Location was excellent which made the trips to near by shopping places a charm

On the day of checkin, we arrived earlier than the checkin time. I wanted to check with the reception if I can leave the luggage in the storage as we wanted to go out but one of the staff member didn't even want to listen and kept telling us checkin is 2PM. The attitude was little rude as he didn't even want to listen to my query, he looked like he was the manager but I am not sure.

It’s in the heart of Shibuya. About 7-10 mins walk from the Shibuya Hachiko gate. The hotel had daily room cleaning and smoking area on the ground floor. Right outside there is a family mart, Parco, Muji and Loft etc where you can shop daily. Heaps of food place, drinking and clubs as well. The hotel itself is not modern but also came with laundry area (only available from 8am to 10pm but was not busy at all) and unlike many other small Tokyo hotels I’ve stayed, this place was relatively spacious as I could open my luggage on the floor rather than on top of my bed lol (you know what I mean if you’ve been to Tokyo before)

It is on the slight uphill, it doesn’t feel like it’s a big slope but when you walked 20k steps a day at the end of the day you would hate this part lol I also stayed from 26th of October to 1 of November which came with pretty big temperature difference from morning to night and the hotel didn’t provide heating service yet. We ended up catching a cold so please note on this part.

Great location and lots of utilities within the room that made our stay great

Facilities could be a bit more modern and more breakfast variety. Laundry room was bad, made our clothes stink more than before we washed them

Excellent Location * At sufficiently quiet side of Shibuya, yet <5min walking distance to Parco Shibuya (Nintendo on 6th floor, lots of cafes & restaurant choices on B1) plus another 5min walk to happening Shibuya streets * Family Mart literally a few steps away from Hotel Entrance (daily replenishment of sandwiches, bakery, onigiri, snacks, salads, fruits, juices, beverages, and even travel products) * 2 restaurants at the Hotel Lobby - Pronto and She Wolf Diner, 2 more cafes (St-Marc Cafe serves bakery and coffee and a restaurant that sells Udon) at the immediate next building. If you prefer well known food chains, there are MOS Burger, Starbucks, Flippy Pancakes and Denny’s, just at the next buildings too. * Opposite has a Cat Cafe Mocha (note they only allow customers aged 13 & above) * Direct bus to Harajuku from bus stop 4min away, that is at 100Y per pax only * During Christmas season, can just walk 5min from hotel to Shibuya Blue Cave Christmas Bazaar 2. Very clean rooms * Sufficient toiletries, includes daily replenishment of Kira Facial products, body scrub towels, cotton buds, shavers and combs * Coffee packets, green tea packets and creamer/sugar daily * Good cleaning daily and they also offer to change linens if guests need 3. Others * 2 plug sockets by bedside, 1 plug socket by dressing table * Chargeable drink vending machine and complimentary cups of ice cubes available at Level 5 * Coin-operated Laundry at Level 2 * Strong wifi

* TV only has CNN as an international channel. Other channels are Japanese channels. * Small window with no view * Drinking bottles not provided, so got to boil your own water daily for your own refill

The property was located nearby shopping malls, restaurants and there is a family mart. Its very accesible and not hard to find. Shibuya crossing is just 10 minutes away. It is also very quiet. We went summer and the AC was really good, we slept well every night, zThe room is clean. Toilet a bit small but the room itself is big and the beds are comfortable. We dont mind the small pillow. Staff were also helpful.

It was hard for us to connect to the wifi. The wifi in our room did not worked we had to rely on our mobile data where in signal was not also good in the area.

Perfect location very close to Shibuya station. Exceptionally clean and very attentive staff at front desk. Very comfy bed. It felt like luxury to me and was reasonably priced as I booked it about six months ago

Absolutely nothing

The room was okay except there were not enough spaces for luggages and the shower was in the bath, and the basin taps were old with hot and cold in separate taps. It provided lots of toiletries, including face wash, lotions, oil. The washing machines and dryer were small and took long time to complete. The water bottles were not provided daily however there was a water dispenser at reception for free. It was run out once and the receptionist did not do or explain anything to us when we told him about it and he just looked away. We had to buy water bottles ourselves almost everyday. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

This hotel is tucked just slightly enough away from the crazy mess of Shibuya, yet extremely convenient for food, shopping, a huge park, and extremely quieter at night. Bedding was comfortable, room was clean.

Lovely Hotel, but why is the breakfast so trash? We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are nice and clean, staff are very kind, and the location is perfect for if you're purely shopping in shibuya. But that breakfast is trash, 2 options and twice there was no coffee, I know it's not the staff's fault as there is only one person on duty. But keep in mind she wolf is next door and they do a good cup of coffee.

The breakfast Toast 2 slices of bacon and an egg Cup of onion soup.... Cold There was one more option but it was worse.

Great location! 10 minutes from the station. Right near SHIBUYA crossing but in a quiet street.
