The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes from Ningyocho Station, which is on a direct line to Haneda Airport, making it even more convenient for travelers. The area is quiet and safe, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores (konbini) nearby. A big plus is that one of the nearby konbini has a smoking area, which is a rare find in Tokyo. The room was clean and well-equipped, with everything needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was great after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was compact but modern, with good water pressure and nice toiletries. The staff were friendly and efficient, check-in was quick, and the self-service kiosks made things even faster. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the in-room amenities (like the kettle and mini-fridge) were a nice touch.

Room size – As expected from APA hotels, the rooms are quite small, so it might feel tight if you have large luggage. Pillows were very thin – A firmer option would be great for better sleep. Check-out time is early (10 AM) – A later check-out option would be more convenient.

The stay was very pleasant, the staff did amazing and it was in the centre, but a peaceful location, so whenever I left to take the metro (which was really close) I saw barely any people and my stay was during April. The hotel looked really good outside and inside, and the room was not too big, but totally enough for one person. The power outlets were usb and Type A outlets, so also convenient if you somehow forgot to take the Adapter or a japanese plug. Overall an amazing stay, I have also been to other Apa hotels and this was the best one out of them, in my opinion. Although all of them were amazing.

The only small minus was the fact that I didn’t get any chopsticks or forks in my hotel, but I think that if I would ask for them the staff would give them to me with no problem. I just think it would be more convenient to get them in the room, but a lot of stores will also give the plastic / wooden ones to you for free as well ( 7/11, Lawson for example ) while buying the meals.

The hotel feels generally modern and fresh. Excellent location in a quiet area, close to the Ningyocho subway station and not too far from Tokyo Station. Comfortable bed, fresh and nicely decorated room, with refrigerator and the usual amenities. The staff was helpful and speak good English. Good value for money.

The room was small, and the view from the room was limited. This was, however, expected and not a problem. Cleaning was not perfect. There were strands of hair (several, not only one) from previous guests in the bathroom at arrival. The room was cleaned every third day (but towels were delivered daily).

The room was very small, but I knew it before I booked, so it was fine by me. The place was very clean and well equipped with amenities. You get everything you need. The room was very quite, I could sleep well, also the bed was very comfortable. The Ningyocho station is very near, just 2 minutes by walking. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. So the hotel is located in a nice area.

I arrived 13:35 to the hotel, very tired, after a long flight, and I needed to pay 10000 yen for early check-in. Check-in is from 15:00 and they had a free room. Other hotels don't ask for payment in such a case... Early check-in means for many hotels to check-in before 1 pm.

The location is everything! It's very quiet, but there are multiple metro stations nearby and it's really easy to get anywhere you want. The hotel provided us with the fresh towels and hygiene products every day, topping up our comfort. We found the breakfast option a bit expensive there, maybe it's worth it, yet we decided to ignore it. Good part - there are some breakfast options very close to the hotel that open very early, plus you must at least once get something for a breakfast in the famous Japanese convenience stores (7-eleven one love)

The room size was a bit of a surprise. It's tiny, even comparing to other hotels in Japan, we barely could open your suitcase inside!

The rooms are very small. Which is mostly Japan as a country, and less the hotel. It was sometimes noisy at night and we could hear people coming and going outside when we were trying to sleep. Pretty thin walls and doors

Checking in-and-out is very efficient. They also have a free luggage storage for when there is considerable time between your check out and travel and you still want to go around. The hotel is situated between walking distances to two different train stations so taking different trainlines is easy. The Ningyocho station vicinity nearby is full of food establishments so getting a meal isn't difficult. Multiple konbinis and a small supermarket nearby

this place is very close to metro and has many restaurants / convenient stores around here and surprisingly it is very quite area, it is very suitable for people who need privacy and don't mind smaller room.

Luggage deposit process can be improved, it just generate QR code to customers not enough for whole process , i feel bewilderment when I get QR code (it is in the very early morning and no staff around to me ), for me it doesn't save time or save staffs , also doesn't have enough information prove luggage belong to me! Although It is very smart to generate QR code for deposit luggage but it seems to me just goes half way of process and end up it is no different from old time.

Exceptional hospitality. I entered the hotel heavily rain-soaked in the head. I was offered dry towels before any question being asked. Great amenities, especially the small packs of powdered green tea, coffee, cream and sugar. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable firm bed. Overall good value for money,

Many exits from the Ningyocho subway station and another APA hotel nearby, therefore it was a bit confusing to get back to this hotel. The room carpet and the bath tub can use a more thorough cleaning.

I enjoyed my stay at APA Hotel Ningyocho Ekikita (this is my second time). The hotel location is great, the personnel are polite, and all the amenities have been provided. Price/Quality ratio met my expectations. I marked comfort level as good due to the fact the room is a standard small one suitable for 1 or 2 travelers. Nice choice for those who want to save some money and have a pleasant stay in Tokyo. Breakfast was excellent!
