The staff are nice. The room and bathroom were clean. The location was good close to the subway. I chose this hotel for our last two nights in Tokyo because the subway was close and the train was going directly to the Haneda airport which was very convenient for us as we had heavy luggages. Moreover, there is a very good accessibility to the east, specially to Ginza, Tokyo station, Akihabara, Ueno and Asakusa. The amenities are provided at the reception for all the guests. There is a very basic breakfast but it is for free. They kept our luggage after check out as well. There is a kettle and fridge in the room. There are several a shared washing machines in the hotel and you can check their availability though the TV in the room.

In Japan, it's rare to find a cheap hotel with a spacious room. But this time, our room was the smallest of all during our three-week stay in Japan. We could not even open one the luggage completely at a time. But the price was fair and we stayed only for two nights. Therefore, it was worth it.

We had a pleasant stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nihombashi during our time in Tokyo. The location is excellent for sightseeing, with easy access to major attractions via nearby metro stations. Both Kayabacho Station (Tozai & Hibiya Lines) and Nihombashi Station (Ginza & Tozai Lines) are just a short walk away, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Check-in is primarily self-service via machines, but thankfully the staff on-site assisted us. Their English was limited, but they used a translation app effectively, which helped smooth the process. As expected in Japan, the room was small, but it had everything we needed and was extremely clean. The bathroom was also compact but functional. One standout feature was the generous selection of free amenities in the lobby — everything from toothbrushes and razors to hair ties and hair gel was available, which was a nice touch. We also opted for the breakfast. While the selection was somewhat limited, it was more than sufficient and very tasty. We read that they may be discontinuing this service in the future, which would be a pity. Overall, Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nihombashi is a great choice if you're looking for a clean, efficient, and well-located hotel in central Tokyo.

As already mentioned, the room was small by Dutch standards, and we had to unpack our suitcases on the bed and stack them in the room.

For that price it was excellent. Staff were friendly. Slippers, pyjamas and amenities were provided. Breakfast was really good, the location was quiet but close to Tokyo Station and the metro. For a first trip to Japan this was perfect. I recommend the baggage transfer from hotel to the airport. It was advertised in our room and it was reliable and better price than anything found on the internet/klook. Staff knew the company and helped us prepare our baggage. We could pick it up at the exact spot at the given time without any issues! Also laundry machines were provided. The place was quite crowded though, sometimes an extra dryer machine would have been nice! Washing is rather quick, the drying takes very long. But we made it through 10 nights with fresh clothes every day. Rooms were clean. No big city view for us, we looked into next buildings wall, but we only spent the nights there to sleep so that was alright for us. A/C worked fine. If there was a proper space to store our baggage, like underneath the beds, it would have been perfect. But we made it work and it was a pleasant experience!

The location is fantastic—close to major attractions, public transportation, and great restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself was very clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining everything, and I appreciated the fresh linens and well-kept facilities. Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel with a prime location and good cleanliness standards, this is a solid choice!

However, the room size was a major downside. It was extremely small, and with our luggage, it felt cramped to the point where moving around was difficult. There was barely any space to store our belongings, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. If you’re traveling light, this hotel is a great choice for its cleanliness and location. But if you need more space, it might not be the best option.

1. Good location near Kayabacho station exit, but no escalator; a reasonable flight of stairs. About a 20 min walk to Tokyo station (if you choose to). Kayabacho is a somewhat business area with financial companies, so it's quiet in the evening 2. Comfortable room, heating in room, clean amenities/facilities, coin laundry and dryer, microwave, vending machine, etc. Everything you would expect of a standard Japanese business hotel 3. Breakfast at cafe is convenient though limited choices. But there is a convenience store nearby. And Tokyo being Tokyo, one can always source food from a huge variety of options elsewhere 4. Staff speaks some English. But it seems that it is an overall change in Tokyo region in recent years

The only big downside is limited space in room. Realistically the room with queen size bed is only good for 1 person; it will be very squeezy with 2 people. There's no space to fully open luggage on ground. That said, it is not the most cramped room I had to stay in.

The location is amazing for this hotel. Right next to the metro station and walking distance to Tokyo station. The staff was super helpful with tips and explained how to get around. They even made suggestions for what to do on the days when the weather wasn't cooperating:) The breakfast choices were good and no nonsense. The check in and out was seamless. Smallish room, but clean and great for a short stay. I love the free amenities being downstairs, as you don't waste as much with unnecessary items in the room. Happy with this stay!

The hotel is nice, staff was very helpful, cooperative , neat and clean , 4 mins close to subway, lots of 711, they gave me umbrella for free to use, rooms was small but bathroom was confortable with supplies , lots of supplies at the reception at no charge, enough charging sockets in room , if you have suit case then it will not fit in room , I only had hand carry so I adjusted myself but not sure if other rooms are big enough so its recommend to check size of room before booking , If I come alone will stay again

Only room sizes , which are very small, second the quantity of breakfast was very small and not enough , plus as more multicultural people are visiting so they should have more choices for breakfast and recommend to add continental menu options

Comfortable bed, bedding, pillows. Lots of amenities like pajamas, slippers, bath salts, sunscreen, etc available. Great breakfast options from Pronto Cafe! Nice touches like a mini refrigerator in the room, luggage lockers, a scale to weight your luggage, laundry room with washers & dryers, ice machine, and access to microwaves to heat up your food.

The rooms are small but doable. Tip: Don’t overpack instead use the provided pajamas, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

The staff is very quick and kind. The check-out process was incredibly fast & smooth, simply return the room keys into the check-in/check-out machine & good to go in less than a minute. The set breakfast menus were convenient and flavourful & quickly made. The room was a bit small, but honestly most hotel rooms in Japan are very small so unless you're willing to pay for a high-end 4-5 star hotel, you won't get any better, but we were very impressed with how clean the entire hotel is and how many amenities they provide.
