The staff were so friendly and very helpful! The rooms were basic and had everything we required. It was a short walk to the centre with lots of shops nearby. It was great being opposite a convenience store! We loved how we were able to go out and come back whenever. It is in such a great location - we didn't hear any traffic or interference.

We removed the do not disturb sign from our door expecting a clean up of our room, but they only supplied new towels and removed the bin bag. Don't expect it to be a full room service (I believe it is only available if you stay over a certain amount of days).

Our room had a fabulous balcony with very large space that exceeded expectations in middle of Shibuya, outdoor table to share and view, the best room (710) in this hotel I bet! I love that location very much, the hotel occupying at the top of the slope of a quiet lovely and short road that next to the parks, coffee, boutique shops, great foods, and Family mart just in the front... We will absolutely stay again in the future.

If the hotel set a free mini bar with tea/coffee and an ice maker in the public area so that will be much more perfect. I wish the bed would be larger because the cost is hight! I know that's Tokyo.

Loved this location in Shibuya because it was conveniently close to everything and more such as Mega Donki Quiote, restaurants and shopping bas well as some awesome chill coffee shops within the area, so yeah I'm definitely going to yeah again seriously, plus the staff was very helpful and amazing.

The rooms was a bit small and tight depending on how many people and suitcases per room, but for one person it's perfect, overall the location and proximity to everything within walking distance makes up for the small rooms seriously.

Super convenient location near all the best shops, bars, cafes, and sights. There's a 24hr Family Mart right across the street and a chill park called Kitaya Park is just steps away (with a Blue Bottle Coffee attached if you need a caffeine fix). The single rooms were narrow but very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The closest station is Shibuya and it's an 8-ish min walk, with many other transportations nearby (buses etc). Great for if you'll be wandering around Tokyo! Highly recommend staying here.

Staff was in and out so I waited around for a bit. Also, I got a type C room and the futon bed was a bit hard. Neither were deal breakers though

Location is awesome. Very quick walk to the shibuya scramble. Easy check in and check out process. Complimentary bath goods available in lobby (soaps, lotions, hair care, shower caps etc). Breakfast was good, it is not included in price of room but was decently priced. ‘Breakfast’ was panini’s.

The room is extremely tight. We got a double room and the bed had a bar going across under the mattress topper. Bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom not made for tall or large people. Bathroom door opens outwards but smacks into the table they have in the room. There is not room for a large suitcase at all, only carry on to be in the room.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Only a few minutes walk to the Shibuya Crossing yet at night time you will not experience any noise in the hotel. A Family Mart just across the road, where you can buy absolutely anything plus a lovely coffee bar just around corner. Beds are comfortable and rooms very clean. A good range of complementary toiletries available at reception in case you have forgotten anything. Helpful staff and check in/check out process is quick and easy . Rooms on the small side but this seems to be the norm in Japan. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location in Shibuya. 5 min walk to the action but the immediate area is nice and quiet. About a 15 min walk from Shibuya station and it's uphill so be mindful if you have a lot of luggage. Staff super kind. Many convenience stores and coffee shops nearby (Family Mart across the street).

Rooms are very small although this is is normal for Tokyo. So small that there is no place to open a full size suitcase except on the bed. No breakfast but again easy access to food at multiple Konbini's nearby. Was there in February and room so hot had to put on AC!

I booked this because there was a sudden change of plans and I wasn't expecting much. But this hotel became a bit of a pleasant surprise. The rooms are small but comfortable - it's great for 1-2 night stays. It has all you need for a comfortable stay - basic amenities like towels, shampoo plus extras like moisturiser and different teas to choose from. The lobby/lounge area was also comfortable. You can store your luggage for free here, but it's not supervised, so you store at your own risk. The location was good - away from the bustle of the main streets but within walking distance to all the action in Shibuya.

The rooms are small - I had barely any room to open my suitcase. But it's OK if you're only staying 1-2 nights.

Really close to most of the famous locations and near stores and restaurants. Bathroom is really clean. Very close to Family Mart, at the front of the building. Convenient. Toilets has automatic bidet ( really nice )

AC is not adjustable, set at 23 deg and cannot be lower, some nights are hot. Rooms are really small that if you have 4 huge luggage, only 1 at a time you can open it. Bed mattress is hard, not comfy. No tables to eat, had to eat sitting at the bed.
