Our plane landed in Amman very early in the morning and we really got to the hotel very early. The friendly staff gave us free early check in. The hotel is within walking distance to all attractions in Madaba. The restaurant "Haret Jdudna" is almost right next door. The bed is comfortable and the balcony is great. The roof terrace is unique The breakfast was very rich and delicious. big compliment. You feel like you're in the family at the hotel. All in all we thought it was great We will come back for sure. Thank you

The bathroom is very clean but the ventilation is not that good. That's why it's always very humid. This can be changed for sure. there are not enough plugs, but we also had a lot (mobile phones, laptops, I pads, etc.) with us :)

Firstly, Madaba is also a great location to explore Jordan, but the hotel was right in the heart of the town, with a lot of parking spaces, just a few meters from the main attractions and shopping streets. The room looked like on the picture, it was clean. The room can be heated so the hotel is a good choice in cold months too. The staff was very very friendly and helpful, Omar, the manager, gave a lot of great tips during our 5 day stay, because we had to change our programme due to weather conditions, we could ask from him when we had questions. (The waiters of the hotel’s restaurant were also excellent.) The breakfast was also tasty, we enjoyed the food (cold and warm meals), in our opinion it is a great idea to serve traditional jordanian food. Everything was wonderful, we would happily return! + the view is great from the rooftop restaurant

The staff is very friendly and the location was excellent. You are in the center of it all, within walking distance of all the major sites of Madaba and within a 30 minute drive of Mt Nebo, Mose's spring, and Jesus's baptism site. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and could scald you if you wanted it to. The rooftop restaurant had a decent breakfast and gorgeous views of the sunset and sunrise. Also, the nicer restaurants are very close but if you want street food (shwarma, falafel, fresh baked kanafa)its within walking distance. It very very safe to walk around. We noticed the local area shops start shutting down around 8pm.

Hospitality. Omar (the owner) and the stuff the best! 🤩 Any our request was met immediately even the change of bedding set. They asked if we want anything and were very helpful. The location is Perfect. Close to everything, especially to local bars where local people eat. Breakfast - different and lots of IT! Appreciate & recommend.

Photos of rooms are not up to real🤷 Hotel is old fashioned and far away from european 3* standards hotel. But this is tipical for countries in this region. So if you dont mind...

Great localization - every Madaba attraction is accessible within 2-3 minutes walk. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great variety of food for breakfast (local as well as international).

You can see that the hotel is not brand new and it needs some refreshment (especially bathroom). It doesn't mean that the hotel was dirty, destroyed or anything like that - overall it was quite fine, just don't expect anything premium. Even though there was a great choice of different food for breakfast, it didn't really suit my taste (however I believe that this is strictly personal and I think that many people might really like it).

The hotel is very well located with a big spacious room that is perfectly suitable for 2-3 nights. It also has a fridge and a balcony. What was awesome however, was the exceptionally kind staff (especially Omar and Girias) whom we had most contact with and helped us a lot in making feel comfortable and at home while also having very good tips on what to do in and around Madaba. Thank you very much!!

Perfect location for visiting the city as is very close to all touristic objectives (churches and museums) and downtown bazaars. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive even though they couldn't solve some of the issues. The breakfast was delicious and well served on the rooftop. The room was clean and had toiletries available. The rooftop restaurant is a perfect place to enjoy the city view and great food and a variety of drinks, including alcohol.

We had to change the room because the door was improper functioning, while in the second room the TV and Internet through Wi-Fi didn't work. This just 10-year-old hotel looks like a very old one with so many technical issues to be fixed.

Excellent staff very hospitable and helpful, great location, super rooftop breakfast and evening restaurant, good quality rooms. Arrived late tired from airport and was warly greeted , very good breakfast on rooftop after a comfy nights sleep. We had snacks on the roof in the evening which were very good, locals came to eat there also. Manager was very helpful organising driver for us to the dead sea and onwards to Karak & Dana.

Our room was on a corner by the street which did give some car noise at night when trying to sleep but it was did ramadan so busy in evenings.

Great location, the main attractions are very close by walk. The room had a nice balcony, very comfortable bed, good breakfast. But the best thing about this hotel is their staff, Omar the manager was amazing, make me feel like at home and he arranged my transport to Mt Nebo and Jordan baptismal side for a good price, the driver Nabeel was very good as well, brought for a new route with a nice views and he stopped many times for me to take pictures. I really recommend this hotel, specially if you travel alone, because they really look after you for the most little detail. Thank you Omar!

Omar and Nebil made an extra effort to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. They are so kind and welcoming. the location is great. Literally, 2 min walk from St George where you can see the famous mosaics. The rooms were not really big, but this is understandable (Compared to Hotels in Rome, the rooms at St. John's were huge). The hotel has a restaurant and bar on the top floor where you can enjoy an undistracted view of the city. At dinner time, they played Arabic music and some people started dancing.I think the bar is open also for non/guests which makes it interesting to see how local people spend their evenings. So, we had a very pleasant time at the hotel. Many thanks to the stuff and hope to see you again. and lastly, the hotel offers a closed and controlled parking lot right across the entrance of the hotel.No need to worry about parking.
