Even though I booked 3 weeks in advance for double bed room, on my arrival I was given basement room with no window, no tv, no telephone no bed side table and noises from outside. I was upset and informed them I will not accept this; they said it is fully booked; they promise to change good room next day and as sign of good gesture to allow breakfast free for 3days; which they have done. The room on my second day was great with all its facility.

What made my stay excellent was the staff. Hagar, the front desk manager set the tone. If the gate keeper is excellent, then her in this case teammates will follow. Jacob in dinning service and RN, student and others served with excellence. I'm America and I wanted coffee. OK it turned out being America Coffee ☕️, yes this team educated me. Finally, Nimah, and here lovely smile made certain my room was served. I found this hotel on trip advisor and it is located in East Jerusalem. I'm so excited to have spent time among the residents, merchants and friendly people who made my visit a memorable stay. Room 308

It's an older hotel. The outside two trees, and pot that housed them. It shocked me the amount of trash found inside a pot. This is something I would not see in my neighborhood. Certainly, in certain areas and communities I see in my country. However, I've traveled internationally since 1991. This I recommend attention.

the regular cleaning was good and the cleaner is hardworking and serious.

we book a taxi pick up at airport from the hotel who did showed up,I phoned the hotel consierge, the lady answered but put off the phone after hearing my difficulty for taxi not showing up.The electronic card to unlock the door of the room had to be UPDATED after each 2 to 3 days,.The ceramic tiles on floor is very unconvenient when climate shows drop in temperature and no room slippers were provided.The toilet seat cover detaches from its support may cause hurt and is uncomfortable.The pillows provided were old unacceptable.

Stayed at the National Hotel in Jerusalem and honestly, it was spot on. The staff were proper helpful—always around if you needed anything and dead friendly. Service was great, everything just worked smooth. Room was clean and comfy, no messing about. It's in a decent spot too, close to loads but still quiet. Can’t fault it—top place, would definitely stay again.

I did send a message before I arrived and didn’t get a reply, but to be fair, once I was there, they more than made up for it with how well they looked after me.

Breakfast was good. Paid for Breakfast and dinner. Dinner wasn't great at the buffet but first 2 days I got lucky and was served dinner from the restaurant which was really good. Room was massive and plenty of space for my 3 children. Lady at the reception was very friendly.

If you are planning to pray all your Salaah at Masjid Al aqsa? Be ready for a big walk. With kids about 20 minutes max.

I recently stayed at your hotel and, overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The carpets in the corridors were very dirty, which gave a less-than-ideal first impression. While the room itself was clean, I noticed that the bathroom, particularly the shower tub, had accumulated dirt and needs maintenance. In general, the hotel is wonderful, but it could greatly benefit from more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. With a bit more care in these areas, it would be an even better place to stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Ramadhan. The main thing for me was location and distance to Aqsa mosque. The walk for someone who is relatively fit is 15 minutes and involves lots of inclines and steps. So if you are looking for something within that walking distance, then this is perfect choice. It's in a busy commercial area, shops galore in the vicinity. You will use Herod gate to enter the old city. The breakfast was good with a small variety. Could add more choice and maybe a selection of sweet pastries and other breads. Also pillows need an update. Lumpy and bumpy. Overall, a comfortable stay but the hotel could definitely use some updating and upgrading.

The location is good with parking-lot nearby , room floor was clean and smells like Dettol , bathroom is good also Bed is comfortable room is specious

The bed sheets were with hair leftovers. I cleaned it The pillows were very thin ! I think it would make the hotel more comfortable with this! Last thing the balcony on the first floor was very dirty with broken chairs and no privacy ( 3 rooms with shared balcony)

Location is veey good, 10 mins walk from herods gate, we had a car for couple of days & the free parking is very much appreciated in Jerusalem, i would say the location is very good as just outside of the old town but then this gives you access to taxi & shuttle drop of right outside the hotel door, we had a disabled buggy picking my elderly mom & dad to take them to alaqsa mosque for all the prayers & this was very convenient. rooms are good size & comfortable, we wer a family of 4 & had 2 standard twin rooms, we initially booked for 3 nights but then ended up staying a total 6 nights. Staff are very friendly & helpful, they also can arrange tours & pickup which is very reasonable priced. Tried the buffet dinner 1 of the days not to my taste buds, but an excellent restaurant on the 4th floor serving up anyting your taste buds fancy. Would I stay again YES. The gym is also another plus point my brother used it everyday. Breakfast is a good selection & nice view.

The address on Google maps is some 30/40 kilometers away from this hotel. Just be careful don't wen navigating by car.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. During our stay we dealt with 2 staff members (Ms. Hayat & Mr. Abu Juma). They provided very professional service and helped us with our needs. The same applies to the hotel management / owners. They are very cooperating, professional, and are concerned with the guests' needs and make sure that everything is going well during the stay. The location is great and within walking distance to famous streets and shops. Everything is around you and, within few minutes walk, you find yourself in the old city of Jerusalem. Highly recommended place.
