Second stay this year and we absolutely love this hotel! Staff is always helpful and polite. Room is always clean and neat. The location is just excellent - around 5 minutes walk to Tokyo station. The property is closest to Yaesu North exit (next to Daimaru department store) with a Shinkansen ticket office in front of it. There is also a good size JR East ticket office near this exit. Super convenient to catch the Shinkansen first thing in the morning! We will be back again!

Lack of breakfast options but we are close to many restaurants so this is not a problem.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance from Tokyo station and other metro station. It is also near to restaurants and Takashimya and Daimaru is within walking distance. There is also 7-11 and family mart nearby. Room is a good size and there were enough space for 2 large luggages. Do note that the hotel only provide basic housekeeping - throwing out of rubbish and changing of towels. If you would like a full housekeeping service, you would need to inform the front desk accordingly. The hotel also provides free snacks and drinks at the lobby until 10pm daily.

There was no wardrobe and hanging rack for clothes. Therefore, it's a little challenging. Breakfast was very cheap but it was also very basic. Therefore, would not recommend to buy the breakfast as there are many options available around the hotel.

I stayed here for the first two and last two nights of my 12-day trip, and my experience was consistent throughout. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station, providing easy access to all train lines. The station itself houses two major shopping areas and numerous shops. The hotel is surrounded by many eateries, and a Lawson convenience store is just a 5-minute walk away.

Housekeeping appears to be lacking. The bed was made, but basic upkeep was overlooked. For instance, the cups were not washed, and the basin was left with dried drink stains when I returned in the evening. Maybe this is their policy.

Friendly Staffs - everyone is very nice and polite. Water bottles - I got it whenever i asked for it on top of complimentary bottles. Not all hotels provide extra water bottles on top of complimentary. Location - near to Tokyo station. Seven Eleven and Family Mart extremely nearby. Old Delhi Indian restaurant is in 5 mins walking distance.

Everything thing is good. Only I wished if rooms could have been bit larger. We had 3 medium size trolleys and faced difficulties to open all at same time. Also, we had a window to see only wall of another building. Anyways, it didn’t bother much as mostly we were outside in the daytime.

A stone’s throw from the Station, Nihonbashi area, and Marunouchi area. Lots of stores, cafes, and restaurants. The room was clean and modern.

The shower is very small so you need to shower in cramped conditions, but it shouldn’t be too bad if you only stay for a night or two. Our window is about 1.5 meters from the neighboring building so all we saw was a wall, so there’s a chance many of the rooms facing certain directions are like that. The breakfast buffet is very basic and leaves much to be desired; the dining area is cramped too.

The location was the highlight of the property. Easy to walk/take the train to many attractions, convenience stores, and restaurants. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms to use in our adjoining rooms. I liked how clean and well kept the rooms are. My kids enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink/snacks.

The rooms were very cramped. Even though we rented 2 adjoining rooms for 5 people, there was no place to store luggage or shoes. The rooms should have a luggage rack/shoe rack. The dryer in the laundry didn’t work well, I had to put additional coins in 3 times for extra drying of one load.

The location was excellent. It was about 4 mins walk from Tokyo station and across the street from the limousine bus that would take you directly to Haneda Airport. The facilities were clean and there was complimentary coffee, water, juice and some small snacks in the lobby. The room was quite spacious by Japanese hotel standards and very clean and comfortable. I arrived early and left my luggage in their storage. It was very nice that the luggage was already waiting in my room when I came back later to check in.

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel in late March 2023 for vacation in Japan. The hotel’s location is very convenient to access Tokyo JR train station within 5 minutes walk. There’re plenty of Izakaya places and restaurants in the neighborhood. Very quick check-in and -out, our room is very clean, functioning and have a good size with separate in-room shower and toilet. Staff are very attentive and professional. Unfortunately, I lost my iPhone along the way and realized more than an hour after checked-in. After informed the hotel staff, they checked the hotel’s cctv immediately and found that I didn’t have a phone in my hand while I checked-in and after. I probably lost it on taxi on the way to hotel. Fortunately, I still kept receipt with taxi company’s phone number printed on it. The hotel staff kindly called taxi company for me. My phone was found in the taxi and returned to the taxi company headquarter, somewhere in Shinjuku. They told me that they could not deliver my phone to the hotel but I needed to pick-up the phone at taxi center which is quite far from hotel, by myself. I can’t speak and understand Japanese language. One of the hotel staff who is fluent in English, Mr Hirono, stepped-in , called round-trip taxi for me. He kindly explained the situation and asked the taxi driver to accompany me (as a translator) to pick the phone at Taxi company office where they speak only Japanese. Thanks to Hirono San and the taxi driver, I got my phone back. Without their help beyond their normal duties, I would not get my iPhone back. Thankssss a lottt !! I was very fortunate that it happened in Japan where people are very honest and helpful. If I lost my phone somewhere else, we would lose it forever.

The hotel has excellent location, not far from Tokyo station, also close to Nihombashin metro station, which makes it easy to arrive from Haneda airport and to take the bus to Fuji mountain, Ginza and Nihombashi are close by for shopping and food, and the hotel is situated in a quiet street, staff are really friendly and polite and efficient, there are all day hot water supply and microwave, coffee and soda drinks are offered most of the day as well, we also loved the pastries, they were delicious. The room is enough for two, loved the shower and pyjamas and Pola products. Bed is not big but comfortable. USB charger by the bedside is really convenient. They also provide umbrellas for raining days which I happened to encounter. Overall a very nice experience!

The hotel itself is wonderfully quiet and impeccably clean. The service was perfect – the staff were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, which made our stay even more comfortable. I particularly appreciated the self-help bathroom amenities. This thoughtful approach ensures that you take only what you need, minimizing waste.

The only minor issue we encountered was the bright sign from the neighboring building, which the curtains didn't completely block. However, this was not a significant concern for us and didn't detract from our overall experience.
