**Location:** This hotel is located near Tokyo Station, about a 15-minute walk away. The nearest subway station is Nihonbashi Station, which is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. **Surrounding Environment:** There are many convenience stores nearby. Just to the left of the hotel entrance, there is a 7-Eleven. On the way to Tokyo Station, you’ll also find a Lawson and another 7-Eleven, making it very convenient. **Hotel Facilities:** The hotel lobby provides a coffee machine available 24/7. In the morning, complimentary breakfast, such as croissants and muffins, is offered. Before checking out, you can borrow a luggage scale from the front desk to avoid overweight baggage. **Room:** We booked a larger double room with two single beds pushed together. The room size aligns with typical Japanese accommodations—very small. However, the room is well-equipped with a TV, electric kettle, cups, a mini fridge, a small bathtub, and a hairdryer. The facilities are quite comprehensive. Additionally, I recommend bringing a front-opening suitcase. Otherwise, it may be difficult to open two large suitcases in the room.

Nest Hotel Yaesu is located within walking distance of Nihonbashi subway and the main Tokyo station. This was great as we had arrived in the late evening after a long train ride from Osaka, and it helped to have it near a main train station. It was also a good starting point for most days, either to travel around within Tokyo, to visit great bakeries (bank bakery tokyo has lovely scones and croissants), or to take intercity buses (we took a bus to Fuji Q highlands from Tokyo station). The staff were professional and warm, and kindly helped to call one of the restaurants to check about a reservation. The free breakfast comprising bakes (small muffins, raisin danish, pain au chocolat) and coffee starts by 7am, and we enjoyed it a few times on days we had to wake up earlier for early morning train rides. The hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the toto toilet and bathtub after long days of walking. Overall a lovely stay!

Location is amazing, nearest (10min) metro station Nihombashi has a direct train to both Haneda and Narita airports. Windows have good blinds, perfect dark in the morning if you need. Decent coffee with some pastry on breakfast. A bag with new towels, water and shower goods every day. Everything looks new and tidy. There is a laundromat on the reception floor.

Room is tiny, we had a problem fitting our 2 opened XL suitcases, but this is expected in Japan. Windows are facing a big road so it might get a bit noisy on the lower floors. They have a good soundproofing though, didn't have a problem on 10th floor.

Loved the free coffee machine in the lobby and pastries for breakfast. We'd just arrived jet lagged so it was nice to be able to have a light breakfast with no hassle. Room also had a blackout blind and was quiet which was great for getting over our jetlag!ijed being a short walk from Tokyo station where the airport express arrives and from where we could sort out onward travel easily.

The hotel does literally back onto a massive highway, so that's not scenic but you could hardly hear it in the rooms surprisingly. Rooms are also small compared to European standards - as expected in Japan. Also I think it was described as an adjoining room when they were adjacent rooms. Fine for us with a 10 & 13 year old but if you had younger children and thought you had an adjoining room that would be problematic.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Tokyo station. Really convenient. Also, there is a 7-11 just below on the opposite corner. If you are looking for breakfast there is a restaurant called “Pronto’s cafe” they open at 7am and have good breakfast. Also, Pokémon Center Tokyo DX and cafe are walking distance. This area is more on the quiet side. And Tokyo train station can get you almost anywhere within 35 train ride. Definitely I would recommend. Just do your homework since the people working the receptionist have limited suggestions for you to do. They are professional people.

10/10 recommend the Nest hotel we arrived late in the evening after flying in staff were super helpful and got us checked in very promptly Pastries and coffee for breakfast each day was great as a family with kids was super easy each morning for a light snack. But 7/11 is also directly across the street and filled with goodies. Staff were very friendly and accomodating Location is extremely convenient. Nihombashi train is only a couple of minutes walk and the subway is easily navigated via google maps to travel and visit other prefectures & tourist locations. Room was on the smaller side but that was expected, this being our 3rd trip to Japan & all hotels we have stayed in have been about the same. We travelled with our 2 children 8 & 16 and made the room work. The price for such conveniently located accommodation is brilliant.

Great location close to Tokyo station and subways. We stayed here on our last 2 nights in Tokyo for convenience and it made getting to the airport a lot smoother. Rooms are cosy (usual for Tokyo), but we found we were able to have 2 large suitcases in the room no problem. I also liked that there were 2 pillows each on the bed. I also want to give a mention to the housekeeping who were very thoughtful in how they made up our room. I could tell they cared about the guests and paid attention to small details, which I appreciated.

Only suggestion would be to replace some of the blackout blind shutters in the room. Ours was frayed and didn't move up and down the smoothest. Other than that, everything was great.

The staff were awesome, very friendly and helpful. Spoke English well. I had to forward my luggage to my next stay in Osaka. The staff was willing to provide any assistance I needed right to the point of contacting the receiving Hotel about the luggage. The complimentary light breakfast was a little add on that I wasn't expecting. It helped before going out for a proper breakfast. The property is only a 10 min walk to Tokyo station and 3-4 minutes walk to 2 other subway stations. Very handy. In conclusion I would stay here again.

The room could be a bit bigger, but this is Tokyo so have to accept the size for the price I paid,

The hotel is modern and clean. The front desk staff speaks English and is helpful and kind. The location is perfect as it’s quiet at night and only 15 minutes walk from Tokyo Station and 5 minutes away from Takashimaya department store. There is also a sprinkling of konbinis and small restaurants in the neighborhood.

The double rooms are very small, barely enough room to open a suitcase. Triple rooms are very roomy though, so book that if you can.

The location is good, There are train stations around 7-15 minutes from the hotel that can take you around Tokyo, and Konbini's are everywhere, there is a 7/11 infront of the hotel. The staff are very helpful and very nice, we had no problem with them at all, they are almost ready for everything and they helped us ship our baggage to a different city which was around 3500 yen for like a 17kg suitcase which is nice. The hotel is very clean and they bring you free water and towels even when you dont want your room done for that same day.

The rooms really are smaller than anticipated, so keep that in mind. Me and my friend did not really have any space with 1 trolly and 1 big suitcase each.
