Everything is new, very clean, and modern. The hotel is close to the old city (5-10min by foot) and the cafe on the ground floor is a great place to eat or to have an afternoon/evening drink. I very much enjoyed sitting in the cafe. All the staff working at the hotel are very professional, friendly and hard working. I arrived at the hotel after four days of traveling and without my luggage. I was exhausted and upset about my missing luggage. The staff welcomed me with a big smile and made me forget the bad experience with the airline. I was initially staying for two nights but I ended up staying for one week. The young lady at the reception was very helpful with information on public transportation and nearby shopping malls.

The hotel is brand new in an amazing part of East Jerusalem, where many UN agencies are based and many tourist attractions are just walking distance away. The staff was very warm and welcoming, breakfasts are amazing traditional Palestinian and any request was quickly responded to. Strongly recommend of you are looking for a city hotel.

I would advise to book a room Upper class to have a better view. I booked the standard and had the view to the wall :) for me it was ok, but if you prefer better views, choose superior rooms and above.

The food was excellent, from their big breakfast their lunch:dinner menu . Their cordon bleu is out of this world 😋 The manager was very welcoming and accommodating as we arrived 5-6 hours early than expected. He checked us in earlier and even upgraded one of our rooms. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed watching Netflix( logged into my account). Maybe add some international news channels, MTV and few movies ( Disney channels)

Nice boutique hotel in East Jerusalem. It’s only a 8 minute walk to the tram that brings you downtown. Super nice staff and delicious breakfast
