The room was decently sized for a Japanese business hotel. The desk and TV layout is good for hooking up via HDMI. Was able to easily store my luggage and there were plenty of hangers for my clothes. The location is a short walk to Shimbashi station which has access to all the major destinations in Tokyo and the Haneda airport. A Seven-Eleven is just around the corner. Ginza's Chuo-dori is within walking distance. The location was great for touring Tokyo or shopping and eating in Ginza. The best part of the room was the in-unit washer/dryer combo that I used quite often. I stayed in Tokyo for around ten days so this was invaluable. Liquid detergent was included with the room. It had some learning curve to understand how to use it, but I really appreciated it.
The Wi-Fi connection was slow and I had issues getting my VPN to work; however there was an ethernet jack accessible from the desk which I used for my computer. I had to switch YouTube to 720p to try to get a smooth video. The location is noisy at night such that you can hear sirens quite often, even on a high floor. In the bathroom, the hot water faucet did not seem to work very well if at all.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a straight sidewalk along the train tracks about 10min from Shimbashi stn which also has the circle Yamanote line to the main places of interest. The train tracks are not directly next the hotel hence no major noise issues. The hotel staff are courteous and willing to keep large luggage when on trips out of Tokyo to other prefectures, provided checking in back to this same hotel upon return. The biggest convenience is they have rooms with washer-dryer, a small capacity suitable for all but thick winter clothes.
Majority of Tokyo hotels are small as expected, but this hotel could improve the type of pillows used. The mattress was ok, but the pillows were too soft and does not provide sufficient back support even when two stacked together.

I booked two extra big room and was great! My husband and daughter(10) stayed in one and myself and son(7) stayed in the other. Each room had a standard queen bed. Loved the ensuite laundry. We put a load of laundry in each day before leaving and came back to fresh clothes! Loved all the window shades to make it extra dark in the room for sleeping. Our room also had a window that looked down the main area of shimbashi which I loved. Close to the Shimbashi station and McDonald’s(for our son).
Restaurant selection close by was short. The restaurants also didn’t open until 5:30 and closed at 8:30 so made it difficult for us to find food outside those times

it was very convenient using the attached Italian restaurant as breakfast venue. However not food options for vegetarians where limited and whilst last service was at 09:30 the staff started to tidy as much as possible away - plus when I asked for a knife to spread jam it was met with a stiff rebuke of not possible!! how could this be possible in as restaurant !! quite rude

A colorful walk from the metro and JR stations past lots of eateries and skyscrapers. They allowed luggage to be left before and after check in. The ReFa shampoos, shower head, and hair dryer were fantastic. Bathroom was more updated than other Tokyu Stay locations. Having a washing machine was great. Layout of room offered more room to move around. No need to press floor button - elevator takes you to your floor with keycard..
Room was fewer sq meters than other Tokyu Stay locations. The room I booked/ paid for showed a couch, but there was not one. Room faced the train tracks which was loud until about midnight.

- nice hair dryer refu - spacious bathroom and bedroom for Tokyo - washing machine - we had a nice view
- NO water bottles or water fountain offered (unusual for Japanese hotels and the tap water tasted disgusting) thankfully there is a konbini nearby to buy big bottles of water - washing machine was nice but the programs were SO LONG, not 1hr for washing and drying but 4h+ we had to run them at night which is not ideal - you could hear the trains so windows could be better at being noise proof

Excellent room as the space is relative good for two. The luggage spaces are a little of a problem as it is a little cramp but we placed the luggages under the bed where is enough space for two luggages to keep. staff clear the trash and replace the towels everyday when you request. the bed is big enough for two, so that is great as many beds in tokyo is small double but this is actual double bed. staff are so friendly, they helped us alot in many of our enquiries. super close to two stations and allows you to travel out tokyo easily as there is JR lines that brings you out of tokyo easily without much transfers.
although shimbashi station has a straight train to Narita and Haneda airport which is great but the lifts are not near the Asakusa Line (which is where you take from and to the airport), so that is a bit had if you have a big luggage. They do provide the luggage delivery if you would like to travel hassle free. other than that, at night there are drunk and questionable individuals near shimbashi station as it is bars there where salary man drinks after. so if you are girls or alone, do be cautious. the hotel is safe though, so be assured you are safe in this hotel. morning commute might be very crowded as it is near the working district of tokyo.

Multilingual staff were understandable and helpful. Washing machine in the room is a great idea. I didn't use it in the end, but instructions were clear. I loved that I could see the trains passing by from my corner room, and that they weren't heard that much.
Traffic was slightly audible, but that was mainly because I was on a lower floor, and was only when drivers had disagreements. Under normal conditions, it was an acceptable slight white noise. Some of the electrical outlets could be changed to USB ports for simple modernisation. WiFi speed was not good and needs improvement.

Great location, walkable to Ginza and Tsukiji fish markets, short walk away to many train lines including ones that connect you to the airport. Having a washing machine/ laundry detergent in the room was a huge plus. When we stayed they offered a free rental of traditional yukata to coincide with the summer festival happenings. The stuff helped us get dressed in it and it was definitely a very fun experience with all the hotel staff being hype men/women
The drying function of the washing machine is definitely very slow so laundry takes a long time

Excellent service even though sometimes the language barrier may require some further elaboration to ensure that the right message comes across. But rest assured that they go above and beyond to ensure that you feel comfortable at the establishment. The size was relatively small, but similar or bigger compared to other similar prized accommodations. It was ideal for a family of three, but we did bring a crib for our baby as there was none available to rent. The location was excellent with an 8 minute walk to the Shimbashi Station that leads to all major destinations without transfer. Also Ginza was also at a walking distance in case you want to skip the busy train station. A lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood and small supermarkets. The toilet was excellent with a bidet. The hotel provides some amenities for free such as coffee, hot water, toothbrushes, sponges, hair brushes etc. It was a nice welcome as there was no need to bring those with you or walk to a store to buy some. Cleaning service was great as you could indicate whether the bin needed to be disposed and the towels needed to be replaced on a daily basis.
It is located next to the rails so you might hear some noise even with the windows closed. The cleaning was good, but you might still see some hairs here and there on the sheets. There were not enough photos on the site to provide you with an insight on how the room looked like and whether for example a crib or suitcases would fit. You had to rely on Google reviews with photos made by travellers. The pillows were not great so it is recommended to bring or buy your own. The blankets were very heavy but that is based on taste.
