The location is excellent because of fast, out-of-the-weather access to Tokyo Station via Yaechika underground shopping. It is also within an easy 10 minutes walk of Nihonbashi Station and Takashimaya Department Store. The single rooms are a little small and could do with a larger table but otherwise fine. The rooms seem well insulated for noise - one of the few hotels in which I've been able to sleep well.

The breakfast is fine for shorter stays but after 2 weeks, I was thinking some more choice would be nice. I had a complaint about the toilet not being cleaned one day and it took the use of Google Translate to get the message across but most staff have good English. I've stayed there 3 times so that was a rare occurrence.

First of all, here's the kudos to the staff and their service during my stay. They did help me to solve a lot of problems I had encountered. Also, the amenities in this hotel was EXCELLENT! They will renew every provided amenities in your room (even the slippers!). This was certainly exceed my expectation for a four-star hotel and it does surpassed a lot of five-star hotels that I had stayed before.

To be very honest, the environment was not as good as I thought. But it is very close to the Tokyo station (which is the reason why I'd booked this hotel). However, the street where the hotel was located doesn't make me feel safe to walk in night (especially for girls). At last, the location was indeed close to the station, which I am very much satisfied of.

We stayed here after a red-eye flight and before we needed to leave for Kyoto the next day. The location is excellent, a stone's throw away from Tokyo station, which made for easy and walkable access to the Shinkansen (even with luggage and a grandparent in tow). The rooms are very small, but very clean. They have a nice service, good bathrooms, complimentary PJs. We opted for breakfast, which was a very nice buffet of a variety of western and Japanese style foods. The staff were considerate and deliberate in all things. We slept great, very comfy beds!

The breakfast can get a little busy in the AM, limited seating. Be sure to give yourself time, in case you have to wait for a spot to open up.

Location only 2-3 min from Tokyo station is great and the price of the hotel is reasonable. Staff is helpful and the rooms are very functional, but smaller. Was the smallest place we stayed during our trip, but you would need to pay a lot more to get something so close to Tokyo station with more square footage. They are able to store your bags before check in.

The breakfast was the most basic of places we have stayed and the sitting area can get crowded, but it is a smaller hotel and they make the best of the space they have.

- polite, friendly and hospitable staff (except for the maid Sunita); - clean, new rooms; - the hotel and the room have everything you need, including laundry; - good location, close to the central station Tokyo, Imperial Palace, Ginza, shops and restaurants; - good hotel, overall I liked everything

- really lacks a wardrobe and shelves for clothes; - the maid on the 12th floor Sunita is rude and impolite; - the hotel charges for calling a taxi; - there is some building construction opposite the hotel, at 6:40 in the morning the noise starts, which is very audible in some rooms; after I was moved to a far room, the problem was solved.

1. Near Tokyo Station (less than 5min walk) and many restaurants along the streets surrounding the hotel; district not as busy as Shinjuku and Shibuya 2. Warm and helpful staff 3. Best sleep with firm but comfortable bed and 2 types of pillows (1 firm for the head and 1 soft) 4. Well appointed room, spacious enough for 3. 5. Aircon, wifi, shower heater, laundry service (2nd floor) all working properly 6. Good, healthy and tasty breakfast food Overall, this hotel offers good value for money.

1. Breakfast buffet has limited selection, and menu is the same everyday. Also, last call for breakfast is at 9am so you cannot sleep in. 2. Dryer requires a long time (at least 1hr) to really dry clothes given maximum load. Suggest to use 2 dryer machines (if both are available) to split the load. 3. Housekeeping cleans our room everyday but does not vacuum under the beds. 4. We cannot find any convenience store in the streets near the hotel. Best to buy take out food/supplies already in the station.

1. On-site self-service laundry with full-service also available; 2. Convienient access to Tokyo Station; 3. Complimentary bedding attire and shower cloth is a nice touch; 4. Complimentary welcome drink; 5. On-site work area with complimentary coffee & tea, microwave and ice machine; 6. 24hr vending machine; 7. Clean, well-maintained building; 8. Pleasant service staff; 9. Good aircon; 10. Good WiFi (85 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up); 11. Good housekeeping; 12. Quiet and peaceful; 13. Excellent location close to rail, subway, restaurants, etc. Walk everywhere.

1. City tax of JPY 200/night added upon arrival; 2. Slow lifts that always stop, unnecessarily, at the 2nd floor reception; area 3. No receipt given at time of cash payment to document the cash received to extend stay; 4. A few LED lights distract from sleeping at night. I covered with black electrical tape.

Good location close to Tokyo station, which makes it easy to get to most places in Tokyo by train or metro. Modern, comfortable rooms that were efficiently packaged to make the most of limited space. Pod bathroom was better than others we stayed in - more space, separate taps for shower and basin.

Air conditioning was difficult to understand, with only Japanese button labels, and we couldn't find a way to keep it quiet enough for sleeping during the night. Limited facilities - Just the room and a few things on the reception floor (limited breakfast, washing machine, working space etc.). There's no escalator or elevator on any of the nearby exits from the underground mall at the station, so be prepared to approach at street level or carry cases upstairs - Nothing the hotel could do about that, of course. Lift doors seem to open at the reception floor every time - presumably a security feature. None of this was a major problem, so don't hold it against the place.

This is super close to the JR station, so when we got off of the train we walked 10 mins to the hotel and were able to relax. We loved the free jammies and the face masks! The staff were super sweet.

I'm not sure if we misunderstood, but it seemed like we could only pay to have someone launder our clothes instead of doing it ourselves? There was a laundry form that you could fill out and bring down, but other than that there wasn't an explanation in the room about self-service laundry. The additional breakfast, that we did not pay for, was expensive for a very basic breakfast -- more expensive than most of our meals in Japan!

The most strategic location in Tokyo. It is located around 3minutes away from Tokyo JR - Yaesu Central Exit. This exit brings you straight to the Shinkansen entrance and to the left and right as you walked in the station will lead you to other JR exits as well as Maronouchi’s Area. A great hotel to stay if this is your first trip to Tokyo. And hotel is very near Takashimaya which has the Ginza line station- Nihombashi. Comuting is super convenient to anywhere in Tokyo especially places around the Yamanote line. The hotel also gives.a Muji vibe and the property looks bright and new.

Nothing to comment everything is good.
