As expected, a lovely 'Peninsula' experience. Staff are consistently helpful, friendly and polite, and we really appreciated the late checkout offered. The room was comfortable and we especially loved the spacious bathroom.

Unfortuanteyl we did find some broken chips of glass on the floor. And we felt for the high room rate, that breakfast could have been included, or at least offered at a reasonable cost - Y210 000 for our family of 3 was ridiculous.

The room was spacious and elegantly furnished, offering a stunning view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's location was ideal, right in the heart of Tokyo, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, with a wide variety of both local and international options.

While the room was comfortable, I found the bed too firm. The check-in process was slow and could be more streamlined. I expected a wider range of amenities in such a premium hotel.

the staff at the concierge and lobby were absolutely above and beyond their duties and our expectations. we cannot say enough about how much we appreciate their efforts to make our stay and even our departure, most memorable. Kudos to the Management and team of Tokyo Peninsula. We were considering staying at another property but we are most fortunate that we decided on the Tokyo Peninsula.

Nothing could've been better. Of course if it were more affordable, that would be most appreciated, but you do get what you pay for and if you are at an age were you deserve a little luxury in life, indulge in where you stay when traveling!

The staff are very accommodating, they’re kind and warm as they greet us everytime we go out and come back to the hotel :) I love that our room is very spacious and I love how big the bathroom and walk in closet/vanity space. They always give us fresh towels and even if we don’t request they will change our slippers and complete the toiletries set. The staff speak english very well so it’s also not hard for us to communicate to them.

Convenience and elegance comes with a price - the hotel is a bit on the expensive side - but still worth it.

The location and some beautiful details about the room. The dressing room was great, kids goodies in the bathroom The spa/pool be area is amazing

Breakfast is way too limited for westerners. The sofa bed in our room was very uncomfortable (cheapest mattress ever) The overall atmosphere is luxurious but also quite dead…coming back to the hotel at 21 was like entering a cemetery…maybe because it s off season, but other hotels we ve been to don’t present this situation at all…
