Great hotel, lovely historical building. Beautiful courtyard garden. Buffet breakfast. St George’s Cathedral is next to the hotel, this is a great place for prayers, reflections and church services. The hotel is a wonderful place for a pilgrimage. Nice and helpful staff. Great location. Shivte Israel tram/light rail stop is only 3 minutes away. Markets, shops and restaurants is also a few minutes walk away - all on Salah Ad-din Street.

No lifts Only had one pillow per bed, I think two would have been ideal. Very small window in our room.

The location is great. You can walk to the Old City and there are good restaurants nearby. The meals are simple and good. It is a very quiet place next to St George’s Cathedral and it has that vibe. There is a beautiful courtyard to sit or to have dinner. The room was good. The beds are comfortable except the pillows which are very firm. Great shower. The staff is quiet and very nice. It is a great getaway from the craziness of the big tourist hotels. Will definitely stay here again.

Only the pillows were not great and a late checkout is only until noon.

The location is good for what we were interested in including a walk to the city center and a taxi back. We had free parking on the property, breakfast was nice and straightforward.

The room was not like the images. We initially received a room far from reception in a different building. We asked for a nicer room and received one with two single beds. Don't expect exactly the room in the images. The bathroom is very basic and could use an update. I couldn't get espresso from the machine during breakfast and did not meet the staff.

The staff make it, from the moment of arrival (met by the superb George) unntil checkout, I was looked after suberbly by the great team and felt right at home.

Amazing historical building, beautiful inner garden for breakfast or relaxing, nice lounge area. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a middle eastern affair, with plenty of choice (cold cuts, cheeses, humus, eggs, sausages, etc as well as fruits, yoghurt, cereals and so on.)

Gate is closed at night, and we arrived past midnight. It was not clear how to call the reception.

we loved the authentic, historical context of the place—where else could you get a room with vaulted ceilings and thick stone walls? beautiful central garden patio space where we relaxed surrounded by flowers and trees. central courtyard was also illuminated and lovely by night. desk worker was very helpful and kind, and when we had to leave before breakfast was officially available, they let us grab some food an hour early. They let us borrow a scale to weigh our luggage as well.

it is in a congested area in a one way street, so it was a bit difficult to navigate to.

A very nice and cozy hotel which we liked. A romantic atmosphere with a gothic charm. As a result we found exactly what we have been looking for.

A bit old fashioned design and I should say that it could be better. The same about some small details as furniture that need some repairing and a lot of other small things that in room design that look out of date or shabby.

Location is absolutely perfect. The guesthouse is an oasis of tranquility. The building is charming and the interior courtyard is absolutely wonderful. A place to relax and unwind.

The rooms are a little small and cramped, but on the other hand, the rooms are spotless, updated, and are well designed and feature anything and everything that you could want. The breakfast is mediocre and doesn’t offer much variety. It is adequate. It is all self-service.
