This was a good place to stay for a night - convenient, very clean and nice staff. We did not spend time in the city as we were on our way to another destination. The breakfast was sufficient and certainly meets your needs.
The furniture and appliances were very worn and shabby but fine to get a good night's sleep after travel.

Very quiet because on a side street off of the main street; comfy bed; simple but nice breakfast with hard-boiled eggs; friendly, helpful staff; some had limited English, but they phoned someone who spoke English when necessary. The air con did not work in the first room, but the staff promptly moved me to a room where it did work.

Great location close to the many restaurants. Private parking. Extremaly kind and helpful Staff in reception and restaurant. Very big room with super comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast, beautifuly served. There was no problem to order additional coffee.
Cold water in the bathroom. Some kind of small flies in the room.

The staff was very nice and friendly and everything was clean. The breakfast was good and had the typical options for Jordan like bread, tomato, cucumber, olives, bread, marmelade, cheese ... The free car park was perfect for us. Thanks to Irbid Plaza Hotel!

Large rooms that were very tidy. Just overal nice stay. Breakfast is great, at the top floor!
Shower doesn’t drain well, making it quite slippery but they put some slippers there to prevent you from falling!

- located right in the center of Irbid, so there is all you need around - kind stuff - clean - comfy bed
- the kitchen was not stocked, so we need to ask for plates, cups and everything we need

Very central right on university street. On doorstep of shops and restaurants. Spacious room with hot water shower, heating, elevator and 24hr reception. Good view from window with slight balcony
