I had the most amazing time at the Dead Sea Spa Hotel. I went there for a weekend of relaxation and I especially wanted to access their Spa services. I had several massages and treatments and enjoyed being taken care of by the Vitalia Spa staff. The hotel has access to the Dead Sea and the beach is well-equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, and the mud bucket, of course. There are also showers with clean water. The restaurant and the bar have good quality food and drinks and the room service is efficient and high-quality as well.

The only major problem is that they do not provide bottles of water. In a country where tap water is not drinkable, it should be mandatory for a hotel to provide water for their customers. And this is actually what every other hotel in the country does. Honestly, I did not find this very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Dead Sea Spa Resort, having booked three Sea-facing rooms for our group. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing. The resort's location has a direct and easy access to the Dead Sea. It’s very family-friendly, offering separate pools for children and adults, which made it enjoyable for all age groups. Breakfast had a decent and satisfying spread to suit various tastes. Another plus was the ample free parking, which made logistics hassle-free. Special mention to the staff — they were courteous and always ready to assist, even during late-night requests. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily return!

Perhaps the only thing which could have been better is the house cleaning didn’t make up our room on their own

we spend 2 night at this hotel. it's a beautiful resort with multiple pools. beautiful view towards dead sea and private clean beach to enter to dead sea. hotel it self is beautiful and clean. plenty of pools to enjoy and sunset is amazing they upgraded our room to junior suite. it was beyond our expectation. we put this hotel as our last 2 days in jordan. we needed good relax after 1 week of driving, climbing and all the activates. it was the best decision that we booked this resort. best stay in Jordan. large room with best view of dead sea, we could watch the sunset from our room. it's soo beautiful. everything was modern and clean. soo comfortable beds that make u sleep like a baby ;) specially we have to mention the dinner. soo delicious can't even describe by word. we have been travelling to staying in many resorts, but this was the best dinner. kudos to chef. best food we ever had in Jordan. they change the menu every day, totally different menu . don't miss out the dinner, it worth it :) staff was amazing, always help full. they have special belly dancing show and live music n the evening. amziang dancer and singers. really enjoyed the stay

The room was great and spacious. We had two rooms connected, which was great for two adults and two children. The views were amazing. The location was great, with easy access to the dead sea and not far from the Mall. Breakfast was great, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The fact that children (teenagers) were only allowed on the kids pool. I understand it was weekend and warm weather, but the kids pool was so full and loud that wasn’t so pleasant for us. And we couldn’t enjoy any of the other pools (i insist, our kids were teenagers, not small children). We would have also liked to be able to enjoy the pools a bit later. But we understand those were the hotel rules. But all this being said, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed as a family with 2 kids for 8 nights with breakfast and dinner, and it was a great hotel. The room was spacious and always clean, the service was prompt. The food was good for breakfast, but excellent for dinner. Quite a nice and local variety of food for dinner, but boring yet satisfactory breakfast. The internet was good but not enough to watch videos and movies. The hotel is close to the beach of the dead sea, which was amended with some artificial sand to make it appealing, but it was a great to take a dip in the sea, well maintained facility and toilets nearby. The pools were great and clean, especially the 2 pools for kids. I enjoyed staying there, and I would recommend it to other families with little kids.

The prices are very high, in fact super high compared to local prices. A can of 7up is priced almost 7 times the local price! same goes for other food items. The internet needs upgrading in terms of speed. The evening program is quite boring for kids!...they should work on including more activities after dinner for kids, not for adults! The gym seemed like abandoned, with many training tools not functioning. It needs more maintenance.

The room was spacious and clean with a very nice view of the Dead Sea. The location provides access directly to the Dead Sea. The pools are kid friendly but the water temperature was very cold even in the afternoon. Dinner and breakfast were great and met our expectations. The doorbell man was also very nice and gave us better greeting and instruction than the receptionist himself

The reception was not really friendly and was not giving any greeting at all. The first only word he said to me was "Passport". The swimming pool only provided limited 2 towel per room even though we have 4 people.

The Dead Sea Spa Hotel is a 4 star hotel that doesn't pretend to be anything else. There are a multitude of sunbeds and parasols, so no getting up early! Large clean towels, 5 large swimming pools. Separate adults only pool. Small beach area right on the dead sea with plenty of mud. Large buffet restaurant with good food choices, lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent spot to visit Amman and Petra. It is expensive to eat and drink in Jordan, so try to go half board. Only the most snobbish would be disappointed.

The tour desk was poor. No tour information to read. No information as regards the various restaurants.

We had an excellent time at the Dead Sea Spa Resort; breakfast and dinner were fantastic, and there were plenty of activities to choose from. We went to the beach every evening, as it was so peaceful and enjoyable (the best place to leave your anxieties behind). And lastly, I loved the size of my room, which was spacious, and the little office desk – a great idea if you have any work to do during your stay. I'll miss it :). Lastly, I would like to thank each staff member for their efforts in making our experience and that of others memorable, from the cleaning team to the waitstaff, restaurant chief, reception staff, and the entire hotel staff. We appreciate all of you.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Dead Sea Spa. I really like the cozy atmosphere of this place. It is a four-star hotel but with some familiar vibes. I like also the diversity of their customers - European tourists as well as local tourists. They have the ability to accommodate everyone's needs. The access to the beach is one of the best in the area. They have quite a lot of spots and all the facilities you might need (showers, beach beds, benches, and of course the mud buckets). There are also several swimming pools where kids are not allowed to enter - which I always appreciate. The overall space is extremely clean and the quality of the service is very high. I also had a massage at the Spa and it was amazing, as always!

As always when I go there, I am very disappointed about the drinking water situation. They do not provide water bottles for their customers (only one small bottle per day per person) and if you want to buy it they only sell big bottles for 3,000 JDs each. I think they should provide at least one big bottle per room or even provide it for free because it's just basic!! Especially during this time of the year, when there are 45 degrees at the Dead Sea, they should encourage their customers to drink as much water as possible. Another downside this time was that I got food poisoning. I know it can happen especially when temperatures are so high, but it was pretty bad.
