We stayed in this property for two days. The room assigned to us was clean and very spacious. It has everthing that we need, bonus that there’s a washer and a balcony to hang and dry clothes. Wi-fi works well. Walking distance to shibuya crossing, coffee shops, convenience stores, restaurants and train station which is great.

There’s a lot of rules, but don’t be dettered by them. It’s for the good of both the owner and guests.

We had an excellent stay at Salon Hotel! The property was impeccably clean, which made it all the more comfortable and inviting. The amenities were fantastic and well-maintained, providing everything we needed during our visit. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. What really stood out, though, was the staff – they were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention goes to their willingness to store our luggage during a gap between our stays. This thoughtful gesture made a world of difference and showcased their commitment to exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Salon Hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Salon Hotel was overall enjoyable, with clean facilities, a great location, and friendly staff who went out of their way to store our luggage during a gap in our stay. These thoughtful touches made a positive impression. However, we did feel that some of the house rules were communicated in a way that felt overly strict, with a focus on potential extra charges. While we understand the importance of setting expectations, the tone could have been more welcoming. Despite this, the hotel offers a lot of positives, and with a bit more emphasis on guest comfort in their communication, it would make for an even better experience.

It was small, but fine for the 3 of us. It had everything we needed and was very clean. It was a bit far from the train station, but at least it wasn’t in an area that was full of people all the time. There was a very good coffee shop right in the front of the building. There was also a 7-11 right across the street which was great for getting snacks and drinks.

There were pretty strict rules that were a bit difficult to adhere to. We would be fined if we ate on the futon. I think that meant the bed. Since the room was so small, we had to put our luggage on the chairs, so there weren’t many places where we could eat our snacks, other than the floor. But I do understand that the rules are strict in order to keep the place clean and tidy. We also couldn’t roll our rolling luggage into the room. We had to carry them in.

Location was perfect - really close to the hustle and bustle of Shibuya but very quiet street. Washing machine was a huge plus as it was so hot in the city we did a fair bit of washing.

It was clean but a little dated. We were out all day and only came to sleep so it didn’t bother us too much.

The location is good, on a small and silent street, 15 min walk from Shibuya station. The place is surrounded by pubs, cafes, and other eating options. It is easily accessible from Tokyo metro, and you can always walk to a bussing Shibuya area. The room we had was, in fact, two rather spacious rooms - perfect for two people.

The beds were just ok. There is some noise till 11-12 in the night from the local pubs, but it's not major. Some of the facilities didn't work as intended

The location is great, real close to all the shopping’s in Shibuya. The room is relatively small but that’s expected in Tokyo, and having a washing machine in the unit is a plus.

Some kitchen towels would be great. We tried the vacuum but couldn’t get it to work. The little bar next door can be noisy till 11pm or so.

A quick 5 minute walk from some of the best shopping in Shibuya! The area felt safe and the building was easy to access. We were exceptionally pleased by the bar below us for their customer service and advice when touring the city!

Unfortunately the Wifi was very limited and despite trying to reset the router we mainly had to rely on 5G data.

Location was excellent. Lovely suburban feel just three blocks from the main part of Shibuya. Local brewery across the street. Amazing shower. Bedroom with two singles and another two singles in living area. Was perfect for my family of four. The lift made it easy getting up and down with a pram.

The location is good, 5 minutes walking distance you get Aeon store and convenient stores, 10-15 minutes walk to Parco. Easy access with lift convenient for family with elderly people and kids.

No enough space for suitcase😅 it located inside residential area with small road that van cannot go in we need to push and take 5 luggage to check in and check out.

Very central, clean and comfortable beds

Weak wifi. Hand soap in bathroom was near empty on our arrival. Check-in instructions were unnecessarily complicated. Lots of rules and threats of fines. A/C in bedroom rattled at night.
