Very modern, stylish and clean ambience. Great shower pressure and temperature. Convenient location just one stop from Shinjuku station.

In our toilet, the bidet arm was missing. we reported this on the day of arrival, and also the day after, but it was not fixed while we were there. The shower hose is barely long enough to shower standing up if you are over 1.8 meters tall. At night, you can hear trains or people talking. It's not very loud and passes as white noise for me, but others may find it disturbing at night No view at all as the windows are not see through and bit to be opened.

The design and layout of the room, especially the balcony as they have a spa tub and shower facilities at outside.

The fridge could be bigger.

No breakfast offered but a complete kitchenette provided! Cups,mugs,plates,knife,forks,spoons,laddle and many more provided! Hotel is a 4minutes walk to halal kebab station, family mart, 7-eleven, Okubo station.n 10 minutes walk to Donquijote, mcdonalds, and streets shops! hotel room is very clean! not a single strand of hair spotted! Check in was a breeze. We will definitely come again! Very suitable for all kind of travellers! comfortable bed, clean room, toilets are clean!

There's nothing we are not happy with

Small room but it had everything needed, I slept in the upper bed and had no problems. Room was clean, bathroom too and was the right size but I think someone bigger than us could have some problems in the shower because it's narrow. You cannot leave the luggage open but we were there for just for four nights so we just took out what we needed. It's close to two train stations, both one stop from Shinjuku, and one directly on the Yamanote Line, and the area around felt absolutely safe, as is all Tokyo, at least for what we could see.

Only one stop from the busy Shinjuku station, and a short walk from Obuko station, you will find this beautifully clean accommodation. The rooms are huge and our room offered a bonus of an extra outdoor bathing area- this was lovely way to beat the heat of summer. We loved how close it was to shops and restaurants, but far enough away to feel like we were getting a break from the hustle and bustle. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Other reviewers have commented on the train noise- I just had to mention given the amount of train lines in Tokyo, I think it would be hard to find a place where you can’t hear them. Having said that, we like some white noise so turned on the exhaust fan in the main room and couldn’t hear the trains. When we didn’t have the fan on, we didn’t find the train noise intrusive at all. It served as a nice reminder that we were in the largest city in the world.

The quite atmosphere in yhe neighborhood l. Room was very cozy and very spacious.

The disturbance in the morning from the surrounding rooms while staff are cleaning the rooms after previous guest check out. A lot of banging noises were made. There was also a clicking sound from the air con. I found finger nails on the bed as well on the first night. I had an extended night, and a staff opened my door with a key, and when I answered she just kept saying nothing and left. I returned to the hotel late that night and my key didn't work. However I was told the key would go all the way until my final check out date.

staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Their office hours finished at 9pm however due to our late flight they arranged for someone to remain at the desk until 11pm. I had asked about laundry facilities prior to arriving and they provided me a print out on arrival with three nearby locations and a QR code for their location on a map. Definitely went above and beyond. The room was spacious with good kitchen amenities. The triple room was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 1 child. The room was very clean and we were offered a choice of 2 dates we would prefer the cleaners to tidy up as we were staying for 9 nights. It was also well appointed with 2 train lines nearby making it extremely convenient for getting around. overall very impressed. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very close to a station, lots of shops local. Was only there for 2 nights but would definitely stay again if I went back. Room had a traditional feel to it.

For some reason the clerk was adamant we couldn't pre book a taxi for a our flight from tokyo airport. Then it was raining and he said the taxis dont operate in the rain? He also said he couldn't help us find a taxi number either! Thankfully uber worked perfectly well for us and we got a taxi for 3 people with 6 bags within 15mins.

The room is big and the household supplies and appliances are so well-equipped. There is even a tiny kitchen in the room! Furthermore, the services and their attitude is superb. The location is also good, since it is so near to 2 JR stations and the area is full of convenience stores. Additionally, the environment is full of traditional Japanese elements, which is an intriguing point for us. I will stay here again if I get a trip to Tokyo next time.

Clean hotel and 2 min walk to local train, 7 mins walk to JR line. It was also close enough to walk to shinjuku whilst maintaining some quietness at night in the suburb. Lots of food options around. Bed and pillows were soft ! Finally ! Unlike our other hotels.

The property is in a small street. Was difficult for large taxis to manoeuvre - some didnt want to go all the way to the hotel. Train line outside however i didnt find the noise noticeable with the aircon on. Would benefit from proper luggage storage area which doesnt block guest entry/exit.
