Very helpful staff. Great location with Tokyo station a short, mostly underground if you wanted, walk away. Free local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and icecream available 4-9 which was a nice touch. Pillow provided was perfectly comfortable but a pillow room with others to choose from was a good idea also. Breakfast was very varied and tasty.

Our family (2 adults + 1 8-year old child) stayed one night here on our way home (coming from out of Tokyo, then departing from Narita early the next morning)- it suited our needs. We had the bunk bed option which was fine (my 8 year old loved the novelty of the bunk bed!). The room was quite small- but probably normal for being so central (the room at our first hotel near Tsukiji was bigger- but it is a little further away from central Tokyo). We had 3 medium-size suitcases but managed ok. I probably wouldn't want to stay here more than a night or two. The bed and choice of pillows actually meant I probably had the best night's sleep of our 2 week trip to Japan. The location was great- easy access to central Tokyo, and then the train station for getting out of Tokyo- especially as we had to catch an early flight. The room was very clean and tidy. We'd stay here again if visiting in the same circumstances- ie staying just a night.

Great location a couple of blocks away from Tokyo station. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Public bath in hotel. Eco-friendly approach to reduce waste and single use consumables. Robot dog in lobby as a mascot!

Construction going on, which is understandable but probably would stay elsewhere next time (until construction is finished, perhaps that was in the listing and I overlooked it). Pillows are a bit unusual, filled with 2cm round plastic beads, it was comfortable enough for one night, but if I was staying longer would have requested some other type of pillow. Paid a 3 to 4 star hotel price for a Saturday night in Tokyo but lodging is a bit closer to 2 or 3 star in current condition.

The hotel's location is terrific, a few minutes from Tokyo station (many JR lines, Shinkasen, buses and plenty of good restaurants). Just ignore the instructions of google map, and on the hotel entrance, turn left and immediately another left and walk through the passage of the Yaesu complex (see the added pictures). This will lead you right across the street from Tokyo station. The room is rather small, but functional. Having an Onsen (traditional Japanese bath) on the premises is fantastic for relaxing in the hot water after a long day. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream and razor are provided there. This made the room's shower almost redundant, as I only used it when I was in hurry. There's a laundromat room on floor 7, where the laundry detergent is provided for free. Laundry costs 200 JPY, and 30 minutes of dryer costs 100 JPY. Therefore, depending on the amount of laundry you have, you can have your clothes nice and clean after 60-90 minutes and 300-400 JPY. On each floor there is a water cooler. In some floors there is also free coffee machine.

The was not enough storage in the room. Only one regular drawer, another narrow drawer, a clothes hanger on the wall and a cabinet with a flip down door (where an electric kettle and two cups were stored).

Amazing location close to Tokyo station for Shinkansen and kyobashi station for the Ginza metro line, hotel smells like spa the moment you walk in, Daizu the robot at the lobby is super cute and my son loves him, albeit small the Onsen has carbonated water for soaking, a lot of amenities provided including choosing your own pillow, and their breakfast is amazing - delicious and different dishes every day with some staples!

Very small for what we pay. Literally walking in and the bed is to the right with a bunk bed on top, and a desk with tv to the left, just separated by a narrow walkway. Didn’t even have enough room to open 2 (medium and large) suitcases unless the room has only 1 person. For that reason don’t think our family would stay here again… we love daizu though

Room was small but tidy and washroom was clean. Additional pillows are available if needed. Location is walking distance to Tokyo station and Kyobashi metro station. Staff are so polite, helpful and always smiling. I love the breakfast especially the wanton soup! We even had Sakura ice cream for dessert. In the afternoons, they have free drinks (wine, juices, etc.). You don't need to worry about anything when you stay here, all your needs will be provided such as relaxing leg cream, face wash (aside from organic body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the room), face and body moisturizer, body washing cloth for scrubbing, face mask, anti-stress supplement capsules, etc. Oh and they have an Onsen! Truly amazing!

Maybe the room could've been bigger so we had space for the luggages.

Location is amazing, just across the street from Tokyo station gives you incredible options for getting around the city. The rooms are pretty generously sized and nicely appointed for hotel rooms in Tokyo, especially when considering the neighborhood and proximity to Tokyo station. Each day the staff would leave care packs that would include fresh towels, trash bags and, my favorite, a toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast was delicious and each day some items would be replaced, one day it was neapolitan noodles and a chinese soup, the next day it was Japanese curry and so on. The buffet area is a small space but the selection is quite good. My favorite aspect was the welcome bar that would be open from around 4pm to 9pm. They had a great variety of alcohols that I could freely serve myself. They also had free soft serve ice cream which was a delicious addition. Another cool touch was I could pick my own pillow according to what works best for me, with different shapes, firmness and texture. The elevators even have air fresheners that give off a nice scent while going from one floor to the next.

I don’t really have anything to say, especially when compared to other Tokyo hotels and their price/performance. If you can get a great price here then this is it.

Compact but comfortable and well equipped room - you even have the option of choosing a pillow from eight different types! A choice of toiletries/beverages to suit available to take back to room. Biggest surprise was the free bar with a wide range of drinks and some nibbles and ice cream open in the evening where we were welcome to take back food bought elsewhere when their restaurant was closed. Good value buffet breakfast. Great location just a few minutes walk from Tokyo main station, shops and eateries. Quiet. Extremely helpful staff let us leave luggage before we checked in so we could explore the locality.

I had a deluxe double room that was exactly the right size for one person with a lot of luggage. I think it would work well for two people if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room. The location was fantastic, five minutes from Tokyo Station. The breakfast was a nice mix of Western and Japanese food that changed every day, and it was very good; I usually went sometime between 8:30 and 9:15 to avoid the crowds. The laundry machines worked well, although I think the laundry status indicators on the TV were broken. I liked the bag of clean towels that they left on my door every morning, and the pillow selection. The soundproofing was solid; I didn't hear anything when I was in my room. The staff were great as well, very friendly and helpful.

The bag of towels also had trash bags and a toothbrush. I didn't need a new toothbrush every day, so it felt a bit wasteful. Maybe toothbrushes could be part of the amenities near the front desk. Otherwise, no complaints!

Perfect location. The room (small, it is true, as it is usually in Japan) was very clean, modern, with a double bed, slippers, pijamas, plenty of towels, air condition, small fridge, even a phone charger and a complimentary bottle of water every day. I did not hear noise from other rooms or from the corridor at all. The bathrom (small) was also very clean, modern, with shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes. The staff were exceedingly kind (they immediately replaced the pillow with a softer one). The public bath is nice, modern, clean, never crowded.
