fantastic location with great connectivity to the rest of Tokyo, Clean, well appointed rooms and I would stay there again for sure.

There is an issue with the naming of the Hotel and then getting taxis to go to the right place. Being called the Hotel Toranomon Hills means all the taxis take you to the Hotel in Toranomon Hills which they know as the Andaz and no matter how many times you explain not the Andaz, you always end up there. I was only there for two nights but my colleagues for 6 and had this issue at least twice every day.

The staff are amazing. Really great location with direct access to the train station which was very convenient. The gym and lounge had great views. Loved the amenities at the hotel.

The smell at the lobby is a bit strong from the restaurant but it isn't that big of a deal since you probably won't be spending much time there anyways.

A fireplace mentionned to be in the room...! Of course there was none in the room .....as not authorised in Tokyo specially in a new building of 49floors

Facilities was top notch. But what was most memorable was the service from the staff especially for our checkout process including baggage handling and helping me confirm my next Tokyo address with the Taxi Driver. This made my day as I continued my next destination in Tokyo. Lounge area was superb and gym was well equipped. The wait for the lifts was very very shirt which was also good.

Maybe it was too early in the day (7am) but I wasn't able to enter the shower room in the Lounge area with my room card. Also because floor area of the hotel was so large, the walk from the lift to my room was a little longer than I expected but I can't complain too much because it means there was less noise usually near the lifts.

Well located, wonderfully decorated, great ambience

The hotel is so very well appointed - all of the decor, furniture, lights - ultra modern but approachable - I was impressed. It is located in a 'mall' but it was exceptional: extremely modern-cool decor, shops, restaurants, coffee places, pharmacy, art exhibits, even a train station! Walking around there was so enjoyable - it was so 'Tokyo' at its finest: highly modern but very Japanese - i.e. the harmonious decor, a 'security' robot (too cute!) and the many Japanese restaurants on offer. Outside there were ultra cool modern buildings - Minato City- and a small park, statues and then a shrine.. it was 'urban beauty' at its finest. The breakfast buffet and coffee were great too. Their bar/restaurant was nice. The staff were super friendly and very genuine. The room was ultra cool too and the shower head was large and super lovely after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Minato City is just far enough away from the hustle bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku but not too far. Highly elegant place to stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel that exceeded all my expectation!!From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Their kindness and attentiveness truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel has a big lounge where you can wait while your room is getting ready! The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. Situated right above the metro station, it provided us with easy access to all the city's attractions, making our exploration effortless and enjoyable. We loved being able to hop on the metro and get to our destinations quickly. As for the rooms, they were impressively spacious and well-appointed. The combination of large rooms, a friendly atmosphere, and a prime location made this hotel a perfect choice for our trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay, and I can't wait to return!

The property is new, well maintained, very clean. Rooms have tall ceilings, plenty of light with subtle colors -- very nice. We also loved having a major subway station right beneath the hotel, which made getting around very convenient. Toranomon Hillls, where the hotel is located, is quiet and has nice public spaces.

We had breakfast at the cafe and not at the buffet restaurant. Good coffee and decent toast, but the cafe needed to staff more people -- we came down for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. or so and it seemed like there was only one person on duty for awhile. Also, why not serve both butter and jam and not ask the patrons to choose? Also, the fact that there was a restaurant on the ground floor was fine (there is not much of a lobby space, just a check-in desk next to the restaurant) but we thought the food smell was a bit distracting and it wafted around the elevator banks area.

Gorgeous styling, spotlessly clean, lovely natural toiletries, amazing view of Tokyo Tower, beautiful classy lounge with free drinks and snacks, and the staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Handy location close to the Hibiya and Asakusa lines to easily travel all over Tokyo, or only about 20 minutes walk to Ginza or Roppongi if you want to go shopping. Nice upscale neighbourhood with lots of convenience stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby.

The hotel is a brand new, very well designed. Although I am missing Japanese touches such as a small bathtub which I am used to, I had an excellent stay. Really like a short walk to Atago Jinja and even Imperial Palace. The shops and restaurants in the same building are also excellent and worth visiting.

If you expect a complete Japanese five star service then it is not there. Rooms are smaller than other hotels though extremely well designed. There are some construction going on around the hotel.
