The receptionist were very clear and formal. Very clean and minimalistic. Everything was clean and smelled nice.

I didn’t like having to check in and out everyday even when I stayed consecutively. I appreciate still being able to keep my stuff in the locker, but if I needed a midday nap to avoid the sun I really couldn’t. In addition, having a rule to not be able to reorganize my luggage bothered me because my luggages contained all my stuff. When I did need something from my luggage, I was able to move over to avoid obstructing other guest’s walkways.

The beds was comfortable. Location was near the train station. They allow luggage storage before check in.

Couldn't bring my luggage in the capsule area.

Excellent location - only a 1-2 minute walk to Kanda JR and metro stations. Quiet area but plenty of restaurants nearby. Facilities were very clean. Pyjamas and towels are provided daily, and slippers are provided at the start of your stay. Pods are very spacious, with charging ports and small shelves to store your essentials. I loved the 'warm pillar' in the showers - a different water flow that was very calming after a long day of exploring.

Lockers are very small compared to the 9h nine hours I stayed at in Fukuoka. Most mid to large sized luggages don't fit, so you have to store them in the lobby. Lockers are on 1F, showers on 2F, and sleeping pods on floors 3F and above, so there's a lot of moving around required. You need to return your keycard at 10am each day and pick it up again after 3pm as the accommodation is inaccessible between these hours for cleaning - not a huge issue if you're planning to be out most of the day.

Super convenient as is located right in front of Kanda station. It's also a 13 minute walk to Akihabara. It's also a 15 minute walk to another train station where you can take the JO train straight to Narita. The street is buzzling with food, drinking areas, typical tokyo stuff. There is also a family mart across the block. The locker was big enough for my wheel carry on and my jacket. Bathrooms were clean and spacios, there was a section to get ready and theres a bathroom within each floor.

I would say as this was my first time in a capsule hotel i was surpised by the fact that you need to leave everyday from 10:00am-2:00pm. This wasnt much of an issue as i usually had my days packed with sigthseeing but if you were thinking of sleeping in, this is something you should be made aware of. There is no fridge, no hangout place and no place to really eat besides locker room floor which is usually crowded with people. However, if you are here for vacation, you most likely would want to eat outside specially with the unlimited amount of restaurants in this area. I think i found myself eating in one day of the 4 i stayed and that was because i was feeling sick. It wasn't too annoying but it wasnt too uncomfortable either.

Location is perfect! Small walking distance to Kanda Station, 7/11 and Familymart near by as well as Newsday at the station. Bed was comfortable and not cramped. Power point and usb socket are very handy. Two little shelves as well to sit your phone. Pull down blind for privacy is fantastic. Dimmer switch for lighting is perfect. Shower facilities are fantastic to use. Nice and quiet. Staff were friendly. Pyjamas supplied were so comfortable. Lockers are a great size. Could leave my bag after checkout to pick up later in the day for my flight. 10/10 would stay again as a solo traveller or even with female friends.

If I could change one thing it would be being able to have temperature control in the capsule as the heating is very good in the building (I personally feel the heat and would have loved to have had cooling on to be more comfortable BUT this is a personal issue not a business issue).

In My opinion, it's good for one night to experience how it feels to sleep in a capsule (l stayed one night). A place designed to sleep and go. To get to the showers and locker room via elevator. Pijama+ are provided. My favorite part was the shower room and a lot of space. Make sure to get a long cable to charge your phone or power bank. I could not do it. The outlets were too high. The location is good. Metro station a few minutes, away. Hint: It does not matter how long you stay you cannot stay after 10 a.m. and check out must be at 10 a.m. otherwise you get charged.

Exceptionally clean and convenient location.

Daily checkout at 10am really means CHECK OUT - all personal belongings must be removed from your capsule, which feels like it defeats the purpose of staying in the same place every night. I was only traveling with a small suitcase but felt the lockers were too cramped. While I appreciated getting new towels, slippers & pjs everyday I feel like the business could be more eco-friendly by allowing guests to continuously use the slippers at least. Future iterations could be built so that there are hooks integrated into the capsules for convenience. I also felt the whole building was kept a bit too warm (my stay was in March), but I have found that to be the case all over Japan.

At first I thought the capsule hotel would be uncomfortable for my stay, but I really enjoyed the experience. The bed wasn't too small, I didn't feel like suffocating inside the capsule. The pyjamas were comfy. The interior design was cool. I liked that the bathroom floor had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff were really helpful. I also loved that it's only for women.

The cabinet was not big enough for my luggage so I asked the reception to put one of my bags in a safe place in the common area. Commuting between the floors needs some energy :) Sometimes people make noise when they enter and exit the room, or when their bed shakes, I feel like an earthquake is coming, so I couldn't fully charge myself at night.

Easy access from the Kanda Station, close to plenty of restaurants, clean, quiet. The bed is super comfortable and wide, there is plenty of room. The staff was friendly and explained clearly how things work. Amenities are offered so you dont even need to pull your toothbrush and pyjamas out of your suitcase.

The lockers are a bit small, i was able to put in a cabin sized suitcase my coat, carry on bag and shoes which is plenty, but it would be nice to have a slightly bigger locker so its not as cramped (especially in colder months with big coats) I remember a few years ago being able to book either a bottom or top cabin. Would be nice if this was still possible. I probably could have asked at reception.

Stayed on 19 April 2024. Location was perfect, right across Kanda Station. It was smacked right in the middle of the eateries. Definitely the most happening place to be after working hours- izakayas everywhere! I was there on a Friday night and oh my, the entire street was bustling! The capsule was larger than what I had expected. Very quiet on the night I stayed over. The mattress and the pillow was perfect for me. Slept very well. Shower facilities were well equipped and very clean. I even took a walk from the capsule hotel all the way to Ueno Park. Love the location!

The lockers. They were way too small. Struggled a bit to fit everything in. The locker areas were very cramped too. But I guess there could be a reason to it, so that people would just take their necessities and leave asap instead of loitering around.
