A very nice location, free washing machines, you can take amenities and towels yourself, shared space to hang out, shared kitchen, self check-in possible. Overall a pleasant stay, everything was clean, the wifi and the ac worked.

For people who expect a traditional hotel this might not be good - there is no reception, it’s more like a dorm room I guess where you can use a shared kitchen, take fresh towels, amenities… I liked it this way, but it may not be for everyone. Also if you are a light sleeper the sound of opening doors might wake you up.

The reviews here are not doing this hotel justice, I’m here as a solo female traveller so the room is perfect size for me. The hotel is close to ikejiri ohashi station which is just one stop away from shibuya. The hotel is also right next to the meguro river, you’re able to walk to nakameguro and dakaiyama easily and it’s such a great area! Lots of cool shops and stores around. There is also a cool nice restaurant below the hotel lobby, vibe was amazing. There’s also a common area where I could work. I’ll definitely stay here again during my next visit.

An older building completely renovated with lots of high ends facilities. Rooms are tiny but comfortable, with great beds. Common space is great and well maintained. The cafe downstairs is top class. Check in was easy and staff helpful. They accommodated a change of date for me even if they didn't have to. Walking distance from Shibuya if you don't mind a stroll. Would recommend without hesitation.

Soundproofing isn't great, I could hear the people next door snore some nights. The doors are also noisy..

Loved the location (close to the station + 7/11), the facilities of the shared spaces (kitchen + laundry), and the bed was also pretty comfy.. Overall a really comfortable space for a solo traveler.

Felt like it wasn't the kept the cleanest. Your room gets free cleaning every 4 days if you stay for longer but there were stains on my wall on my first day that weren't upkept. The shared spaces are fairly well maintained though :) The room is also smalllll but it was comfy enough for me because I'm shorter and I brought smaller luggage so just keep that in mind.

It’s a quaint little spot just a station away from Shibuya. While the room is small, the co-living/working area is abundant. It’s an excellent, affordable choice for non-fussy travellers. I had no problems for my week’s stay here. Also there’s free amenities, laundry and plenty of convenience stores nearby. Bonus point for the amazing public bath next door!

The room can be a little smaller than your usual business hotels, but its enough. It would be slightly nicer if the blinds/curtain could cover the window more though.

Close enough to everything I needed, loved that I was close to Meguro River. The inner city was a short walk or subway away. The amenities was perfect for solo travels, included toiletries and towels as needed. Convenience stores are nearby and I liked that it was quieter compared to staying in Shiba or Shinjuku.

Slightly small but this is Japan, definitely was perfect for one person.

Beautiful common area, clean room, 7/11 downstairs, coffee shop downstairs, free laundry (no dryer tho but there is a laundromat across the street), sauna/cold plunge too. So close to the train station. I really didn’t want to leave

There was a scheduled power outage which was fine! But the emergency flood light in our room came on at 1am which was disorienting but that’s out of their control and we were advised there would be an outage

Honestly, for the price, you get everything you need except a gym. The location is great and the staff were very nice.

There was some mold growing on my shower curtain and there is only housekeeping when you ask as opposed to every 4 days as stated but they were minor issues.

A cozy, clean and very comfortable hotel in a quiet street with a great variety of stores nearby. Very convenient and beautiful neighborhood near from Shibuya. The nearest station is a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. It was my first trip to Japan and it was an amazing experience.

It is located almost off the beaten path, but in reality it is by the Meguro River, and about a 20 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing. Great value for what it is. It is perfect for long business travels.

I wish the blankets were not the hotel type, but the easier to fold home ones.
