I stayed here as as I visited Masjid Al Aqsa - during last 10 days in Ramadan. The rooms was clean and large and there was nice friendly staff. They had local knowledge. The suhr was free, filling, lots variety, and tasty.

I don’t think this even counts but, the walk to the mosque was around 10 mins to the compound gates and a further 5 mins walk to masjid Al Qibli (inside the Al Aqsa compound)

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean (though we weren’t sure if the floors were swept daily, would’ve been good if they were mopped), but we had fresh towels every day. Breakfast was nice, good variety and we really appreciated that it was served from 3AM for those fasting. A special mention to your colleague Khalid, who was very kind and welcoming during breakfast. Overall, it’s a great hotel. While it’s a little farther from Al-Aqsa (about a 15–20 minute walk), it didn’t feel that way at all! felt more like 10 min walk. The location is just off the vibrant Salahuddin Street, which has everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was very responsive. Executive suite was spacious and well equipped (iron and its board). Loved the pool located on the roof with the splendid view of the old city. Varied breakfast was fresh and tasty, they even served my favorite Medjoul (King dates) there! Located just 5 minutes from Herod's gate. Lots of nearby shops and cafes were still open even at Shabbath.

Room service forgot to put drinking water on the second day of our stay.

The room was nice & we had a quiet room. Swimming pool and other facilities were good.

The cleaning staff walked into my room on 2 occasions despite putting up the do not disturb sign. This broke my sleep and ruined my day. Also the room could have been cleaned a little better and the drain needs to be unblocked as water kept building up in the sink.

Everything about our experience was excellent! The staff were kind and thoughtful, the room and hotel were very clean, the meal for su7oor (breakfast) was perfect. The location is also very convenient. Takes about 10-15 minutes to get to Damascus Gate by foot.

We loved everything and will stay here again whenever we are in Jerusalem!

Good breakfast and location is in an easy walking distance from the old city (15 mins). Rooms were clean. The housekeeping begins early so put be sure to put the do not disturb sign on the door if you want to sleep in. Staff were helpful. A good hotel for either business or vacation.

No dedicated hotel parking but there is a private lot across the street.

Nothing, unfortunately our tour bus refused to pick us up from this location and told us to meet up with the bus at the American colony hotel. This had nothing with the hotel and more with the Israeli tour company.

The front desk and restaurant staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond and were very helpful during our 3 day stay. The food was excellent, rooms were comfortable, terrace is wonderful, the hotel is the PERFECT location to many restaurants and shopping and best of all, a 5-15 min walk to several doors into the old city.

The only issue I had was that the shower in the bathroom in our standard room was really not fit for a 4 star hotel, the tiles and grout looked terrible and while it was clean, it looked poorly maintained. The bathroom shower in my mom’s room was in better shape (she had a superior room while I had a standard room).

This hotel is amazing. I saw all of the reviews, but thought , it cant be that good. The first thing i would say is the staff everyone of whom couldn’t have been more helpful. Whether it was site seeing advice, taxis, translating from Hebrew to English..these guys nailed it. I had a very late arrival and they opened the kitchen for me to make food. The roof top swimming pool was the jewel in the drown. The only one in Jerusalem I believe , and it iwas like my own private pool . First thing in the morning and last thing in evening as the sun goes down, with amazing views of the old city sights right in front of you. The location is also incredible, a mere 5 min walk down Nablus Road and you are at Damascus Gate, and what an introduction to the city that is. A cultural melting pot.. it took me a few days to get my bearings in there, but it was easy thereafter. I also found it pretty safe and anyone from any denomination that i asked for help , were oh so happy to oblige. This has been an incredible place to visit and St Georges as a base was just perfect. I could not have asked for more

The two gentlemen at the reception were extremely helpful and always trying to offer support!! Room cleaning every day. Every day complementary (instant) coffee & tee in the room. The restaurant staff also very nice and happy to help! As a nice touch, I appreciated the complementary (non alcoholic) drinks offered in the lobby during the afternoon

extend the service hours in the restaurant from 09:00 am / 21:00 to 10:00 am / 22:00. very small critique, water in the swimming pool was really cold - yet as the high rise temperatures are setting in, likely this will not be a problem in a few weeks.
