Loved this hotel! Really clean and comfortable with lots of extra little touches. Having the pool was brilliant in the heat and we really appreciated it after a long day of tourism. The breakfast was probably the best we had in Jordan. The location was really good - I thought it would be further out of the centre and take longer to walk to restaurants etc but not at all. Equally it’s easy enough to drive in and out from the highways and there is a big car park at the back. There is a bar and a pizza oven which does good pizza. Even water and tea in the room. Wonderful!

Aitch Boutique Hotel was of the best hotels I have stayed, the staff is so helpful and friendly. I would like to mention Mr.Fadi who was my tour guide, he took me to beautiful places in Jordan, also mentioning the housekeeping manager Mr.Samy who helped me a lot during my stay at Madaba. Breakfast is nice, the hotel is clean, Wi-Fi speed is great. The main thing for me was the location, as I don’t prefer to stay in big cities like Amman which have lot of traffic, so this hotel was a great choice for me.

The staff was delightful and went out of their way to take care of every need and answer every question for us. Tal'at went above and beyond, even trying to find a music store for me on his day off. Their crew is a group of professional, kind, and thoughtful people. Breakfast was exceptional, varied, and plentiful, even providing made-to-order omelettes and really fresh coffee. There's a lovely bar with a variety of drinks available, but my favorite thing was an unexpectedly savory, last-minute dinner of a delicious hot pot chicken with vegetables, cooked to perfection and served over a flame. It was one of our best meals in the two weeks that we toured the country. The rooms were clean, modern, and very cozy. The hotel felt very safe and we loved our balcony.

The pool was a little murky for our liking, but in all fairness, it's likely time to close it for the season, so I'm sure the staff has other priorities at the moment.

very close to central madaba, perfect location. own parking area, small swimming pool in the cafe-garden, good breakfast and dinner, wine & beer, helpful reservation staff but not the restaurant side, they were rude. very clean room, good design, its 4*

this warning has notthing to do with the hotel , but guest should know that after having dinner at the hotel restaurant we (3 old couples age of 63-70) decided to have a walk around. but suddenly 4 boys age of 14-17 were suddenly attacked and harassed my friends wife from her hips harshly and run away with laughing. what a shameful in such a holy town. all of the residents, merchants etc of this holy and touristic town should take precautions and should avoid such behaviour. (I’m gonna inform the council also. )

Good sized Deluxe triple room (which we couldn't have on the first night due to an aircon issue) with a nice little balcony overlooking the pool. Short walk into Madaba - 10 minutes or so. Free parking. Breakfast was nothing special but OK.

Issue with the aircon meant on our first night we couldn't stay in our chosen room. We had to stay in a much smaller one. They did fix the problem for the next day though. Loud music by the pool. Felt like there was almost a pool party going on one afternoon. This meant one afternoon we didn't relax by the pool as it was just too noisy.

The staff are extremely polite, welcoming and accommodating. Exceptionally hospitable. The room is modern and well designed. The bed is big, there is a smart TV, plenty of well placed power/USB points, has a power shower, has a balcony and has tea and coffee making facilities. It is well laid out and comfortable. Breakfast is delightful.

Our room was comfortable, modern, spacious, with a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. The bed was also really comfortable and everything was clean. I also like lot's of luggage space in in room. The bathroom is very small but everything works properly. I liked the lighting of the room, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The room has a water heater, coffee, bottles of water, towels and a basic set for hygiene. During our visit in February, the air conditioning for heat worked perfectly and room was warm. Free private parking is available behind the hotel. The breakfast buffet was fine - bread, falafel, hummus, vegetables, cheese, butter, honey, coffee tea, egg omelette... The hotel has a great location, 5-10 minutes walk to the center of Madaba, 15 minutes drive to Mount Nebo. The surroundings of the hotel are nice, many shops (also shopping center), restaurants, sightseeing and the vibe of Jordanian life. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I recommend it.

we visited the property with our 10 months old baby. They prepared the crib ahead of our arrival. Room was clean and very modern. if you forgot your converter, don’t worry, they have USB sockets also. Breakfast was very good, on top of the open buffet, there is an omelette stand. That can be a life saver if you don’t like salty or sour things which consumed a lot in Jordanian breakfasts in our experience. location is 15 minutes by walking to the church with the famous mosaic map. Staff was very helpful and nice.

They could provide a baby chair for breakfast, fortunately we had a portable one with us.

It was a lovely, modern hotel near the city centre with a lovely pool and outside area, which was beautiful at night. Very good rooms with excellent facilities, although the shower was a little snug. Very good location with lots of safe parking. Staff very attentive. Everything was very clean and modern and the air con worked well.

The wifi went down for a couple of hours but apart from that, good value for money.

The hotel is really beautiful, very modern and new. The rooms are a great size. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The hotel is located very close to the center of Madaba. The breakfast was fantastic, with a large selection of different dishes. The wonderful swimming pool was the best addition after a tiring day of walking and sightseeing. We liked our stay here so much that we returned for another night at the end of the trip.
