Great location, close to the T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) and metro (5-6mins walk) Staff are friendly, check in/out easy Coffee machine at reception Best of all the rooms are very spacious on tokyo standards. Kids loved the bunk beds, the rooms are immaculate. Washing machine in room very handy especially with kids. Lots of great restaurants nearby Favourite hotel to stay in Tokyo. Perfect for those with young kids.

Just be careful on the top bunk if you are tall :) Also with the lifts, fits 4 max with maybe one suitcase, doors close quick so be careful. The mattresses are a little hard but you get used to it

Great location, nice and quiet with close locality to train stations and convenience store. Room was incredibly spacious. Toilet and shower were seperate which was good for travelling with other people. TV was in English which was nice. Staff were very polite and spoke a fair bit of English. Checkout and checkin were easy. Beds were not the most comfortable but were decent. Didn't bother me.

It is a bit on the pricier side. You get value for your money, certainly, and it was a far bigger room than most other hotels. When split between people, it becomes a bit easier.

Location was in a quiet area, 3 blocks away from a train station. Also very near to air terminal bus station for when you leave to go airport. Very friendly staff. Was well equipped. Even have washing machine in the room, so no reason to pay extra. They clean the room every day.

What I found strange is that there is no curtain in bathtub, but I figured it out that other hotels in Japan also don't have. Not many electrical outlets. We had to take turns to charge our phone battery. Would have liked to have a full body mirror. Not so big room but beds were huge. Would have preferred to have chairs in balcony. Also the lamp was very low so hitting my head every time I walked by it. And TV location was not convenient.

A very spacious room for a family of four. Excellent kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Bunks gave you some private space. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was not too touristy, and located near two different train lines and also the TCAT terminal.

Just some freeway noise at night, and the curtains aren't block out, but we didn't mind. Make sure you be patient with Google Lens Translate to work out how to use the washing machine, bath and shower, toilet and oven. Bed mattresses are a little hard.

The best part about this property is its location. A few 100 meters from TCAT station, it is very convenient to take airport shuttles to/from Haneda and Narita, even with luggage. In our case, we simply dragged our 4 big suitcases from the hotel to TCAT where the airport bus terminal is on the ground floor only, so very convenient. Another big plus point is they allow you to store baggage if you return to their hotel. In our case, we went to Kyoto and then returned to Tokyo to stay in the hotel for the final night before our return flight and the hotel stored our 4 big suitcases for a few days. Overall, a very nice hotel with great location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

We stayed in the bunk bed room. The room is much smaller than what it appears in the photos. Wouldn't recommend this room if you are traveling with the family.

Location is not the most convenient for those who want to be right in the middle of the action. It's situated in a residential / light commercial district. While there are multiple train/subway lines that reaches almost every popular destination, some stations require up to 10 or so minutes walk. But for those who prefer to stay in a quieter neighborhood and don't mind a little walking and exploring, it's good

The hotel is 150m from Tokyo City Air Terminal & Suitengumae Station which is quite convenience for travel to Narita & Haneda Airport & Ginza, Tokyo Station Area. The hotel itself like a mid-sized apartment but it is extremely comfortable. fully equipped with fridge, washer/dryer, stove and microwave, separate bathroom and toilet, comfortable bathtub and space for three suitcases. I have a good impression with staff who are always look happiness & smile. Hotel staff are good English speaking. I stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel it was very convenient and comfortable, making it the perfect compact home for my family travel in Tokyo.

Location was great. Station only two blocks away and a number of shops/restaurants close by. The rooms were big for what we have experienced in Tokyo in other places. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The washing machine, fridge and other appliances worked well. The wifi was very good.

We booked 4 rooms, and in all, we found the kitchen plates and utensils dirty on day one. The rest of the room was relatively clean. Our rooms did not have a view except of the back of the building where there is a carpark. The carpark can be noisy, particulary early in the mornings or late at night. The carpark is also used by people who smoke, which means the smell of smoke reached our balcony.

The apartment was small but functional. There is daily housekeeping which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there is a washing machine in the room..

The hanging lights are a little inconvenient. We kept walking into it or knocking our heads on it. There are large windows but face the next building which was under construction. The construction noises can be a bit loud but since we were out the whole day, it wasn't a problem. The lobby and elevator are tiny.

The room is extremely clean and comfortable. It is great for my family. We have only 2 adults and 1 little kid. The room we rented is large and has everything. Because of jetlag, we woke up early and cooked breakfast in the kitchen. It is very convenient to transport to the airport. I will book again when we come to Tokyo.

The direction to use the washing machine and drying clothes is confused. The dry feature of washing machine didn't work properly so we had to dry clothes in the bathroom but it took long time to figure out how to use the dry feature of the system.
