc. Park on Sumida river is in 15 minutes walk. In a couple of metro stations are all atractions of Tokyo center area. Ginza shoping district and Akihabara are in 30 minutes walk. Also in 10 minutes is metro station to get to Haneda airport. So location is very good. Room itself is clean and spacy (for Japan budget living). Gas stove, big fridge, microwave and kettle are handy if you want to eat at home. Air heater in bathroom helps to dry you clothes. Plenty room for open two suitcases. View from window is not great but you can definetly find great views outside. In the bathroom you'll find most basic suplies, but that is not a problem, there are at least 3 combini shop in 2-3 minutes walk. Only one set of clean towels per person, if you plan to stay for prolonged time it may seem not enough. But you have washing machine with all suplies, so that is not an problem. Self chek-in and checkout is easy and quick.

If you want to send your luggage to this appart hotel - consider this: there is nobody at the reception. So nobody will recieve (or send) your luggage - you must do it yourself.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Ningyocho station with 2 train lines and 20 minute walk to Tokyo Station. Getting around was easy. The apartment was clean and quiet. It has a sliding door to shut the bedroom from the living room space or leave it open for a studio. Nice to have a kitchen but also nice that there were a lot of restaurants near by.

The double bed was too small for us to sleep comfortably (lesson learned) and I could have used another pillow. The bed was also kind of noisy, so turning over disturbs the other person. We stayed for 3 weeks and would have liked the option to have a cleaning service in the middle of the stay.

This is my 3rd time staying there and I enjoyed it very much. Great location. Walking distance to Mitsukoshi area. Direct subway ride from Haneda airport. Historical and safe neighborhood. The place is not as new as before but relatively well maintained. I felt like the bathroom was cleaner than before. Perhaps they did some deep cleanings. Towels were newer this time. That was a plus. I wish the price were lower, so I could stay longer.

Check in can be easier. It's not that hard but not easy either. My partner and I arrived separately and my partner was not able to check in on his own. He had to wait for me to arrive. it is a minor issue but kinda annoying.

It has air conditioning, stove, microwave, refrigerator, toilet (with seat heating), bathroom (with heating and ventilation), washing machine, bed (which is small but the mattress is nice and soft). We spent four nights here, but I'd easily spend more. It takes some getting used to as everything is Japanese style, but I think that's more of a positive thing as it lets you experience Japan more intimately. The location is incredibly convenient and quiet. The area is clean and not crowded at all. There's a 7-Eleven right around the corner. The building also has a scooter and bicycle for rent. There are also a couple of coffee shops around that are great for morning coffee (Passage Coffee and Berth Coffee). It's close to Ningyōchō and Bakuroyokoyama stations. One takes you directly to Ginza and Akihabara and the other has a direct line to Shinjuku.

Trash cans were missing for some reason. This made it a little more difficult to sort the garbage according to the apartment manual. But that's more of a nitpick. I would like to stay here again.
