Lovely hotel with nice patio/lounge. Complimentary drinks in the evening is a nice touch.

Location is fine, but in a quieter area and requires travel on the subway for dinner. This shouldn’t be an issue for most tourists but worth knowing.

Strong position in a quiet neighborhood, close to Mita and Asakusa subway lines and close to Tamachi JR Station. Relatively close to Hamamatsucho station if you are flying from Haneda airport. Also close to Tokyo Tower. Room was not very big but well designed and with everything expected from a 4-star hotel (also the view from the room is worth a mention). Very friendly and helpful staff. It is also quite nice that they have some drinks/snacks every evening in the main lounge.

The room was indeed rather on the smaller end, but nothing terrible. The laundry service offered by the hotel, while being rather good, felt quite expensive.

We had queen bed rooms - They were relatively big, with fabulous city view (Regular roos are too small with no interesting view). The lounge was great with a coffee machine 24 hours, snacks, and beverages in the afternoon - this was very refreshing. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of choices - eastern and western food. And most importantly , the staff and the service. They were very helpful, respectful, and nice. We had some issues with the room, with transfer reservation and big problem with our flight. They gave us much assistance, put lots of effort, and helped a lot. Huge thanks to Mr. Noburo Kuga at the front desk, for his kindness and support.

The hotel is a bit far from the center, although there is a metro station nearby.

The location was in a quieter area which was nice. Many restaurant options nearby were fun to try, as well as a convenience store in the building. We loved meeting our traveling companions in the morning for coffee and evening wine. We also appreciated daily fresh towels, amenities and bedding. The staff was very helpful.

The rooms were small, which was somewhat expected. It would have been nice if a more thorough dusting/vacuuming had been done midway through our trip. We were there ten days and towards the end of the trip the dust was really showing. Other than these minor items the stay was great.

Although the room size is on the small size, absolutely everything you could want or need is packed very carefully in there, from hairbrushes and shaving foam to mini fridge and so on. Very carefully planned use of the space. It was so quiet, no noise from corridors or the outside whatsoever (I *loved* this!), and the facilities were great. We used the lounge as a work planning space in the morning with coffee before heading out, and sometimes as a recreational space with beer in the evening, again it's quiet but immaculate. Oh, and the view of the city skyline from the room window is spectacular!

Often I tend to stay at cheaper places; this was more expensive than I'd usually go for, but my friend-colleagues were staying here and it was just easier to stay somewhere together. I'm glad I did.

The property is located near two train stations, which is convenient, but overall it feels a bit far from major attractions, especially if you’re relying on public transportation. The amenities were good and enough. The cleanliness was decent, but there’s room for improvement. The bathrooms, in particular, could benefit from a more thorough deep clean, especially in the corners and on the floors. The staff experience was not the best. For example, they only deliver luggage to your room if it was shipped through the specific company they work with. I also asked for a voltage converter, and while they did have one available, I was told I had to go downstairs to collect it myself. Overall, the stay was okay, but a bit more attention to cleanliness and service would make a big difference.

We liked the quiet location and the quietness of the hotel. Being on a side street and in a quieter part of Tokyo there was no traffic noise and a sound proof room. Buffet breakfast is incredible with many wonderful choices from East and West. Professional staff.

I wish they mentioned two really great restaurants in the same building on the other side. We discovered them on our return to Tokyo. Don’t miss a great Chinese and Italian restaurant located in the building next to Seven Eleven convenient store. Both Fantastic. Wine and beer hospitality on the 14th floor would be nicer with real glass where and better snacks, like nuts. Pleasant environment though, very nice.

Superior Corner Room was super nice, spacious and comfortable. The two queen size double beds were perfect for our family of four. We loved the big windows and the view. Breakfast was so delicious with both Japanese and Western options. Even a little glass of bubbles with it. And in the early evening, the hotel serves drinks and snacks in the lounge. Location was quite good too with easy access to several metro stations. We often used Mita Station, which was just 5 minutes away.

The internet was very poor from our room (but no problem when in the lobby or at breakfast). While location has great access to public transport, it seems like it is more of a business district, so we did not do much strolling around in the neighborhood as there was nothing much.

The location is excellent - convenient for transport access, and feels much more local and quiet than tourist-crazy Shibuya or Shinjuku. Staff are very helpful and friendly. A convenient area by the hotel for uber or taxi to pull into. The lounge area with a terrace and complimentary coffee/tea all day, and free drinks each evening is a fantastic value addition. Great to have a peaceful outdoor space to relax. The size of the rooms, and the amenities with nice large windows looking over the city are great. This is my second stay, and I’m planning to keep returning on my annual work trips!
