The facilities were very clean and other guests were respectful. Its location is great, just a couple minutes from Shibuya Scramble. The rooms were big enough for me (180cm).

Lockers were not large enough for my duffle bag, not a huge problem as there is a room for larger cases with bike locks.

It was very central and easy to access. Check-in was quick. The entire facility was very clean (restroom, showers as well as the room). Despite the dormitory being filled with people, it was very quiet and everyone was very respectful and mindful of the noise they would make when coming in and out of the room. Also liked the fact there's room where you can leave your luggage and attach it to a chainlock.

I'm told there's a service, in which you can pay to get your bag transferred to the next hotel. When I asked for this at the reception I was told they didn't have this service. Other than that the entire experience was very good. If you have a big luggage and need to access it then it's probably best to stay at an hotel.

I liked how close it was to Shibuya station. It gives a good central location to start the day.

I have 2 gripes, one of them is my fault. It’s very hard to find. Shibuya has so many bridges and is so complex that Google maps doesn’t work there very well. My first night it probably took an hour of getting lost to finally find it. Second, on my third night there were some very rude Australian guys in the sleeping area. They were making phone calls and talking to each other loudly. Also the shoes they give are a bit small

Convenient, inexpensive, orderly, kind staff, comfortable bed and a variety of items to choose from and use in the bathroom. It's slightly dated and older, but seems well maintained. Location is quiet and a short walk from downtown Shibuya but getting there is only slightly complicated due to construction.

My only issue was with the towels given to me in my locker. They appeared clean and folded. I used the hand towel to to dry my face after washing it and I experienced a negative reaction. I woke up in the middle of the night with sticky mucus eyes. The towel may have been contaminated or placed on a contaminated surface. I might suggest disinfecting the surfaces in the washroom and the insides of the lockers more frequently or reevaluating current laundry methods. Symptoms seemed to go away the next morning, so I wasn't overly upset. Other than that, no complaints. Overall, positive stay.

As far as capsule hotels go, it's pretty solid, you get enough privacy, especially if you get one of the "premium" pods. The location is fantastic, which does make the price understandable.

There's no common space for taking a call or using a laptop, the showers' door locks were all broken, and there's a limit to how many suitcases fit in the luggage room, so you might just have to leave it at the front door (which is not great if you have to get something from your luggage at any point)

The location was excellent and great value for money. The lockers were good size just enough for my luggage case size.

The hot water in the drinking water machine supply did not work which I needed. So had to kept walking to a convenience store to get. There was no facility even paid for offered for luggage storage after check out. There was no communal room as pictured on the website, where you were able to sit, eat or work. This was misleading as there was one on the booking.com website. This should be removed if this is not available.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and there was enough storage room for all my belongings. The facilities were very clean everyday.

One of the sinks and one of the showers were broken during my stay, so I had to wait to shower sometimes which was inconvenient when I had to be somewhere at a specific time. The shower door also fell off at the end of my trip.

Everything about the place was great. First, you can leave your luggage there early, before the 3:00 PM check-in. You can also check-in very late - up to midnight (though the concierge desk is 24/7 so you could push it past midnight...). Second, the place itself looks very clean and modern - no evidence of wear and tear there. Third, dealing with the concierge was pretty easy since they know the phrases "check-in", "check-out", "I will leave my luggage here" and then know where to carry on from there. They have limited english, so don't expect to have a conversation with them. They have two places for you to put your stuff. They give you a personal locker (around the size of a high-school/gym locker), and they also have a room where you store your luggage that you cannot put inside your locker. You have a shared sink/mirror area, where they provide combs, face care, lotion, toothbrushes, razors, etc., which is nice. The showers are individually separated from each other, i.e one closet-sized room per shower, and there are three (normally four, but one was closed off for repairs when I was there) rooms/showers. They come with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The restroom is in a separate room, and is very clean. The bed/room itself is comfy, clean, and pretty spacious. Just remember that you booked a capsule hotel, and adjust your expectations to that. The location itself is like ~10-15 minutes away from Shibuya Scramble crossing, so it is a great location. Just take care that getting to the hotel from Shibuya station involves climbing some slopes and you'll have to go out of your way to find elevators/escalators to get there with luggage.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The only thing I could say that was a little bad was that there was no elevator. It is only ~10 (or ~20 depending on which floor they place you in) steps that you have to bring your luggage up/down, so it shouldn't really be a problem for most people, but a little gripe nonetheless.

Location was great for what we needed, staff were very pleasant and the capsule (Premium) was comfortable with a bit more room. Great having amenities like toothbrush, comb, shower gel etc all to hand without needing to dig through a suitcase. Staff were accommodating with holding our luggage before check in allowing us to explore.

Very first world problem, having a bit more space to repack a suitcase would be helpful - we did this in the locker room as our floor was quiet and not many other suitcases where present.

Great location, short walk from the scramble crossing! 7Eleven and couple good restaurants right in the corner. They provide everything you would need: towels, slippers, shampoos, even toothbursh/-paste. Cleaning happens every day and everything is top notch clean. Friendly staff and always down to help!

This is not a social hostel. A lot of people are japanese and they just come here to sleep for a night or two. If you want to hang out in the common area you have to pay — mostly this is just a place to sleep! The wifi doesn’t work, but if you need to use the internet there is a free public wifi-spot just next to the hostel towards the 7Eleven. I usually sat there for 10-15mins to catch up!
