We loved the free breakfast every morning, along with the other food the café makes. The location is amazing for exploring Ebisu, Daikanyama and Nakameguro, and also convenient for using the Yamanote line.

It would be nice to be able to forward luggage from the front desk. We used luggage forwarding at Family Mart close by down the street, so it didn't take away from our stay.

The location was great.just a few minutes walk from Ebisu train station .(1stop from shibuya) -the area itself has lots of good various restaurants.The hotel was clean- has laundry coin machines .(and the T.V in the room was smart and could show how much time remains. Which was useful .(:

The hotel was very nice although the room was smaller than i expected. The hotel has self check in & out+ self luggage check.which is fine but the staff is not too helpful..(I’ve asked for help with ordering a taxi they said they aren’t travel agency and i was trying to use the app it didn’t work because i had only internet line and not a Japanese number but they didn’t seem to care…And also the breakfast was supposed yo be from 6.30 a.m -11 (we had to check Out 6.30 due to our flight .. they didn’t let us into the restaurant saying it will be open only in half an hour..(7).. it was disappointing..and I’ve been in Japan serval times.. they usually super great at giving excellent service..so i was super surprised ..

This hotel was a perfect location! So close to Ebisu station and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, as well as the Meguro River with the sakura in bloom (at the time of our visit). The cafe downstairs offered free breakfast and coffee to 11am, which is nice for us late risers. Very comfortable.

The rooms were a little small, but that was expected. We got a double bed and they were plenty big. A little more room around the sink would have been nice or some shelving to store some items as we had to constantly go back & forth to luggage.

Hotel was clean and well-located close to Ebisu station. Washing machine and dryer facilities were easy to use and affordable. Showers had good water pressure and temperature controls.

Breakfast options are severely limited with no menu rotation. Hotel staff/housekeeping should also consider providing guests with new water bottles each day during the summer.

Very clean and modern facilities. Our room was compact, but perfectly comfortable, with a view, and had everything we needed. The breakfast sandwich was tasty and incredibly filling, and good coffee. We loved being able to grab a fresh set of pyjamas and toiletries every evening. The location was quiet, and a perfect jumping off point for all the places we wanted to visit in Tokyo.

Location is near with restaurants and stations

The only thing missing is an electric kettle in the room

This place is very basic and has no frills, but, it has everything you need and is well thought out. Yes, the rooms are small, but we used the stools for our travel on sized suitcases, the shower is excellent and there is a little curtain separating the entrance/bathroom/sink area from the sleeping area and if you use that you have plenty of room to shower and dress. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is quiet. Maybe best of all is the location - it's very close to the Metro and the JR Yamanote Line and tons of restaurants and conveniences.

Location and room is fine

One of the managers of the breakfast hall was a bit rude. He should not work there if he is arrogant to non-Japanese guests, his speaking tone and language was certainly to polite

Great location in Ebisu with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Very close to Metro and trains. The setting with a patio and garden is so nice. We had breakfast outside everyday. It’s very calm around the hotel and we slept with open window every night without getting disturbed (I’m extremely sensitive for noise). It’s a small oasis in this giant city. The room was very nice decorated and well organized. The beds are super comfy. Breakfast is ok with a choice of tasty sandwiches and coffee/tea.

Every aspect of this hotel is excellent - except they won't store your luggage after check-out for the afternoon. So if you have an connection to an evening flight, or another hotel that has a check-in at 3 pm, then you have to go a railway locker or similar to store luggage. Please change this, and I will come stay again!
