My room had everything I needed : a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, a little table and seat, a fridge and kettle. There are some things you can get from the hotel like a toothbrush, razor, green tea, etc. They come clean every 2 days (but you can choose to ask for cleaning or not if you want just by sticking a message on your door). The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is good, not in the most popular neighbourhood but it's very quiet and there is a lot of public transport in walking distance. Also close to Tokyo Station, 10-15 min by foot.

Can't find anything ! I really had an amazing stay! I must say that I booked a double room because it was the cheapest when booking and it was big enough for me but I can imagine a single room being small. But it's the standard in Tokyo so not a surprise. I was very happy with the space in my room.

Perfect location (located in office district, which means quiet at night, close to convenience and supermaket-maruetsu petit-, variois subway line station) - I also walk to Tokyo station to take Sinkansen which just take less than 20 min through main arcade street.

Though my reservation was for non-smoking, I can smell some smoke through ventilation hole in bath. But well, it was okay cause the window can be opened, and also there was a air circulation machine in my room.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, which made all the difference. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, especially the bed – one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a while. Would definitely stay again!

I love the comfort and the worthiness of the value compared to the facilities. It’s near convenient stores and train station. I love how the lights are set up with various functions. The space is limited but spacious enough for one with regarding economical savings. Also love the breakfast with lots of choices, healthy and delicious. And the staffs are super helpful and plenty.

Actually I can smell the smoke at the lobby from the smoking area perhaps, so that could be an improvement later.

Grateful to have this place to stay on a Saturday night, when all other options in town have price tags that are hard to swallow. Old but clean, friendly staff.

The smoking room is directly connected to the lobby, and the smell is everywhere, from the lobby all the way into the elevator. It's really a shame as I wish to enjoy the public space at the lobby and possibly fetch some free drinks, but I couldn't stay there any longer than needed.

Good value for money! The room has everything you need, and the location is excellent. The closest station is a 5-minute walk away, there are two more stations within 10 minutes, and Tokyo Station is only about 15 minutes away. There is also a convenience store practically next door and lots of nice places to eat around.

It doesn't really count as a complaint, but they provide a fresh robe and new room slippers every other day, which I didn't need (because I didn't use). If there were a simple way to communicate that I don't want these things, that would be great!

Able to get in on a last minute (the day before) booking due to a flight change. When I booked, it looked as though I could only have a smoking room but the staff were able to change me to a non-smoking room. Great location, close to multiple train stations. The staff were very helpful - they didn't speak as much English as other places I stayed in Japan but I was able to navigate making a phone call and asking for chopsticks with my basic Japanese (after all, we are in Japan!). The rooms and bed were comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

Very clean. Room does not have a bad or funny smell like other hotels for this grade in Tokyo. Room is small but efficiently designed.

They at first refused to give me a qualified invoice for me to file for my work reimbursement. I had to almost beg for it. They finally gave in. Took only 5 minutes.

Feels like an authentic Japanese business travelers’ inn. As a Westerner and first timer in Japan it was fun to catch a glimpse. I liked it so much I will stay there again in the future.

WiFi could be better and more consistent. Sometimes it worked; sometimes it didn’t.
