fantastic stay

This is a beautiful place! We absolutely loved staying here. The room was spacious and beautiful. The view was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond at all times. There are many restaurants/bars in the hotel as well as they have a complimentary "happy hour" every day with snacks and drinks. They even have a tunnel to the subway station beneath the hotel. You will not regret booking here!

We asked to have laundry service, and they did not disclose the price until after it was done. It was VERY expensive. We should have asked before we sent it off to be done but we didn't imagine it would be over $300!

Andaz is exceptional. Very spacious room, very clean, very good services (spa, gym and room service), it really exceeded my expectations to some extent. In addition the Tavern, their restaurant, is delicious, there is live music and it has one of the best vibes and view of all the restaurants we have been in Tokyo.

I feel the level of English for some receptionists is not great, but we could always manage. We went to the rooftop bar and if we wanted to sit close to the widow we had to pay an extra 1’000 JPY per person. It is not about the cost, but if you are a guest why do you need to charge?

-The service was great -Delicious breakfast buffet -Rooms are very quiet and very comfortable -location is great

-For our 3 dinners at the Tavern Grill and Lounge, the service was very slow on 2 of them (it took almost 50 min to bring a very disappointing soup). The staff at the restaurant were great though. -The dinner menu doesnt offer much variety (compared to a few years ago, maybe due to the tough corona years?) -Carpets in the rooms are starting to feel old and a bit dirty -Not much Japanese options for breakfast (it seems the buffet was downsized after the corona years) -The room lacks storage

This was an amazing property and so comfortable, the staff were so welcoming. I was recommended to stay by a family member and it did not disappoint.

It was hard to find fault. I would have liked to have bought some of the Tea Cup and Saucer.

Spa and pool are exceptional. If travelling with a couple it can’t be beat! The mid century modern aesthetic is great in photos but feels a bit ‘motel’ in reality.

If you’re travelling with kids, even with teenagers, they will not be able to go to swim without an adult because they also offer subscriptions to the local population.

Room are big and have a very nice view!

The communication with spa stuff have misunderstanding. But the Managers fix it directly and I’m happy with it.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Dinner at The Sushi was fantastic, with a super kind and nice chef cooking just for us. The happy hour was great too, nice music and nibbles and drinks. It was a dream!

The Andaz is a luxury hotel and the experience is one of quality. The hotel provides a comfortable environment with excellent breakfast and dining options supported by dim lighting providing a relaxed and refined mood.
