Location was perfect for me. I landed at Narita airport and took the Narita Express to Shibuya station. The prefecture was where I wanted to explore and Millennials was centrally located for me to do this. Breakfast was very good; simple and tasty.

Elevator is too small for moving the amount of guests that stay at Millennials. Waiting for the elevator was an exercise in patience. Guests should have access to the stairwell if they want to move a bit more freely and get a little exercise at the same time. The placards on the stairwell doors showed it to be for use in emergency situations only.

Upscale capsule hotel in a great central area of Shibuya. Super modern with a hostel like atmosphere, clearly catering to a young working professional crowd. Bathroom and shower facilities were great. Free coffee for guests. I booked here because I needed an overnight coworking space and the 3rd floor was excellent for that. There's two call rooms you can book for meetings on top of the shared space.

Bed wasn't super comfy and capsule room was more cramped than I expected. Bit expensive for a capsule but I guess you're paying for the location and quality of the hotel/access to coworking in that regard.

When you hear capsule hotel, you might think a hostel-like stay. The Millennials Shibuya is quite different...I felt like it was a luxury capsule experience. I stayed on a women's only floor and to my surprise, the showers and bathrooms were always available. The beds are comfortable and the alarm system is quite pleasant...bed rises and lights turn on..and if you try to snooze it'll continue to rise! I loved that. The location is 100/10.

Side note: There is a pull out space under the bed for your luggage. This is another reason why I chose this capsule hotel, but it didn't work for me. If you have a Large AWAY suitcase it won't fit. It wasn't too much of an issue though because it'll fit sideways on the floor when the bed rises.

The room was very spacious for a capsule-style, with a comfortable bed, enough space under the bed for a suitcase, and just enough room to change in the morning. The reclining bed and alarm was great, the bathrooms super clean and spacious, there were always showers and toilets available. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from Shibuya station, and the common area has a well-equipped kitchen/dining room space. There are lots of amenities available and staff are very kind and accomodating.

Obviously since the room is only closed by a curtain, you can hear everything in the neighbouring rooms, but earplugs are provided so it's not a massive issue, and other guests were generally quiet.

The Millennials Shibuya delivered a near-perfect capsule hotel experience. The space felt modern, well-designed, and genuinely comfortable - from the high-tech beds to the common areas. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and even during a short one-night stay, I ended up meeting a few great people and having a fun dinner out at a nearby izakaya (another highlight). It struck the perfect balance between privacy and social atmosphere - something many other shared hotels aim for but don’t quite achieve. If you're looking for a stylish, central, and sociable stay in Tokyo, this is a great pick. I’d gladly return.

The staff at the Millennials were very friendly and helpful. We had neighbouring pods on the 10th floor. The pods are very clean and well maintained. The facilities included restrooms that had a washer/dryer for clothes. They was shower room with individual showers too. The showers could do with a little bit of a refresh but overall they were fine. The location was great for us getting around Shibuya and getting the trains to different areas.

The pods were very warm at night even with the fan on. There is a metal bar across the centre of the bed that you can feel through the mattress. If you are tall like over 6ft you will have to lie at an angle. There is a gap at the back of the bed which our pillows kept falling down (I imagine this is to allow the bed to move up and down but a bit annoying) the breakfast included was only ok. We only had it one morning. This isn’t the Millennials fault but we were woke up at 2am by people coming home from partying which was a bit annoying too.

The room was perfect. I’m always worried about bag security, but remember that there are multiple solo travelers and it’s kind of an understood trust. The front desk allowed held my bags after check out which was nice. The showers, bathrooms and sinks were cleaned daily and were very nice. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you forget or are running low. Great community space and kitchen with coffee 24/7. Overall great stay and would definitely consider coming here again when in shibuya!

As with most hostels, the storage space is minimal. But the pod was very well designed. Very efficient.

The location was good. The staff seemed interested in the guests (not always the case in hostels).

The price was high. I know it's Tokyo, but I was still shocked. I would never pay so much for a private room, let along a hostel bed, in any other place. Also, I think the modesty requirements are unrealistic, and is it really your business if two guests sleep together? The security box (safe?) you provided seems like a good idea, but it was so small and out of the way I knew in an instant I would never put it to use. Your guests need more places to put things, small shelves or hooks. It would be too easy to drop something behind the bed, and once lost there, it's gone forever. Finally, it may not be fair to mention it, but I caught pneumonia at your hostel.

The hotel was extremely clean. Even though the restrooms/showers are shared i felt super comfortable and pleased with how clean it was each time. The main lobby area with the couches and kitchen were open and inviting. Free coffee station was an extra plus. The location was the perfect spot in Shibuya. I can go out during the day, come back and recoup then rally for the night. The sleeping areas were quiet for the most part but it is a shared space so you will hear people coming back in late at night, moving around or packing. If you’re sensitive to noise this might not be the place for you. They do offer ear plugs in the lobby which was very considerate. I stayed in the mixed gender floor and felt completely comfortable and safe as a woman. Will stay here again on my next solo trip to Tokyo.

The location is ideal, easily accessible from Shibuya Station. Lots of things to see and do around as well. The kitchen is nice, I enjoyed the free coffee machine to start the day. The bathroom is clean and nice to use. As expected, the capsule-like rooms are small but it is enough space.

It is a bit pricey, especially if you consider that it is a mix between a hostel and a capsule hotel. The phone used to control the bed and lighting randomly activated during the night which woke me up sometimes.
