Very helpful staff. Great location with Tokyo station a short, mostly underground if you wanted, walk away. Free local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and icecream available 4-9 which was a nice touch. Pillow provided was perfectly comfortable but a pillow room with others to choose from was a good idea also. Breakfast was very varied and tasty.

Our family (2 adults + 1 8-year old child) stayed one night here on our way home (coming from out of Tokyo, then departing from Narita early the next morning)- it suited our needs. We had the bunk bed option which was fine (my 8 year old loved the novelty of the bunk bed!). The room was quite small- but probably normal for being so central (the room at our first hotel near Tsukiji was bigger- but it is a little further away from central Tokyo). We had 3 medium-size suitcases but managed ok. I probably wouldn't want to stay here more than a night or two. The bed and choice of pillows actually meant I probably had the best night's sleep of our 2 week trip to Japan. The location was great- easy access to central Tokyo, and then the train station for getting out of Tokyo- especially as we had to catch an early flight. The room was very clean and tidy. We'd stay here again if visiting in the same circumstances- ie staying just a night.

The room was a little on the small size (even for Tokyo)- but see comments above.

The hotel's location is terrific, a few minutes from Tokyo station (many JR lines, Shinkasen, buses and plenty of good restaurants). Just ignore the instructions of google map, and on the hotel entrance, turn left and immediately another left and walk through the passage of the Yaesu complex (see the added pictures). This will lead you right across the street from Tokyo station. The room is rather small, but functional. Having an Onsen (traditional Japanese bath) on the premises is fantastic for relaxing in the hot water after a long day. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream and razor are provided there. This made the room's shower almost redundant, as I only used it when I was in hurry. There's a laundromat room on floor 7, where the laundry detergent is provided for free. Laundry costs 200 JPY, and 30 minutes of dryer costs 100 JPY. Therefore, depending on the amount of laundry you have, you can have your clothes nice and clean after 60-90 minutes and 300-400 JPY. On each floor there is a water cooler. In some floors there is also free coffee machine.

The was not enough storage in the room. Only one regular drawer, another narrow drawer, a clothes hanger on the wall and a cabinet with a flip down door (where an electric kettle and two cups were stored).

Great location a couple of blocks away from Tokyo station. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Public bath in hotel. Eco-friendly approach to reduce waste and single use consumables. Robot dog in lobby as a mascot!

Construction going on, which is understandable but probably would stay elsewhere next time (until construction is finished, perhaps that was in the listing and I overlooked it). Pillows are a bit unusual, filled with 2cm round plastic beads, it was comfortable enough for one night, but if I was staying longer would have requested some other type of pillow. Paid a 3 to 4 star hotel price for a Saturday night in Tokyo but lodging is a bit closer to 2 or 3 star in current condition.

Amazing location close to Tokyo station for Shinkansen and kyobashi station for the Ginza metro line, hotel smells like spa the moment you walk in, Daizu the robot at the lobby is super cute and my son loves him, albeit small the Onsen has carbonated water for soaking, a lot of amenities provided including choosing your own pillow, and their breakfast is amazing - delicious and different dishes every day with some staples!

Very small for what we pay. Literally walking in and the bed is to the right with a bunk bed on top, and a desk with tv to the left, just separated by a narrow walkway. Didn’t even have enough room to open 2 (medium and large) suitcases unless the room has only 1 person. For that reason don’t think our family would stay here again… we love daizu though

I had a deluxe double room that was exactly the right size for one person with a lot of luggage. I think it would work well for two people if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room. The location was fantastic, five minutes from Tokyo Station. The breakfast was a nice mix of Western and Japanese food that changed every day, and it was very good; I usually went sometime between 8:30 and 9:15 to avoid the crowds. The laundry machines worked well, although I think the laundry status indicators on the TV were broken. I liked the bag of clean towels that they left on my door every morning, and the pillow selection. The soundproofing was solid; I didn't hear anything when I was in my room. The staff were great as well, very friendly and helpful.

The bag of towels also had trash bags and a toothbrush. I didn't need a new toothbrush every day, so it felt a bit wasteful. Maybe toothbrushes could be part of the amenities near the front desk. Otherwise, no complaints!

Excellent and convenient location next to tokyo station. Easy access to shinkansen, JR line, buses, taxi’s,etc. The staff were all helpful and friendly. It was clean and well maintained. Room was small but we knew and expected that and it worked well for our stay. Loved that we could select our own pillow type to use during our stay. The daily Japanese organic breakfast available was always delicious. The on site public onsen was so relaxing and a treat. We would recommend and stay again.

Wish the hotel sold the hotel clothes provided for guests on site because the website only ships to japan locations and not anywhere else.

Check in was quick. Check out was even faster. You could go down and choose your own pillow according to firmness at the lobby if you wished to. Location was excellent. 5 min walk from Tokyo station. Amenities surround the hotel like food and shopping. Room was comfy, tv was not limited to local channels. They had Netflix, YouTube, Prime etc.... There's a laundry room too, which for me was important. Ice dispenser and microwave are in the laundry room. Vending machines on each floor. Also a public bath house in the hotel. Highly recommend!

Room was a little small. But most Japanese hotels are like this.

The staff were really friendly. Their english were good too, there was no problem communicating with them. They were very helpful in helping me with my luggages, while my room wasn't ready. The location was also a road away from Tokyo Station. It was extremely convenient. It was also diagonally across from Daimaru, so there were lots of food options in the mall, or underground in the train shopping areas. Room was typically small, i had to recheck with the hotel's photo again, but yes, it is what it is. An multi head adapter was provided so i didn't even need to take my wires or adapter out, i could just charge my phone at ease.

I had a problem finding the convenient stores around the hotel. It was rather strange, as they're usually everywhere. Turns out they're all mostly underground? It was extremely stressful for me especially at night when the convenient stores were closing for the night. (Nope, it's not 24h) There's one, but I couldn't find it. In the end I managed to find a 7-11 in the building in front of the hotel, that is connected to the bus terminal. It's underground, so please use the escalators.

Great hotel for a short stay in Tokyo. It is a 10 minute walk from Tokyo Station (easy, even with suitcases) and also has a couple of other subway stations nearby. We were there 1 night and wanted to be near this station in order to get to the airport easily. The staff were very friendly. The hotel also offers a free bar and snacks to residents from 6 to 9pm which was a nice offer. And they offer a range of types of pillows for you to choose from. This really helps if visitors are unaccustomed to Japanese style pillows!

The rooms are very small which is the norm in Japan. While I knew this when I booked and we were only planning on one night, I would have struggled to stay in such a small space for more than a night or two. With 2 people and 2 suitcases, ti was very cramped. We could not open our cases at the same time!
