Great location within easy flat walking distance from the station. There are two buildings & we were put into the annex. Twin room was cosy however pretty standard for Tokyo. Enough room to put our bags under the beds. Nice & comfortable beds, air con worked well as did the shower. Overall we were happy with the room, location and the staff were very friendly. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafe's, a couple of malls, food outlets, everything you could want. Try the local gyōza & Kameido Yakisoba!
Bathroom was a little worn & just large enough for an adult, so standard for Tokyo. It was a little noisy in the morning when everyone was checking out. Thin walls didn't help & unfortunately some of the other guests stood outside our door talking loudly. Not the hotels fault but something to consider if you're a light Sleeper.

Everything was great. The process of check-in was very convenient and the staff was super friendly. The location, although far from centre, has its own perks. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and you can take the Local train from the nearby train station (Kameido) that is 5-7 minutes walk from the Hotel. There is also a shopping ventre very close to the hotel and a lawson just across the street that is open 24/7. The amenities provided by the hotel were also good. They also have a very efficient luggage storage system that helped me greatly on my last day. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only thing that could be improved is that some of the staff didn't know English, but that is a common problem foreigners face while visiting Japan. Other than that, there was nothing that needs to be changed.

Considering that this is still in Tokyo, and just a handful of stops from Akihabara, it has amazing value. The main street adjacent to Kameido station that is just a short walk from the hotel provides excellent shopping and meal opportunities to experience Japan without the overload of the metropolitan area. The stay itself is decently comfortable, has everything you'd need, including washing machines and dryers. I did not take their meal service, but it really was not necessary with all the affordable authentic food around.
The room felt a bit isolated with windows that do not seem to be meant to be opened, but that is barely an issue as the room is well-ventilated, and one is meant to enjoy the streets (and everything) nearby.

The location is excellent. There’s a lovely park nearby, and the area is full of convenience stores, shops of all kinds, and great food options. A shopping centre is also within walking distance, and having two train lines close by made it very easy to get around. The neighbourhood feels safe and pleasant. The room itself was very comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the provided pyjamas and slippers. There’s also a coin laundry on site, and the staff kindly exchange notes for coins, which was really helpful. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay.
The curtains and bedding looked a bit old and didn’t seem very clean, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the bidet pressure was quite weak and didn’t work properly.

The room comes with a desk, a little kitchen sink with a tiny fridge underneath. You could ask at reception and they provided me with a box of utensils such as rice cooker, bowls, plates, spoons, forks and a pot and hotplate. Air con worked well and they had a laundry room you could use. Ensuite bathroom was also very small but included a nice Japanese deep bath/shower. Staff were super friendly and helped me and my partner on a number of occasions. I can't overstate how grateful I was to them. My girlfriend was sick once and they helped me get her to a doctor. A huge thanks to the lady that patiently assisted me. I will say many of them don't speak much english (they know a little) so you should learn some basic Japanese or use a translation application. They are very patient though and will make efforts to understand you and assist. The location for the hotel was amazing for what we wanted. There's two stations nearby and a shopping centre for most of your needs. Finally the value for money was just great, very reasonably priced and I will hope to return there once again when next in Tokyo.
They didn't bother me much but the room is quite compact. I would say most Japanese accommodation is like that however. The fridge was very handy but the freezer box inside was open and sometimes either lead to other things like milk being frozen or if temperature slightly risen it might melt icecream in the box. The sink in the bathroom was a bit blocked and water drained out very slowly.

The location is great, the cleaness as usuall in Japan is excelent, very close to a mall, many restaurants, several subway stations, the personnel in general is very friendly and polite except one guy in the reception, the room was small but is normal in Tokyo. The check out process is very fast. Everything was great
The hotel is divided in two buildings which is not indicated in the description here in this web page, I asked to the guy in the reception why I had to stay in the other side of the street, and he was very unpolite and told me "because you booked a very cheap room" this is not a problem for me because all the time I book a hotel for several reasons one of them is the price as most of the travellers in the world but he tought that was going to push me down, but he just put him himself down talking to the customer in that way. Miserable person

Well positioned, close to a mall and a 6-10 min walk to the Kameido JR and Tobu subway station, and pretty close to the Gonohashi bus stop, making it well connected. There's a Lawson right in front of the hotel and there are vending machines on the 2F, with tables and chairs. The rooms are a bit outdated but, in my experience, clean and tidy, with every amenity and the possibility to rent additional items from the lobby. There is also a coin laundry, but I didn't use it. For long stays, you can freely ask for new linens and towels, but you will have to do your own housekeeping. Disposing of the trash is simple enough, reception gives you an informative pamphlet upon check-in, and the trash cans are right behind the hotel. The staff is kind and helpful, if there are language barriers they will use pocket translators - I asked to book a taxi and everything went smoothly! The room is a bit of a tight fit, but if you keep your luggage tidy, you will manage - I had a very large suitcase and I kept it open against the wall, taking stuff out as needed and had no issues! The room was a smoking one, but there was only a very faint smell on the first couple of days which then went away. The room has an Aircon unit for warm and cool air and dehumidifier, and I saw a machine to remove pollen in the air (which could be useful to some).
The bathroom is a little small (it's a unit bath, with tub, sink and toilet connected) and there's a step to enter, which can be bothersome, but I see how it's not really something that can be fixed overnight. The fridge has a freezer shelf but sometimes stuff in the fridge will freeze, and stuff in the freezer will thaw, so take care with products that need to be kept at certain temperatures.

The staff was super amazing and very helpful. My credit card didn't work and they worked around it and offered a lot to help with everything! The hotel room was nice and clean, a bit small but that was to be expected from a hotel room in Tokyo after all! Everything was up to standard and me (my boyfriend and 2 other friends) stayed at the 2nd floor which had access to an open air patio with stocked vending machines which was amazing! A little rough on the edges here and there but you get your moneys worth. Definitely coming back here, the location is really nice and not too crowded!
Maybe more comfortable chairs in the lobby!

There was everything what I needed - bed, some space for my belongings, table. Very compact room, but I guess it's common for Japan. Also there was a laundry on first floor (300 yen for 30 minutes cycle), luggage delivery, nice breakfast (japanese and european). There was no clinging in the room, but I'm ok with it and it was clear from description. But if you want to change towel - you always can take a new one on the first floor
The bed is a little bit small. Maybe location is not perfect - you should check your routes and main points of interest in Tokyo before booking to be sure that Kameido metro station is a good one. If it's ok - the hotel is perfect choice!

- Rooms are small but quiet and have everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fridge, microwave, electric kettle and hair dryer. The double size bed was very comfortable (not too hard) with soft pillows and sheets. Cable TV has English news channel. Good shower pressure and free toiletries provided. - Breakfast was very good and included western (scrambled eggs, salads, croissants) and Japanese options (miso soup and curry rice). - Location is a few stops out, but in a nice, quiet street (note that if you have a timed subway ticket you cannot use it at Kameido station (JR line), but instead need to get off at Nishi-Ojima and walk around 10-15mins. There are huge malls conveniently just few minutes walking with many restaurants and shops, Uniqlo etc.
- Nothing really. Just that guests and cleaners were making some noise during sleeping hours. Only happened once and staff were very helpful and apologetic. Staff really try to make you feel at home.
