I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to Ebisu JR Station and 12-minute walk to Hiroo subway station, making it super convenient to get around Tokyo. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day of exploring. One of the best parts was the easy access to local restaurants—plenty of great dining options nearby, and if you need anything quick, there’s a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away. Super convenient! Overall, a great place to stay if you want a balance of accessibility and a calm environment. Would definitely consider booking again!

Several downsides include the bed mattress was very hard, which gave me backaches and made sleeping uncomfortable. The apartment property was smaller than expected, making it feel quite cramped, especially with large luggage. The bathroom sink was very small and stationed low, which could be inconvenient—especially if you're over 6 feet tall. Another issue was the limited hot water supply (185 litter hot water storage tank). If two people take showers and baths back-to-back, the hot water may run out. Storage was also a problem—there was no bedside table, drawer, or closet to store clothes, making it difficult to keep things organized. Additionally, the outdoor trash bin was always full and dirty, which was unpleasant.

Our room at ITOS was clean and well-equipped for a week's stay in Tokyo. Ebisu is a great area to go out and eat, and the walk to Ebisu station is relatively short, so you can quickly reach the Yamanote line, which will take you to most hotspots and other travel hubs. The ITOS team is also very communicative and the extra step to make sure your stay is comfortable.

The room itself is relatively small, but compared to other accommodation options in the area/comparative areas at the same price point, the room is actually a little bigger. Our room was also on the 1st floor, so we had windows out to the street. There were some bushes in front of the (frosted) windows to give some privacy, but it does mean the space doesn't get a lot of natural light. Since we were out and about the whole day anyway, this didn't matter too much for us.

The host Nobu was very responsive and helpful, even allowing us to stay much later on the day of departure, because we had a late flight. The room was very tiny, but had everything you could need in it. It was spotlessly clean. An easy 13 min walk to the nearest railway station. There was a 7/11 less than 2 mins away. The Ebisu area it was in was lovely and full of restaurants.

The bed was said to be a double on Booking.com, but was only a king single, and hardly big enough for 2 adults. This was disappointing for the huge nightly price we paid

Great location. Close to many eating options and Yebisu Garden Place and Ebisu Station. Quiet but only one street back from main road. Able to open window. Good bathroom.

A little cramped for 2 people.

The location is convenient and closed to the train station. It was convenient as the convenient store is 1 min away. There are many amazing restaurants round the corner. It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood too.

No cheap parking

The room was modern and very clean, and the apartment was quiet which was great for sleeping. The area was a sweet little neighborhood with a convenience store very close by. The room even had its own washing machine which was excellent!

It would be great if there were additional pillows, but the ones provided were fine.

Ebisu is a great area, the place was clean and well looked after. Felt like a safe area and super helpful letting us leave our bags early!

Location was great, little to no noise... easy access with a code. The room was fully equipped with an AC as well as a washer/dryer, and the room had just enough space for me and my gear!
