Since I arrived, I was met by Sufian who told me: I will take care of you. He made my stay in the hotel a pleasant experience. He mas sure that I got a good room with great view. He address every questions or concern quickly. Even, When I call from my room to the front desk: he said my name and he told me: Don't worry, I will take care of it. Keep in mind, my trip to Jerusalem was in the middle of the war with Iran. The hotel staff made sure that we were safe during the difficult times. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really liked the hotel.

The AC is activated by a motion sensor. So, it will turn off during the night.

Due to the situation (order of the army and the rear service) we had to leave one day earlier and we were not able to spend the planned day in the hotel. Can we count on some compensation in this case? Thank you for your understanding.

Large rooms. Terrific view, with balcony. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. First class service. Able to put three rooms together on a busy weekend. Management asked us what we wanted. Reception well done.

I was really happy with the facility. The physical plant is kept up, and the staff is at a high standard. Close to the old city. Quiet neighborhood.

I had the most amazing experience when I went with my family for shabbat! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel at home. I want to put a special thank you to Ibrahim for being attentive to our needs and making sure we were all taken care of!

Everything was perfect

The breakfast was awesome as always. The location was great.

One of the young clerks at the front desk was rude when he was supposed to change my wife and I to another room. And we were there for our 55th Anniversary.

Customer service manager Yael welcomed us to the hotel. She went out of her way to make our short Trip amazing. Highly recommend this hotel clean, great pool and warm staff.

UNBELIEVABLE BREAKFAST EACH MORNING. EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING STAFF. JUST THE "PERFECT PLACE TO STAY" WHEN IN JERUSALEM. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. YOU CAN WALK TO MOST ANY PLACE YOU DESIRE ESPECIALLY THE UNBELIEVABLE OLD CITY OF JERUSALEM WITH ALL OF ITS HISTORICAL SITES. DO NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS. ONE CAN ALWAYS FIND " SOMETHING " TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYWHERE AND ABOUT ANYTHING IN LIFE. THE LEONARDO PLAZA IN JERUSALEM IS THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE STAYED AND WILL EVER STAY.

The facilities is a walking distance to the old city. We could walk to the Garden Tomb. The food was very nice and there was a lot of variety. The manger Mohammed, was very helpful. We even got to be allowed late check out as our flight was going to be in the evening.

The reception area really needs attention. The cleaning staff do not clean the bathtubs and the floors well. Our electric plugs were on and off.

The breakfast buffet is Excellent and the staff was very accomodating. We requested if vegan options could be made available and they brought as an amazing breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable.

Check-in took a little too long, and we had to change rooms after leaving our stuff to get individual beds (which we had previously requested). Having said that, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

breakfast was excellent, nice dining area ,efficiently run with a huge choice of items. the hotel was pleasant and easy to get around. great location near the major sites of east jerusalem nice swimming pool.

poor soundproof in room, worse because of peak season in August. long wait for elevators , crowded in mornings.
