The front desk staff was just so amazing... So yeah, my kids have been through so much, and I never get to do really special things with them. I saved for a year to do a special trip: Magic Kass, DCity and DHotel. Everything was just amazing! My goal is to save money faster and harder to replicate this trip frequently!!

Liked the special and varied room design. The reception clerk was very friendly. We got the requested desert view. If you also wish one, you should book the New York style room.

I guess that due to the war the place felt a bit forlorn in the middle of an industrial area. The hotel has seen better times. It is not well maintained. The smart TV set lacked instructions on reaching the TV channels. Also despite the hotel being a part of a very large shopping center, there is no restaurant to have a dinner. We were told a restaurant had closed down. Luckily there is a small and a large supermarket close by, so we could figure it out with the food. There are probably some options for take-out nearby.

The quietness even though the hotel was full , the furniture and the placards on the wall , right near Max stock and other stores. The synagogue, and above all the meat restaurant with it's great chef.

The breakfast was atrocious,never ever go to a breakfast like this one's. better buy a sandwich with a coffee at bashar than have a tasteless old salade and omelette at Luciana or uri

It was very nice, comfortable, spacious. Shower was great powerful. My daughters loved it.

The bar on the door was broken as well as the keycard for the door. Had to use a regular key to lock the room. No big deal. The refrigerator was very tiny. No mini bar. The bed was a bit soft for my taste. The lights were confusing.

Ideal for anyone who is visiting in the Maale Adumim area, or even as a jumping off point for travel to the Dead Sea or Masada. We had breakfast at Luciana in the adjacent mall, which was very good.

Very helpful front desk. Hotel decorated in accordance to the latest design trends. Good wifi connection and convenient parking in the garage free of charge.

Some lack of signage in English (even indicating the way out)

Excellent stay. Was surprised to find a place like this in Israel. The room, the furniture, the staf and the breakfast were amazing. Very recommended!

There were not enough signs telling us how to get to the hotel We walked all over till we found the enterance....that had no sign!
