A clean, modern hotel in a prime location with convenient access to public transport and an impressive variety of nearby dining options.
The hotel breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited, and the buffet was stocked so sparingly that it constantly felt like items were about to run out. Additionally, the staff hovered anxiously, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Very good location, with a large Don Quijote and Family Mart near the hotel. It’s just a short walk to the Ginza Metro and JR Yamanote Line.

The hotel is new, the room we’ve got is so much bigger than the average in Tokyo, with a huge king size bed. We loved it. The location is good, in the beginning (or ending) of the main avenue in Ginza, next to a lot of stores, and 5 min walking from Don Quijote. There’s cleaning every day.
We took breakfast at he hotel only once, because we thought it didn’t worth the price. The western part is ok, there is few fruits, bread, cereal, juice, yogurt, coffee and tea, but the price is very high, the food tasted only ok and were available in very small portions considering it was a buffet. We decided it was a better to buy fruit, bread and coffee at Family Mart.

You will see my review 3 times since I booked for a large group: Location. Location. Location. Ginza in general was a perfect home base for everything we wanted to do in Tokyo area. Yotel specifically was perfectly located. 5 min walk to the station. Convenience store right next door. Everything was new. Clean and straight forward check in/out. Hotel was small but aesthetically pleasing. Gym was small but had the basics and everything was new. Instagram worth mirror pic if that's what you want. Staff was helpful and even gave us food suggestions. They have 2 robot staff on property "Kirby".. that can bring up supplies to the room. Kirby was funny and we got a good laugh at it getting off the elevating and saying "goodbye now".
It's a small space. Even with an upgrade. I didn't have an issue with it, but my husband did. It was the smallest hotel room we stayed in our 2 week trip of Japan. This is definitely "business" size. However, for me it was perfect. Husband would have wanted more room. I wouldn't knock a lot off my rating for it since this was a "preference" not an actual issue.

The staff went above and beyond, especially Mao. She helped us with 2 weeks' notice to book a reservation at Sukiyabashi Jiro. Incredible! And every time we need something from the front desk, they were also so helpful and wonderful. The hotel was comfortable, with plenty of hot water. They pack a lot into a small space. The hotel is very new, very clean. I'd absolutely love to stay there again. We stayed about 10 days. The location too is outstanding. An awesome hotel all around.
The music in the lobby is a bit loud and they could offer a free late checkout upon request. Currently they charge about $50 for late checkout.

The room was very clean and the housekeeping tidied up our room well during the stay. The location was great — very near to Shimbashi station which meant we could get around Tokyo very easily. The property was also a 2 min walk from a Familymart! The staff were great and super helpful!!! My friend got sick during the trip and Sala, as well as the other staff members (which I didn’t get the name of sadly) helped us to book an appointment at an International clinic. I would like to commend Sala specifically as she went out of her way to book the appointment and call the clinic for us. <3 They also helped us to call the car rental company when we had to cancel due to being sick. One of the staff also always made sure we stayed hydrated and he gave us a bottle of water each daily before we left to explore!
The room is a bit small with no separation between the toilet and the sleeping area… Our luggages were also quite big and we were struggling to hang up our clothes. I guess this was on us as we didn’t estimate the size correctly.

I was very impressed with room, especially the efficient use of space and features. It was larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, but also well equipped with thoughtfully placed outlets, light switches, and counter space. There was space to hang clothes and set out toiletries, a small refrigerator, a safe, a full-length mirror, and a vanity light built into the mirror above the sink. The room had both black-out and light-filtering shades and private shower and toilet spaces; ideal if 2 people would be sharing the room. The bed frame adjusted to seated and laying positions, which I found very useful. The breakfast looked underwhelming for the price, and I didn't dine there for any meal, but the lobby is a very nice place to relax in. The hotel will hold your luggage before and after checking in and out, which was convenient. The location was fantastic, a close walk to Shimbashi Station, with Family Mart and Lawson convenience stores on the block. I used the fitness room several times and while it can get crowded, the machines were excellent. There are 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a spin bike, and a weight bench with some free weights. There's a hot and cold water dispenser that we used to fill our bottles each day, which was very convenient. We were so impressed with this hotel that we booked it again for our last days in Tokyo. In short, I was very happy with my stay at the Yotel, and I plan to recommend it to friends visiting Japan in the future!
The breakfast did not look great, and seemed overpriced.

Loved the hotel, the location was a 5 minute walk from Shimbashi Station which is about 2 stops from Tokyo station and you can get everywhere from there. Smaller rooms but this is perfectly normal in Japan. Hotel is new and is so comfortable. Has USB and USB C plugs built into the bed for easy charging. Great stay! Breakfast is also quite good.
Only improvement is that they could carry a variety of pillow types. My partners likes softer pillows and I like more firm (they were quite firm). But they didn’t have anything else so my partners ended up stuffing a pillow case with my puffer coat each night to be able to sleep.

The property is in a great location near the metro, also a walkable distance from a great variety of shopping. There's a large hotel lobby with a great lounge area. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in 2-3h early as we arrived at 12pm+ with a good deal of luggage. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable. The Yotel aesthetic and lighting is unique. There's a small gym with dumbbells, exercise bench, and some cardio machines like a treadmill.
The room is quite small for 2 people, especially if you have a good deal of luggage (such as sports equipment like skis/snowboard). But it is very comfortable. Pricing is on the high side but to be expected of the area.

As a British hotel, it has a lot of foreign employees, and I recommend it as a very sophisticated and good hotel. The interior of the restaurant on the first floor is wonderful, and the food is very delicious. The club sandwich, salad, and pasta were all great meals. It was also great for tea time during the day. I highly recommend it. The room is a modern and stylish interior. The water pressure in the shower room is high, and the toilet and shower room are separated, so it is convenient. It's a recliner bed, so it's comfortable to rest. When I ask for amenity, the robot brings it to me so it's convenient and fun. The scenery of the Shiodome site was very nice. Communication was convenient because there were employees who spoke Korean well. In particular, the male employee who is good at Korean is very kind. Thank you for your help. There are several convenience stores nearby and it is located in Ginza, so it has good access to tourist attractions.
Nothing.
