The location is phenomenal as it is located in the Shibuya station close to the new eastern gate. You don't even need to walk on the street, you just go through the buildings, which are very artistic and filled with stores and restaurants. You can take the narita express with your luggage without going through alot of crowd as the platform for the narita express is by the gate. The room is perfect and spacious. All the amenities are clean and with good quality.

I would like to have regular scramble eggs that is dry and not watery. Location is fantastic but it is impossible to find the lobby entrance on Google Map. It was very frustrating there was no signs for the hotel entrance from the Sakura Stage area.

The design and decor throughout. The spacious rooms with all the comforts of home and more. This location was the perfect base to explore many of Tokyo’s main attractions from - nothing we wanted to see or do was never further than a short walk/ subway ride or Uber away.. We were loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. This stay exceeded expectations! Would definitely stay there again!

Loved this hotel! Location and facilities and the service was exceptional. Very very clean and comfortable room. The room has me the fully equiped kitchenette which was fabulous even the washing machine came in handy. Plenty of storage. Don’t know if it was value for money as it was a bit on the expensive side.

The bar area is very underwhelming it’s basically a small space with high chairs at the end of the reception desk. The breakfast basically has everything you would need for a filling breakfast… but for the price it should have more choices even have the omelette service or have your eggs made the way you want them. The only serious issue is that the bathroom has an obscure glass door and you can see shadows of people sitting on the toilet or drying after a shower … not our thing 😂

Very nice restaurant in the hotel although the opening hours were rather irregular. Great pool area which was not at all crowded during our stay. with distant views to Tokyo Tower. Shibuya is very crowded but the hotel is situated in the newly opened Sakura Stage area which is very quiet. There is a good Tokyu food market close by so we really appreciated the kitchenette in the room. The newly opened JR south gate gives direct access to the Yamanote line. We found the beds very comfortable and the room was well designed with tons of storage. The washing machine was great and pretty easy to work out although there weren't any instructions. We had a larger than average corner room which was super bright. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We struggled to get the room key to register in the lift so had more than one extra journey to the ground floor! I found it hard to get the shower hose to stay in one place.

We were extremely happy and comfortable staying at Hyatt House. The room sizes are good compared to many in Tokyo with a small sofa and coffee table. The rooms have kitchen facilities with a Nespresso machine and washing machine. This was one of the main reasons why we selected this hotel. Great location, a few minutes walk to a good food court, bakery and supermarket. Around a 10min walk to Shibuya Crossing. Our kids really enjoyed a few hours in the pool too, especially as it was so hot outside.

The staff went above and beyond. I needed help in finding a baseball game on TV and the front desk took the time to find the channel for me. They also let me stay an hour past checkout because they specifically knew I was waiting for this baseball game to end.

The only comment I have has nothing to do with them but for laundry in general. I used their machine inside the room and the only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was that it would take more than 6 hours for 1 load to wash and dry. I already knew not to expect American times for machines, but I wish there was a sign or notice warning about the load times so I can plan ahead better or order the washer/dryer room service myself.

We found the kitchen and laundry very useful as we had a 9 month infant travelling with us in Tokyo. All the necessary utensils were neatly stored away in the drawers and were clean. The hotel had provided one packet of laundry powder for us to do washing, I wasn't sure if this was replaced daily but was handy as we didn't need to go out and separately buy laundry detergent. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well!

There isn't a whole lot to dislike about the place other than the space being relatively small for the twin room. It would also be better if there was the option to change the bed to a king bed instead of 2 singles for the same room type.
