Solo room very clean and quiet. Staff are very nice and friendly too. It’s confusing at first if you’re new to Japan, but soon it will be easy walking to and from the train stations back to the hostel. They also accept luggage hold until the check in time which is very convenient. Housekeeping was very good and consistent every single day. Kitchenette area was very clean too. There is also a whole seating area in the corridor so if you want alone time or want to eat something away from the bed, it’s always nice and peaceful there. 1 minute walk away is a 7/11 too. There is also free drinks if you follow them on Instagram under certain times and conditions that day which is lovely ☺️

There was no proper check of the fridge/freezer, as there were items in there with no name that had been there opened for over a week 🤭

This was a last minute booking for a Saturday night. I booked a self contained room and was pleasantly surprised. I too didn’t realise it was a hostel until after I booked it. Super clean, spacious for a single room. The bed was firm but that’s what I love about Japan! Staff friendly and helpful.

I was surprised how far it was from the train station. Google maps had me walk through Shibuya Mark centre to get to the other side which then I was directed to walk down a street that was lined with restaurants and bars which were full, suggesting there’s good food in the area! Luckily I just had my backpack but if I had a big suitcase it would have been best to jump in a cab.

I recently stayed at your hostel and overall had a positive experience. Here are my thoughts: Location: The location is great and very convenient for exploring the area. Facilities: The facilities are good, clean, and well-maintained. It felt comfortable and organized. Value for Money: The price is reasonable, and I felt it was good value for the experience offered. I was only staying for two nights for business in Tokyo, so I considered it an interesting experience. Overall, I think your hostel offers great value for money with a fantastic location and cleanliness. With a few adjustments to the bed design and noise control, it would be an even better place to stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

Bunk Bed Design: I stayed on the upper bunk bed on the second floor. The wall felt quite thin, and it was a bit difficult and somewhat unsafe to climb up to the upper bunk. Noise Sensitivity: While the bed itself was comfortable, even small movements caused noise, making it easy to disturb others. I could hear other guests’ movements, including someone breathing heavily below me, which made me quite self-conscious about moving around.

The hostel is clean and tidy. The gentleman staff used to work in morning shift at the reception desk was polite and nice.

The lady staff at the reception desk to process the check in procedure was not so nice and a bit black face.. One night we purchased some fruits from outside and wanted to enjoy in the room. I went to the restaurant to borrow a knife to cut the fruits. Seemed the same lady staff told me no knife was available in their restaurant which could be borrowed.

I wouldn’t recommend - for digital nomad peoples, because there’s lack of common space that you can work

This place was amazing, I would stay here again and recommend it to others. It was very clean and the bed was nice and thick with comfy sheets which is important as some of those hostels have thin uncomfy beds that break your backs. They have a place to do laundry and buy laundry detergent for 100¥. They provide you with towels, razor, and toothbrush if you need it.

They have a restaurant but they have a 500¥ table charge or a 200¥ take away to go charge which was absurd as there was absolutely no one in the restaurant. The walk is uphill so it will be annoying to get back at times.

amazing location, i’ve stayed in tokyo many times throughout this year, this location wins. it is shibuya but with a closer neighbourhood, but 5 minutes from the property and you have many bars and restaurants. i really liked that they provide unlimited clean towels, toothbrushes, hairbrushes and razors. was surprising yet very satisfied with it. in shower room for women, they had hairdryer, hair iron, and everything you might need. also saw they have laundry machines, but haven’t used those.

i would prefer them adding hair conditioner in women’s shower, that one was needed (was staying there for one night after a beach trip, didn’t have any on me). also had to calculate the timing to move in, since the check-in is allowed only from 3pm-10-pm, a bit inconvenient but manageable.

10 minute walk to the town centre. nice facilities and the beds didn't make noise. park next to the accommodation and restaurant beneath.

I got bitten many times by a fly or insect, I woke up bitten all over in the morning.

Great location, very close to bus station with many routes going to Shibuya Station but such useful information was not shared on website or staff. Staff even had difficulty to share the bus stop location when asked. Several convenient stores and supermarkets around, great for cheap dinner option and can consumed at the canteen.

I booked single bed room but it’s next to those rooms of capsule beds and those staying there were super loud even at late night. Would be better with breakfast included for this price.

The hotel was clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was well laid out. The bathroom was stocked with amenities and kept well clean.

The location to central Shibuya was further than anticipated and difficult to find initially but the walk was enjoyable once i had worked out a quicker route. Only downfall was the walls were quite thin so I could hear everything in the hallway from my room.
