Loved the vibe, the neighborhood, and all the wonderful friends we made! The rooms are tiny but the restrooms and amenities are fabulous.

Tiny tiny rooms

Brand new property with good sized rooms and great facilities.

We stayed in both a superior room with ensuite (which we would highly recommend) and a room with shared bathroom. The rooms with shared bathrooms were very small! Not much space to move around or to put luggage, female bathrooms were sometimes very messy in the mornings.

Shared bathrooms were much cleaner and well maintained than expected. Water pressure was strong and the amenities were decent. For the exceptional location in between shibuya and daikanyama, ebisu...the price and the facilities were definitely a steal!

We loved everything about our stay here. My sister and I and our 2 year old nephew. It felt like luxury coming from our previous accommodation. Check in was easy, the free beverages were a treat, the breakfast was 10/10 and location to the Shibuya crossing was very close

A new hotel with big rooms and very comftable beds ! The room itself is modern and clean. Their is a really nice shared space and a young vibe since it has dorms.

The bathroom in the room is a bit small, not a big deal, in my opinion, but if you are very tall, it might be.

Excellent hotel with very kind and helpful staff speaking very good English! We stayed in a room with shared toilets and bathroom, which was no issue because there are enough showers and toilets on each floor and we never had to wait. It was always clean and there were always enough facilities (e.g. Shampoo, soap, towels....) to use. Of course, our room was small, but that was clearly noted in the description. If you're 2 people, it's not possible to fully open 2 suitcases at the same time - at least, we didn't manage to do that. 😅 On the last floor there is a lounge where you can relax and have iced tea or flavoured water for free. On the ground floor, there is a bar and a restaurant and some information panels with some historical facts concerning the hotel and its location. That was lovely made. Breakfast is really delicious and allowed a healthy start of the day. The food in the restaurant was nicely served and was delicious. The location of the Graphy Hotel is also very good: within a short walking distance you reach Shibuya train station, but you can still take advantage of a calm night's rest! We'd highly recommend this place to stay, because of its stylish interior, cleanliness, staff, food and location!

It was more of a hotel than a hostel, so very modern and clean, and the beds were super comfy (loved my pillow). They had free coffee and tea and nice balcony and pool table area. They gave a free beer ticket which I didn't use because it was time limited (would be nice to use it later in the day) They had everything I might need! I borrowed and iron, and a UV umbrella for free which was lovely. Some people were able to borrow pyjamas Staff were all very helpful. Good environment for meeting people if you want to. Separate female bathroom and showers on the same floor as the room. Refrigerator in the room is very nice Room was not as cramped as people said in previous reviews -- I have definitely been in more cramped hostels. They give you a nice little bathroom basket/bag with some toiletries and towel for free which is helpful. Dyson's in the bathrooms

The pictures make the rooms and common area look bigger than they are. The location can be a bit far from Shibuya station (15 min walk) A bit expensive for a hostel room but it is a pricey area.

Amazing hostel/hotel - super clean, new, awesome free amenities and toiletries that covered all needs. Female dorm a bit cramped once there are any suitcases in the room. Great having access to a fridge and microwave, plus filtered water and coffee/tea. I appreciated the free beer happy hour, even though it wasn't necessarily as social as I expected. The rooftop area, although beautiful, is way too small and it was often difficult to get a seat (and the terrace was often taken over by smokers), but it was still a nice space. Note that the hotel is located about a 13-minute walk from the train station as this is considered to be outside of central Shibuya, but it was a manageable walk. I would definitely stay here again.

So incredibly happy I found this hotel. The location is awesome. The staff are Japanese and English speaking and are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. Everybody was so kind and friendly. Originally we booked a shared bathroom for four nights and on our last night, we moved into a room with its own bathroom. Was it worth the extra hundred dollars? Yes! That being said we were OK not having it before. Through room with its own bathroom is considerably bigger. In both rooms, the beds were comfortable. The amenities were good. Bottles of water, toothbrushes, ear plugs, eye masks. There is an inexpensive and very convenient laundromat next-door. They offer free coffee on the seventh floor. Every day from 5 to 6 there is free beer in the lobby. They also give you one free, complementary drink upon arrival. I will definitely be staying here in the future. Thank you everybody who works here who made this visit that much more incredible!

If your thinking about booking this hotel look no further and book it. The best thing is the location. Shibuya crossing is less than a 20 min walk from hotel. I’m a party of 4 2 adults and 2 kids, we have 4 year old and a 2 month old, we came during cherry blossom season and love it. Everything was walking distance. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating to our kids. If you’re debating on the breakfast I highly recommend it. Breakfast was made with the freshest ingredients we loved waking up and getting it just down stairs. If you’re looking for comfort and close shopping and things to do look no further and book at hotel Graphy shibuya.
