Great place! The location was good, bus stops downstairs otherwise a 15min walk to shibuya station, 7/11 and family marts downstairs or across the street, kitchen was nice has everything you need to cook there, cute balcony (street view), for two adults we had a good amount of space I think if you have more though and large bags you’ll need to do some furniture rearranging. Very small bathroom but that was expected and not an issue. Shared washing machine and dryer available on floor 3 which came in handy, hair dryer and mini ironing board which we used and communication with host was outstanding, helpful and clear. I would book again.

We were on the 4th floor with no elevator so was only hard arriving with heavy bags and leaving with an extra suitcase and maybe after very long day out coming back up can be slightly tiring, the beds were quite squeaky (but I think the screws just need tightening is all).

10 minute walk to the shibuya scramble, and stations, neighboring convenient stores. Easy check in and check out

location is perfect, not far from Shibuya but in quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Apartment is a bit tiny for 2 adults and 2 children but the layout is designed nicely. Definitely want to stay here again.

cleaning after our Departure aa came to know the charges were after our departure not daily Cleaning !

The rooms were spacious and perfect for a launching point to visit the surrounding areas. We reserved two rooms for two families. The hotel was fast to respond to any questions through booking.com and was clear on expectations of the property.

The location was good and the facilities were good too.

Found some hair under our bed pillow.

Location. Quiet area, nice respite from crossing.

Lack of towels. Bathroom very small!

Convenient location, 13 minutes walk to Shibuya shopping area, close to convenient stores, steps away from bus stop, lots of beds, clean, AC works great in summer.

Owner provided wrong access code, we couldn't get in and we were attacked by mosquitoes while trying to contact owner. TV remote did not work even after replacing the batteries. No heat from hair dryer, only cold air. Owener couldn't provide a solution for these two issues during our stay. Very cramped bathroom, difficult to even turn around if you are average adult size. No elevator, have to walk up narrow staircase to reach unit on 3rd floor, a challenge with large heavy suitcases.
