Location was perfect, accss to all Tokyo from the station over the road, clean and good sized rooms, great to arrive from Narita Bus, cheap. Very affordable room rates.

I am sorry we arrived on a saturday for 2 nights only. I would have liked to experience fish markets and knife steet, but they are only on weekdays. Also I felt the tiny mum and dad restaurants and bars in the area are not as open or lively on the weekend as they may midweek. This was my fault though , its the same the world over.

Great location, large room, awesome breakfast.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the price was extremely high. There are simply better hotels at this price point.

Compact rooms

Hotel at a good location, just opposite Tokyo Station and Yaseu unground shopping mall entrance is nearby. Almost hourly . Narita Airport limousine bus pick up and drop off at Tekko Building just opposite the Hotel. Stayed in a Standard 18sqm double Room for 4 nights. The room is small but expected in this area and price point. The bed is comfortable with daily housekeeping, Staff communicated in English, were courteous and helpful. Many food options are nearby.

The room is small, so multiple luggages will be a challenge. Ground floor lift entrance to 15th Floor main lobby is stuffy with burining of incense.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo. Absolutely everything from check-in to the quality of the amenities, location, staff and room comfort were exceptional. Staff was warm, confident and welcoming, Yuki did an exceptional job of setting the tone and making me feel welcomed. The attention to detail in terms of the room was wonderful. I enjoyed the products on offer I cannot get over how satisfied I was and what a great experience I had. I highly recommend this 'home away from home' and I look forward to staying her again and again.

I didn't particularly like the breakfast which might have been very good quality for a traditional menu, but having a few more international options would have been enjoyable. More pastries and western food needed.

Great location and was very near three different convenience stores and major stations (Tokyo Station, Nihonbashi). Plenty of food options nearby too! The room was big and spacious, toilet came with an automatic bidet, and room had a tatami mat area and huge L-shaped sofa to lounge on. We knew we were going to be spending 5D4N here, so we decided to book a nicer bigger room and this didn’t disappoint. Yukata and bathrobes were provided, as well as some origami paper and traditional toys were a really nice touch. Also noticed that the housekeeping staff would top up the soaps to the brim and turn the nozzle all facing to the left. Very thoughtful! The hotel TV also has a channel to introduce the history of the hotel itself and it was really nice to learn more about the origins.

Shower was intermittently lacking hot water. So my partner and i took really quick showers.

This is a wonderful little boutique hotel located very close to both Nihombashi Subway Station (1 min) and Tokyo Station (5 min). Coffe shops, pubs and convenience stores are all close by and the hotel has its own restaurant. The hotel was immaculately clean and the room was a little larger than the average Japanese room. Having said that, there is never any room for a suitcase larger than a carryon in the room. The hotel allowed me to store my luggage having arrived early and for leaving late. Well stocked with toiletries and special amenities which was an added touch.

Very small foyer area that always seemed to be crowded. Smaller room for the price but compared with the location this was very reasonable.

The hotel is centrally located within a short walking distance to Tokyo Station, so it was incredibly convenient. There is a Lawson's nearby as well. The staff were very friendly and supportive, and the amenities within the room were great. There was a Nespresso machine, with tea and snacks available, as well as comfortable robes to wear.

As with all hotels in Tokyo, the room is very very small. However, this hotel did make good use of the space and it did feel as cramped as it could have felt. There was also no view as advertised as the room only looked onto another tall building nearby.

This is by far the best hotel we have ever been to. It feels like a luxury hotel as the room was of a higher standard compared to other hotels. We even had a Nespresso machine and pods in the room! The Hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful and they even made a restaurant reservation for us once as we don't speak Japanese and couldn't book ourselves. The location is perfect as it's only 5 minutes walk to Tokyo station and also other subway stations connected to the main lines.

The hotel is well-located if you want to be in the Tokyo Station area. At first we felt anxious to find it, being disoriented in and outside the station after dark and laden with luggage, but the next day we realized it was an easy few minutes walk! After we checked out, the staff proactively reached out about the glasses my father left behind in the room before we had a chance to contact them about it. They then sent the glasses to our hotel in Kyoto, adding a case for protection. Tokyo was our first stop in Japan; having the glasses back made a big difference for my father's trip experience. Thank you!

The room my sister and I stayed in was a little small with hardly any space for hanging clothes or towels, but we understand it's Tokyo, where space is tight.
