The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, there is a frequent shuttle bus to the private beach of the dead sea where they provide also mud to cover yourself with. The buffet breakfast is good. The pool area is great, pool is large and water is good temperature. There are some slides.

Some refurbishment would be needed in the rooms. The á la carte menu is quite limited and service is slow. You need to buy overcharged bottled water as tap water is not potable. The surroundings of the hotel is disappointing, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Anyway, you overlook to ruins / abandoned constructions. There is a heavy security check when you enter the hotel, which is for the protection of the tourists, nevertheless, it sets a kind of athmosphere - is this so unsafe to be there?

THE BED. THE BED WAS INCREDIBLE. the duvet and the mattress were top notch both me and my friend had the best sleep, wrapped up like a cocoon. We were talking about how good the sleep was for days after it. It was truly out of the world. Or maybe it was the magic of having been in the dead sea and the mud spa.. hmm.. though anyway we really enjoyed it. The shuttle to and from the private beach was convenient and there was staff at the beach to help you out. the room was spacious and comfortable and room service for meals was reasonably priced given their monopoly of the situation.

shame the swimming pool closed at sunset. Some floodlights and it could stay open for longer. The entire surrounding area is barren so its just you and the resort. It is in the middle of nowhere. Not much to do after dinner/ sunset so would have loved for the pool to have stayed open. Breakfast choices also small

A lovely, well-appointed and welcoming hotel in a not-overdeveloped corner of the beachfront at Soweima by the Dead Sea. We came here on a whim after realising that Amman was very costly but lacked the seafront. Staff here are lovely and welcoming, the multiple pools at the back are clean, pleasant and just the right temperature - not too deep either but not a kiddy 'paddling pool'. Our room was pleasant and comfortable, average sizes, with a very comfortable bed and good hot/cold shower and the included breakfast was superb and varied. Very clean and pleasant dining area. The lovely, courteous and hard-working staff here really shine and couldn't do enough to be pleasant and helpful - a credit to the Ramada Hotels Group. The Dead Sea beach just out the back is walkable in 10 minutes, but a regular shuttle minibus conducts regular runs. Down on the beach, the summer heat makes the rinse-off showers extremely hot but there is a freshwater creek running nearby that's very useful for cooling off.

Nothing bad to report and I couldn't speak highly enough of the Ramada Dead Sea. The food and shishas here at the pool bar are perfectly good enough and the service is great, not the cheapest as you'd expect for a hotel complex, but not bad. Five Jordanian dinars will get you to a mini-mall 10 to 15 minutes away with a cash exchange and a few nice restaurants from fast food to beachfront seafood. The shishas there are better and cost less

Location was amazing. Very close to the dead sea. Room was comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly.

On one occasion I had to ask bar staff in the swimming pool area for a coffee 3 times. My requests were ignored. Eventually, my husband spoke to someone else indoors and the coffee came an hour and 20 mins after the initial request. Not happy with the bar staff…

We got upgraded for free so cannot really tell how standard room looks like but the 1 bed apartment was specious and well equipped. Balcony was big and overlooking the Dead Sea. Clean towels and toiletries were available.

Breakfast was expensive and at very low standard. Limited choice for someone who wish to have a something other than bread. Chef preparing the eggs was not ready to serve so many people at once. Tables were not cleaned regularly and we had to move dirty dishes ourselves to sit and have breakfast. Policy of no food or drinks from outside is ridiculous. Beach is around 10-15 mins walk away but regular bus service is available, however you don't wan to spend any time in there as is left alone and no one maintain the place. Sun beds are dirty and broken.

Gated resort with secuirty checks at arrival. Room was comfortable and clean, we were given one with great view for the sunset over pool complex and sea view. Private beach couple of minutes away from resort with shuttle available at the back gate. Little bar and option to get a face or full body Dead Sea mud mask, it was great fun and very rejuvenating. We have ordered room service for some food, and quality was really average. Loved the pool area and chill area where you can order a nice fresh fruit mocktail and shisha. Reception open 24/7 staff were attentive and friendly. Satisfied with the stay.

In general the hotel was nice. Very welcoming staff , clean rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast. The beach is ok: have shower, toilet and small bar. You need to walk to reach it around 5 min, but there is a shuttle bus if you need . In the bars and restaurants you wouldn’t find alcohol in case if somebody wondering.

Everything was fine . It was some small details : Working hours of the sunset bar was a bit confusing, because for service you need to go to the pool bar. Only one thing that was really annoying it is flies near the swimming pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Hotel on the Dead Sea, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Situated right on the shores of the Dead Sea, I was treated to stunning views of the serene waters and the surrounding mountains. The hotel's private beach area allowed me to easily access the therapeutic properties of the Dead Sea, and I enjoyed floating effortlessly in its mineral-rich waters. The rooms at the Ramada were spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing.

It was very close to the dead sea and it wenr bus to the beach for that during the whole Day. In The pool area there was a Security for accident all Day which also was good as there were severel pools. The rooms were very nice and the service was good. Totalt experice was very good for me and the children. To the food we preferred the alacarte inspelad of buffé to have more special and specific food.

The hotel shop was expensive so If I go again i make sure to have everything with me and some extrasnacks. Because there was far to find another shop close to the hotel.

- The location was a bit difficult to drive in (when driving from Aqaba), but once we reached the hotel resort, we got a nice parking slot and a good welcome by security. - The breakfast is large. - There is a free bus connection to the beach, although it is not a problem at all to just walk in. - We enjoyed a free dead sea mud spot on the beach as well. - Dining room service for fair prices.

- The check-in was not a pleasant experience. Although we arrived a bit in the evening, we missed the warm welcome with all information about our stay - every question seemed to be a problem, so we gave up and hoped we could find all details, including information about checking out at our hotel book. Unfortunately, no hotel book containing key information and hotel services was not available in our room. - The hotel was full of Russian tourists who made an extremely loud noise during the night, so we could not sleep during the night. Once complained at the reception, the staff apologized, but nothing has changed. We believe there should be limits to how noisy and loud people can be. Normally, staff notice them and kindly asks them to be silent.
