The double apartment fits perfectly a family of four using the bunk bed and the sofa bed. it’s spacious, clean, brand new, very well insulated and it has everything you’d need.

No staff anywhere, you self check in/out and talk to staff via an iPad at the reception desk if needed. So no tips for restaurants or other useful info and hard to get any eventual problem easily fixed. No daily cleaning. No baggage storage. Check in after 3 pm and check out before 10am with overpriced fares for late check out.

The room is spacious knowing Japanese standard, so we are lucky when we found this hotel. Very comfortable bed. Facilities such as washing machine and dryer makes our life easier.

No storage before check in. They doesn’t have that facility for you. So if you are travelling with large suitcases and planning to keep it in the hotel before check in, this isn’t suitable for you. 3 nights before we stayed here, we were staying somewhere Tokyo Station. The hotel even provided storage after we check out. A bit disappointed choosing Minn. We should have asked them earlier.

This hotel was perfect for our family traveling with a 10-month-old. Our baby still needs her own food. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we need. There's a big grocery store right in front of the hotel. The washer and dryer (same machine) were helpful since baby can get messy easily. The staff didn't speak English but they used Google translate and accommodated all our asks. The location is great as it's close to multiple subway lines. There's no complain about this hotel. 10/10.

Very spacious apartment (for a city place), clean and super comfortable! All facilities that you need incl. washing machine and all smart solutions to save space. The beds were very comfortable and the top bunk was perfect for our daughter! About 10 min. walk to several metros and a supermarket just across the quiet road. Highly recommended! And dor those with kids: playground is 1 min. walk away :)

Located in a quiet area of Tokyo, which was nice unless you want the mega city feel.

There room is big, has a kitchen, big dining table, a washing machine, and the beds are really comfortable. All the facilities make me feel like a really home, not just a hotel. Especially I have two children, it’s definitely a best place for your family to stay.

The check in process is self-help. When I arrived, I try to do that with the iPad in the front desk, but I think someone close the app, it make me feel confused even there is a instructions, I spent some time to find out the way to complete it. I ask a kindly lady who just passed by for help, she also can’t find out how to do.

The property is within walking distance from nearby subway station (Higashi-nihombashi) and there are multiple parks nearby. As the room is studio-style equipped with cooking essentials and there is a mart literally out of the doorstep, it's great for a family who's willing to cook. Room is spacious and the area is not so noisy.

Cloud checkin is a bit burdensome for someone who's not familiar with those techs. Besides, the room door is a bit heavy. These are overshadowed by all the benefits the property offers.

Location was great, close to several 711, family marts, etc. there's a nearby train station as well and lots of food options, however they are only open until around 9-10pm. Check in and out is electronic and easy. No room key, it's also electronic and by PIN.

Some of the staff seemed to avoid us, but there were 2 staff members (females) who were super friendly and went the extra mile to help us. The thermostat didn't really seem to work, it always seemed cold in the room except in the bunk bed which was quite warm.

Location was good - 7 mins walk to local subways, with supermarkets/7-11 even closer, very quiet safe location. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for a family of 3. Shower was powerful and beds were firm and comfortable.

I didn’t like the automatic check in system and would have liked to interact with a human at some point in our four night stay.

Rooms are modern and very roomy for Tokyo standards. It is well-suited for 2 adults, 2 kids (aged 7 & 9). Good bathroom with shower and tub and washing machine/dryer. A nice flat area, a little out of the action but less than 5min walk to trains. The front desk is not usually manned but you can communicate with reception via chat at the front if needed. Easy and pleasant area to walk around.

Everything was good. It is mostly self-service and had an apartment feel but we didn't mind this.

large apartment for Tokyo standards. very clean and comfortable. There is no on-site staff so be prepared by following the instructions in the e-mail they send upon booking. The location is convenient to metro stations and is in a cute neighborhood.

There was construction going on right outside of our window and we could hear everything from the moment it started around 7 or 8 am. Not the hotels fault but just an FYI if you plan to stay in the near future. The blinds do not cover the light very well and sunrise is at 4:30.
