Loved the vibe, the neighborhood, and all the wonderful friends we made! The rooms are tiny but the restrooms and amenities are fabulous.

Tiny tiny rooms

Brand new property with good sized rooms and great facilities.

We stayed in both a superior room with ensuite (which we would highly recommend) and a room with shared bathroom. The rooms with shared bathrooms were very small! Not much space to move around or to put luggage, female bathrooms were sometimes very messy in the mornings.

A new hotel with big rooms and very comftable beds ! The room itself is modern and clean. Their is a really nice shared space and a young vibe since it has dorms.

The bathroom in the room is a bit small, not a big deal, in my opinion, but if you are very tall, it might be.

Amazing hostel/hotel - super clean, new, awesome free amenities and toiletries that covered all needs. Female dorm a bit cramped once there are any suitcases in the room. Great having access to a fridge and microwave, plus filtered water and coffee/tea. I appreciated the free beer happy hour, even though it wasn't necessarily as social as I expected. The rooftop area, although beautiful, is way too small and it was often difficult to get a seat (and the terrace was often taken over by smokers), but it was still a nice space. Note that the hotel is located about a 13-minute walk from the train station as this is considered to be outside of central Shibuya, but it was a manageable walk. I would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing ! I was in a shared room and the other people in the room were very quite so I had no problem with that. The bathroom was super clean and the bag they give you at the beginning has everything you need from sleepers to sleeping mask and toothbrush. The staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful. There is a coin laundromat a few meter away from the hotel so it's very easy to do laundry if you stay longer. There is a bus for Shibuya station 3 min away from the hotel.

The lockers were a bit small and I couldn't feat my backpack and there isn't any other storage in the room. The lounge area on the last floor is not practical at all. There is a lot of space and the view is great, there is also fresh drinks and a billard but not enough space to seat ! Food is not allowed in the room so it would be nice to have way mor sittings and tables.

If your thinking about booking this hotel look no further and book it. The best thing is the location. Shibuya crossing is less than a 20 min walk from hotel. I’m a party of 4 2 adults and 2 kids, we have 4 year old and a 2 month old, we came during cherry blossom season and love it. Everything was walking distance. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating to our kids. If you’re debating on the breakfast I highly recommend it. Breakfast was made with the freshest ingredients we loved waking up and getting it just down stairs. If you’re looking for comfort and close shopping and things to do look no further and book at hotel Graphy shibuya.

I went there after I got out of the hospital with crutches and a sprained ankle because I just missed the last train. The staff was extremely nice, I could immediately book it and check in was available too at such late hour even though I did not tell them beforehand. They were kind and offered me help to bring up my backpack due to my condition. Moreover, on the next day, when I went for breakfast, the receptionist told me it is possible to get breakfast in bed too due to my condition if I'd like to. During my breakfast the waitress was kind enough to bring me water so I did not have to stand up and walk there with my bad ankle. The breakfast was amazing and I am sorry I couldn't enjoy it more due to the shock of my own situation. Moreover, when I asked the reception, they arranged a taxi to pick me up and take me to the station. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice. The shower room was nice and luckily it was close to my room. I am forever grateful that after missing the train I went to this hotel and when I come back to Japan and need accommodation I'll book it again.

Unfortunately, it was quite hard to get into the bed in the room. I specifically asked for a bed on the ground to avoid any climbing with my bad ankle, however there was very little space next to the bed and it was hard to get into the bed, even if I'd be healthy it would have been hard.

A 10-15 min walk to the Shibuya station, Shibuya crossing, Ebisu station, Konbinis like 7/11 and FamilyMart, and eventually leading to bars, cafes, clubs, Shibuya 109, and everything! The laundromat is next door and open 24*7. The staff was friendly and helpful. They organized a Christmas event as well. 24*7 rooftop facilities, especially the pool table, I met other foreigners and made friends there! I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom and it was clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler. I extended my stay and was here for over 3 weeks! I will stay here again when I come back to Tokyo.

It was quite expensive, but I expected it given the location and facilities and the fact that I had a private room with a private bathroom. Shared rooms here or private rooms with shared bathrooms are quite cheap though! It would have been wonderful if the Shibuya crossing view were there, but you can't get everything, right?!

The beds were super comfy and bathroom facilities were great and really clean! The upstairs lounge was also great with tea and beverages. About a 10min walk to train station so not bad pretty easy to get around. Staff were friendly and one even helped me (15minutes time taken) to set up a booking account and book an activity that was booking online in all Japanese (hence why I needed so much help). Another helped me sort out the best form of transport to my next stop. I would definitely stay again. Have just arrived at a new hostel/pod accommodation and it is not nearly as good!

Great spot! 10-15min walk from Shibuya and from Ebisu. It was not too far from the best spots but still in a calm area which I loved! We were 2 girls and booked a room with private bathroom, it was small but not as small as other hotels in Tokyo which was nice for this price. Queen bed was good for us. The shared bathroom and restrooms were also super clean and they had a female-only shared bathrooms for those who are thinking about taking a room with shared bathrooms. We felt super safe and I know that traveling by myself there would have been great. The hotel is new and very cute. I would 100% recommend!!!
