The hotel is conveniently located; walking distance from the train station and a beautiful park.The bridge right before lets you capture some beautiful views. It is clean, has enough room for a single person and is very pleasant. You are given your necessities, hair tie, toothbrush + toothpaste, razor, cotton buds etc and on my second day I was given a fresh set of body + face towels, toiletries and pjs. The staff are lovely and incredibly respectful. The hotel overall is a really great stay and I would definitely revisit my next time in tokyo.

When I arrived at the airport at 2am, there was no metro and I took a taxi to the hotel. The taxi is very expensive. If other people want to stay at this hotel, they can book a plane to arrive at the airport earlier and they can take the subway to this hotel

A good place if you want to stay outside the city center in a reasonable price. A subway station is 7 minute walk from the hotel. A clean place proving room amenities every day.

The language barrier, very few staff understand English. Mostly the communication is through google translate if you do not know Japanese. Another thing was there is no proper breakfast facility, even, if you want to pay. There is a pizza facility with the hotel which can offer breakfast opportunity.

First, the location of the hotel is walkable to the train station. We went last Nov, during autumn foliage and we first experience it at the nearby park at the hotel. Also, they have complete amenities (they have in-house laundry) and toiletries. They also gave us fresh set of towels and toiletries every now and then and the bed is soft and comfy. Staff is polite,helpful and friendly and we had a wonderful and a comfortable stay

The rooms were very comfortable, super clean and spacious. The beds were super soft, big and comfortable. The staff were always super friendly, greeting us and welcoming us every time we stepped foot in the reception. All in all, an outstanding service and experience!

It was not super close away from the metro but also not so far that it would be a problem.

I like that the staff were all helpful and accommodating to the guests. The location was also convenient because it was near two train stations.

I was glad that two pillows were provided in the room. I am just sad because both pillows are a little bit hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I am used to some hotels where the pillows are soft to sleep on.

i took a room for two with a friend, it was spacious and well furnished (though the bathroom was a little small, but toilets + bathtub). they gave us bags with towels and other utilities every day they didn't clean. the staff is also patient and helpful. as long as you're respectful of others you'll have a really good stay here.

Location is key. Away from noise and traffic. Many local small shops near by. Walked to 7 eleven and family mart daily. The frontdesk team very helpful. Laundry room is better than other Apa we stayed in.

Elevator is small but fast. 2nd floor was a bit confusing you didn't have to take the elevator to get to the 2nd floor. 2nd floor was where the laundry room is located. Overall the place was good.

Walking distance from Sumiyoshi station and Tokyo Sky Tree view.

There was an electricity maintenance during our stay which was not informed the moment we booked the hotel. We were informed at the moment we checked in and couldn’t use the elevator, air conditioner, lights and even couldn’t open the room’s door (if we were outside) for 2 hours in the middle of the afternoon during the maintenance.

Half way between to train stations and a bus stop close to the door which gives convenient access to the city. Multiple convenience stores nearby. Very close to a beautiful park
