Amazing Vacation Experience! I recently had the most wonderful vacation at this hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. Every single person we encountered went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well-maintained, with comfortable rooms, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The service was outstanding – quick, attentive, and always with a smile. Whether it was the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant staff – everyone made us feel truly cared for. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. The facilities are amazing, all new clean and high quality. the service from the stuff is professional and friendly. Rooms are big and the mini bar is free of charge. breakfast is very good - Mustafa the manager was very kind. Ayla Marina nearby and is great to hung around all day. hotel located Less than 10 minutes drive to Eilat border. 4 times a day there are shuttles to downtown Aqaba, we did use the service and it was good and on time. great hotel for kids, much to do: pools, kids club, beach, table tennis and snooker (pool table). great hotel for couples - spa is amazing with hamam and Jacuzzi, and special outdoor pool for couples. there is the lounge with Happy Hour daily, and can have couple breakfast there peacefully. overall Hyatt Ayla, Good value for money. happy vacation !

not able to take away food from the Marina into the hotel is fair but ! missing vegan / vegetarian food at the swimming pool. only meat is less good for us. the Italian restaurant at the pool (Cascades) is tasty and has veggie options, but bit expensive compared to Ayla.

Great service and welcoming staff from the check in / reception to the pool and recreation to the housekeeping Key personnel were Mohammad Fahoom, Slaiman from the La Plage staff, the lifeguards in the infinity pool , Talal Zyadat from the main breakfast restaurant . Well spent holiday

The La Plage pool is small taking into consideration guests from outside the hotel can use it and it becomes little dirty from over use

The hotel is fairly new, everything was just in right order The staff were helpful and went above and beyond for every question or request The location of the hotel is good, Aqaba is a small town tho, you can drive 10 mins to any spot in the city The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were beautifully designed and equipped The breakfast was awesome The spa was great with very professional therapists working there

Not having a hand spray (shattaf) in the toilet was disturbing The guy working on the beach bar had an attitude that wasn’t pleasant at all

Most of the staff were friendly especially Marah the Receptionist & Salah the Olive Rest.Manager The View was amazing Ayla Resort (where the hotel is) was great and has almost everything The room was spacious with a good size balcony and the bathroom was perfect

The check-in Experience: yes I got what I booked for on time and in a high floor with Marina view. But for my family we had to wait more than two hours to get the rooms they booked!…Therefore, we had to cancel our program that day☹️ Also the distance between the Reception & the rooms were too long and the Corridors were not at the Hyatt standard..they look cheap & old!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was very nice, spacious, and clean. The resort is very nice and had good facilities. Our daughter enjoyed the kids club. The spa experience is above expected, it was very clean and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very kind and offered our daughter a decorated pancake :) .... Great experience overall, will visit again.

Every single detail absolutely amazing! The lobby - the restaurants- the pools - the room!! The beach club! The location! We didn’t want to leave!! It was our first time to Jordan but could easily be our annual holiday as it was truly stunning! We didn’t want to leave! And would stay longer - see you next time! The room! ❤️ and views!! The marina! ❤️ Just perfect!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. Additionally, the dining experience was amazing the food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for both its hospitality and culinary offerings.

It is located on the Ayla marina, perfect spot. The new private beach is great. The new pool is great but also the old one is perfect. Staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is excellent. Whatever we ordered during the day was fresh, clean, and very tasty. You have a few restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. In general, this is the best hotel in Aqaba from my experience.
