Overall is a good spot for the price. The location is very convenient with several things to do around the area. The room is tight, but this being Japan is normal. When we arrive our room smelled kind of if somebody smoked there the night before and it was tiny for a couple. We asked if we could switch to a better room and they “upgraded us” to the new building in which the room is kind of the same but the layout makes it easier to move around between 2 people. Also we had a nice view ( the first room shad a window that faced the building itself so no much light). The staff was really kind and helped us with several things that came up during the stay.

The coin laundry is little, the washing machine was ok but the dryer didn’t dry our clothes much. I would recommend going to a coin laundry outside the hotel.

Excellent location, close to Shibuya and Shinsen stations. Lovely little restaurants in the back street. Room small but comfortable, has all the amenities you'd need, quieter than I expected with all the people going in and out.

I felt the need for racks to put stuff on--it only has hangers on the wall. There was matcha tea powder but I would have liked regular tea bags as well. If you are arriving via Shibuya station, the walk is about 10 minutes uphill so be prepared for that. Also the rooms aren't available till 3 pm and I'd arrived after an 11-hour flight arriving in the morning (but I could leave my bags and roam around the city)

Excellent location and kind employees, the rooms are small but cozy . Shibuya station is really well connected, that made our life easier when we needed to move from one lace to another one

Few space for garbage , the rooms are clean every 3 days , so we had lot of garbage of the purchases done during the days + all the garbage we had from our tours (hard to find bins in the streets) Important to mention that the hotel provided clean towels and pijamas every day

Great find on the heart of Shibuya. Yes, the room is small, but just perfect for one person. The room design is brilliant, with everything you’ll need for your stay, very modern and very clean. Cleaning is done every 3 days (unless you request otherwise) , but on the cleaning off-days you still get clean towels and necessities. Location is great - quiet location 5 minutes from the hustle of Shibuya, and from the train station, with many stores and restaurants around (try the Ramen across the street!).

It’s a little uphill getting to the hotel from Shibuya station, but nothing too bad.

I was very impressed by the service quality and the professionalism of the staff at the reception desk in the hotel entrance. Additionally, I appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness.

I traveled to Tokyo for the first time on a business trip from Kazakhstan. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated near the famous Shibuya Crossing, and the Hachiko Station is just a 10-minute walk away.

Of all the APA hotels I stayed at, our room at this one was surprisingly quiet AND stayed dark either by location or different blackout curtains design at 5am. Made for very restful sleep. It was pretty close proximity to shibuya station via dogenzaka st. Lots of nearby food options and things to see. Also seemed, while the room was still in small side, good use of space. The service was amazing, and the staff were so very helpful with storing our luggage on the last day after checkout.

It was really pretty fine. I didn't have any complaints related to staffing or amenities. I would say this apa hotel was noticeably more expensive than the other two we used for 4 or 5 days. Might be worth price comparing with others.

The location was ideal in the middle of Shibuya and getting to the station was easy with about a 10/15 min walk - well suited to our plans. The rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful and always there for any questions!

The rooms were quite tiny for two people with luggage and a bit hard to move around however that's to be expected in Tokyo. Be mindful of the uphill climb after a long flight with luggage from Shibuya station!

The room has slippers at the front door, a mini refrigerator and electric tea kettle with coffee and tea , lots of toiletries, nice shampoo and body wash and robes. The window shade made the room very dark and easy to sleep. I didn’t hear sounds from the other hotel guests or from the street. The bed was comfortable and they were plenty of pillows. I pre paid for breakfast and it was convenient.

The toiletries didn’t include body lotion. The room was very small. I stayed by myself but I think that having 2 people in that room would have been uncomfortable. The hotel room doors open to a hallway that isn’t covered by a roof. It rained and I could see the rain coming down through the vent shaft. If it was winter time, I bet this hallway would have been very cold. The breakfast is small. If you are really hungry you will have to order extra food.

The room was quite small but it was really nice and perfect for a solo visitor! The room was very clean and had a mini fridge and other facilities in the room. The bed was very comfortable and had outlets right next to it. It’s also only about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya station and 5 minutes from Shinsen station so in the perfect location for activities in Shibuya and to go further by train!

Room and facilities were clean. The security of needing to use room key card in elevator was nice. Location to Shibuya plaza was acceptable. Breakfast was acceptable, though not sure if was supposed to have some ticket from the hotel.

Room was tight. No room to store suitcases out of the way, unless have front desk store them. For my wife and I, two in the room at same time along with luggage made things seem tight quarters. Only 1 elevator sometimes slowed things down.
