The location and the view from the room was amazing! The staff too was very helpful and attentive. Very nice experience overall. Would recommend!

We booked two rooms, one for single use and one for a couple. The double room for single use was bigger though than the double room for the couple. This was a bit odd to us but this was really just a minor issue that didn't bother us much. It just felt a bit confusing to us.

Great location very accessible to travel across Tokyo. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Comfortable sized room. Great view of Tokyo Tower from level 14.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was decent and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good pressure from the shower and deep bath, bit awkward if your 6ft but to be expected.

Our room and bathroom was always clean. They had all the amenities necessary for you! Close to the train stations! The staff is super friendly and accommodating!

as mentioned in the previous reviews, a bit old looking. room seemed smaller than the advertised dimensions .

Nice breakfast, quiet room, small bathroom, courteous and friendly staff. Close to rail stations.

As non smokers we did not like the strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the air conditioner. Ask for a non smoking room.

Water pressure was excellent, close to multiple train stations, staff friendly, room comfortable
